No, it doesn't look like the front turn signals have been painted over. It is different, and there are features that I like too....

Id have left the pads black. Sits a little high in front. I too think the parking lights are painted over. Cool though.

Looks different. I think if it was lowered a little more and had a different style of wheel it would look a lot better.
