I didn't get down to my garage because my machine shop isn't being too dependable. But I did find some old pics of the last exhaust setup I had on there, which was a lot nicer than the one I have now. I wasn't able to use this when I went to the 88 cradle, the mufflers wouldn't fit.
Thanks Christian, I lost track of this thread and I only found it again after searching for quite awhile tonight.
It's difficult for me to picture how those pipes actually snaked their way under your Fiero. If and when you can get a shot of the new system currently installed on your car, I'd love to see it.

My '86 GT recently passed the smog test without a cat, so I'm a lot more gung-ho now to install a true dual exhaust system on the car. Any pictures I could see of the underside of a Fiero with a true dual exhaust would be great as I could show these images to a local muffler shop for inspiration.

i think it looks great with those wheels and tires and the car looks like it sits really solid. keep it the way it is. big wides in the back make it look like it will eat you. I'd be scared

Woah, just saw the bump. What updates do we need, its been a while. Car is currently waiting to be tuned with the Megasquirt II, my laptop died (anyone got a cheapie for sale?). I am also working on starter alignment issues. I'm getting flex and the bendix head is hitting the side of the ring gear, so no engagement. LED brake lights have also been rewired into strings of 4 LEDs and now have voltage regulators on them to fix it at 12V.

Bump for a question. When I try to put my unmodified C5 calipers in the same position pictured here:
the caliper is about 1.5" too far out from the rotor, and there is practically no pad on the rotor. I understand how your caliper brackets work, but even then, I can only imagine the setup working if you drilled new mounting holes on the caliper bracket about 1.5" closer to the sliders, and removed a lot of material that collides with the knuckle mounting ears. Is that how you fit the pads onto the knuckle? I'm using an '88 knuckle as well.
