Here in Kansas we got about 12 inches of snow yesterday, plus it was windy so it blew drifts up against my car, plus the snow plows came along and piled up even more snow.

I know I'm not the only one that got hit with this last storm so post up some pictures of your cars buried in snow

Well it was buried in snow, I had a really hard time getting it out because under that snow was 2 inches of solid ice.

Hahaha! The only screaming it did was the belt when I finally got around to starting it. Yeah, it dook a WHILE to get it out of the cold white quicksand.

I got lucky and didn't get much ice this time around. I was talking to my dad that lives in Tulsa OK and he said they got about 4 inches of sleet with about 12 inches of snow on top of that. Blech, I hate ice.

Since we've only had a grand total of about four inches of snow all this winter, here's a picture from two years ago...

This was before an additional 6 inches and 45 MPH winds. I think we now have more snow in Denver, IN than in Denver, CO

We got about 2 feet on top of the 8 inches that was left from our last snow, so with drifts my car wasn't even visible when I went outside yesterday. That was a ***** ...

Man, I could not let my car be under that much snow without at least a tarp on the car. No wonder the frame and trunk rusts.

The snow itself doesn't do much of anything to our cars. It's all the salt on the roads that eats 'em up.

Yeah, I leave 'em up since things ice overnight sometimes here. Also one of my motors quit going down a couple months back so that was the start of leaving them up, but hopefully that won't last come spring. I do enjoy the lights, they put out soooo much light compared to the old setup.

I need to post up some pics as of now, most of it has melted off but there's still enough left from the drifts around the car that I haven't tried driving it out.

I think the Russian has us beat though

Last year. Hasn't gotten covered too badly this year. Delaware has dodged quite a few snow bullets so far.

Well, it's about that time of year for some of us. Thought I'd dig up this thread and make some of you down South feel a little bit warmer.

Took this one about a week or two ago. Mostly all melted now. Just sheets of ice on the road and random piles.

And a side shot...Fiero notchie to fastback in one night!

A little later that night.

The above pictures remind me of why I moved to GA. Here's what getting buried in snow atop the North GA mountains looks like:

It's snowing as we speak. About 2" right now. I hate the snow and winter. I'd much rather hang ornaments on a palm tree while laying on the white stuff, (sand). I'd move in a heartbeat. However, the wife (and daughters) say that they love the snow and would miss the change of the seasons, (as they are watching me from the warm house window while I'm shoveling/blowing the snow outside).
