85' .....Rear adaptors are 2 1/4". Place in Cali that Archie recommended. They didnt really wana do that size and had 2" in stock but i prefered alittle more...was worth it. Been chowin down hard on the 512 front. Pics to come
One interesting thing i did notice was that you molded the rockers into the hip addition, making it a one big piece unit instead of two separate pieces.

Amida.....the box was pretty much inivincable !! I acutually used the cardboard afterwords, it was still flat and no crunchs !!
Hey Curly....OMG ....nice to see you on here ! Your "tweeking" has rubbed off on me BIG time !! I think there should be a Fiero of Fame section for all the guys on here that has brought so much incentive to others.
Quick fittment, VERY good fit actually. A nip and a tuck here and there and PRESTO !! With Archies wide fenders i wasnt sure how it would all come together but im liking it !
This thread is absolutely fascinating. Thank you so much for posting your progress. I wish I had the skills, space, and time to do all of what you are doing. It's fun watching it come together. I'm not a big fan of the little lip and wings that you put under the nose, but the rest of the car is looking beautiful.
Keep up the great work and keep those pictures coming!

Hey Ayrow ! Thanks for your input. It all comes in time. I just dove into this after living my car thru the eyes of other tweekers on here. Cant wait to finally drive this thing but i really enjoy putting the time in on this. Ive had this car for 6yrs and it only has 32k origional miles !!
Hey Exoticse ! Funny, i was googling chin spoilers and saw this style as well. Simple and makes the point. I showed my girlfriend the pic of your "hips" on your car and she got jealous as i was drooling all over it !! LOL
Looking great! I really like the nose and the high mount spoiler!

Thanks Guys for all your interest. Been real busy putting this rear together. My hat is off to Amida and everyone else doing a bumper from scratch !! ALOT of time and effort and putting things together, cutting them apart, liking them and hateing them. Hoping to post some pics up tomarrow.
Body work is not one of my strengths. How do you cut fiberglass with so much precision? What kind of tool? Cut from the front or inside the bumper? Amida does not seem to offer the option to cut out the holes for the lights on the bumper. At least he did not reply to my repeated question on this subject. Also, does the bumper include the brackets used for reinforcing the bottom? Thanks.

Hey Jack. I wish i knew more about glassing but with time im getting more effecient !! LOL. If your talking about cutting the openings on Amida's bumper then this is how i do it. I used a Air saw. It has a small long blade about 3" that goes around corners easy. I got within 1/16 of a inch of the edge and then sanded the rest. I used a stick with sandpaper on it and a dowel with paper wrapped around it to get into the corners. Its REAL time consuming. Got to be carefull or you'll be adding glass and sanding again. I think i spent a good few hours doing it. I wish they were cut but it is what it is, overall, the quallity is amazing. The bumper includes no brackets. Im probably going to use aluminum to brace the bottom and then make a bottom panel out of ABS plastic reinforsed with fiberglass. Hope this helps.....let me know.
Her it is ! Infinity G35 rear diffuser bumper. Its a far cry from a direct fit. To Tall, to thick, to curved, to short. Definatly not what i thought it was going to be. But its a good start......i think !! LOL
