That might fit better if you install it onto tha passenger side of the arm rest. I don't like mine where it is, as I always hit it when shifting. If you installed it into the side it might fit and work better. Just a thought .....

Yea, I considered the shifting aspect, because it would be even closer to the shifter than without the cupholder there.
I will have to give it some more thought.

I haven`t finished it.
I have the plug just about done, but I have had a couple of other things I have been working on that have been sort of slow going.
I was just looking at the plug this weekend, thinking I need to get back on it soon.

Yes, I`m still making them.
The thread below is the most up to date showing the changes and improvements I have made.
Mainly, the addition of an optional power outlet and I did away with the straps for a different attaching system.
