I am imagining it must be stock ride height as i lowered mine 2" on 19's and i couldnt attempt a 20 without raising it.
I also lowered mine 2" with 18's front 245/35/18 overall diam. 24.8", 20's rear 325/25/20 overall diam. 26.4 and fit really nice. Troyboy and MadCurly are running larger tires and also have been lowered and fit fine ? What are your overall diam. on 19's, might be the same as mine rear 20's ???? Let us know...

As for #011; Ryans w/coil-overs on all corners, 1" drop spindles on 235/35/19 (25.1 diameter). The rears (275/35/20) are 26.6 in diameter. My own personal rule of thumb is: 3- fingers clearance in the rear and 2-finger clearance in the front. As of now, #011 is 1-finger clearance, but I'm in CA, so the road/hwys are somewhat forgiving.

My mechanic finally got his Porsche on the streets in CA. The Smog reps were giving him a hard time so he waited until it reached the 25 yrs mark. Now the porsche is exempt.
Nice wheels. 235/35/19 front and 315/25/19 rears.
Sorry, I had more pics but the camera phone was on the blink. I plan on using his skills on the lettering on the tires.

I'm kicking around the idea of going to the Madarch widebody kit on my car ( see: https://www.fiero.nl/forum/F...1/HTML/071783-6.html ) I have also decided that I am not going to chop the car. That being said, I am of the opinion that non-chopped fastbacks look a bit "off" with 19/20 sized wheels. The wheels are a bit overpowering. Chop the car and the story changes, a 19/20 combo looks perfect. Keeping this in mind, I have been thinking of going with a 17/18 combo for wheels on a non-chopped widebody. I have sourced a 17x9 +25mm front wheel, and a 18x10.5 +20mm Rear wheel. I am aware the rear wheel offset is not low enough to be flush, however, I will be using adapters on the rear (5x100 - 5x114.3) like Car2lo did on his car, which I have calculated to need to be 1" thick. This should flush the wheel nicely.
I was wondering if there are any widebodies out there rolling on a 17/18 combo? Pics?
Also, will the above mentioned front wheel work with the flared front fenders of the Madarch kit?
Thanks people.

I talked to HRE today. HRE has retired the 547 and 547R. The closest to the same look is now upgraded to a lighter wheel (shaving at least 1-2 pounds) by using titanium bolts. HRE also has removed some of the center piece. However, if you still own the old styles (540-547) HRE will replaced them.
Here's a picture of the new C97 (actually, the wheel isn't new. The wheel been around for nearly 2-yrs-I never check until Tony & I were talking and discovered they weren't on HRE site).
I don't plan on purchasing another set, but I'm glad I did get them while the 547 were on the market. Also, I asked if they could change out the steel stud/bolts for titanium and they said no. The titanium are made specifically for the Comp series wheels.

I didn't get a chance to use the power ball for detailed polishing, but maybe next time. It's been at least 4-yrs since I actually polished the wheel so there was a layer of build-up on the surface. The key is too never let the wheels get this bad. I cut that down using the 1st step polisher.
