EDIT: Page 10 is mine! FINALLY, Page nine was a flickering, jumping, bandwidth consuming loading process with all the pictures on the page!

The thought about the cruise and changing things up a bit came for a couple of reasons. Firstly, a couple people were asking if and when the cruise was this year. Secondly, for the Shipman's to try to feed everyone on Friday AND Saturday is a LOT of work and expense! Especially when trying to put together, host & run a car show, Set all the tables, tent and such up, then break it all down haul it all back home, and feed 60+ people all in the same day!

So the idea of having the main cookout at the house on Friday afternoon / evening was thought up. Saturday is the car show, and the thought of everyone leaving the show when it is over, and going on a nice leisurely cruise around the area, seeing the sights and such, (I hear there even may be a lake or 2 in the area to drive by ) and then ending up somewhere to have dinner.... errr... sorry Daneele, I meant 'Supper" The thought was then to return going a different scenic route back to Camp Shipman for the "after hours party"

This is at least what I understood was the suggestion. Daneele, please correct any misinformation above if there is any.

On another note, I have been working on the compilation video, and just did a test export and its only 32 Gigs! LOL (It's 1080p HD video) I then compressed with the Xvid codec into a H.264 container and got it down to a few hundred megs... So some more trial and error, tweaking the video, and compressing before I can upload it. Trying to find the right song for the background music has been challenging as well.....

Hockey mask for the Frisbee would be a good idea.......Hmmmmmm I am thinking you may as well wear the whole hockey uniform if you plan on even going anywhere near any of the motorized toys

lol So very true. I will have to prove to the Shipmans that I have full medical and dental insurance, and sign a waiver before I get to ride those again lol.
I will be bringing my own helmet next year.

Look at that, simply magnificent. I hope to win one of those someday. In the mean time I'll continue to donate to the cause by buying my annual allotment of the Minnesota legal, non game of chance tickets and keep my fingers crossed.
