I wanted to add where I received my drop spindles, suspension and brake kit incase WCF isn't working out for you.. Though I do like their work.. Not to get in to this thread though..my parts are from, Formally known as Held HT Motorsposts but now it's called Arraut Motorsports... http://arrautmotorsports.com/.. Great quality.....
Back to this topic because I know the guy.. I haven't had any problem with WCF since out in Cali...or even when I lived in Michigan and ordering product.. Sorry for what you're going through though.

Yes, I have installed Held's kit on Charlie's car....it is a nice, thought out design.
I never had issues with WCF in the past. They have always come through in the past. I purchased quite a few items from Chris in the past, now I plan to just make those items myself for my swaps. He doesn't deserve to earn my money anymore.
He asked me why I purchased his kit when I am able to make it myself. My answer was that he claimed to have all the bugs worked out that I encountered when I made the last F40/3800 kit. His kit should have saved me a few months of research and design and i wanted to keep the money inside the Fiero community.
Now, I am still waiting for the refund that Chris said he would give me....money that I paid to him that he never provided me with parts.

I for one will never buy anything from them again either unless I am a walkin and buy it right off the shelf, for too when I made an order (Aluminum battery box) with them about 6 years ago ran into the same problem. No product delivered for the first 6 months, and then when I finally did get it after many weeks of bugging them, it arrived missing all the mounting hardware. Just ended up buying my own bolts and such instead of dealing with them anymore, at that point I was just happy to get something after waiting a total of 8.5 months.
Not worth my time to buy anything from these people again.

Here is WCF's response to the BBB complaint. I guess he believes that it is ok to take 10x longer than promised, agree to refund my money and then fight the refund every step of the way.
I have written proof from him stating that he was planning on using a twin disc clutch and charged an extra $500 for it. Then he chaged to a single disc clutch with no refund of the $500....and finally, he couldn't get the axles or clutch to work and he ignored me.
Chris West response to the BBB:
He tried to cancel a month later. Passed the time. It's on our website and he refused for us to send him the rest of the parts but he can have it at any time. It's his, he paid for it.
If he thinks this is acceptable, it is not.

You would think that a business would feel it important to do everything possible to keep their customers happy, build good relationships, and establish a repuation as a reliable and honest seller. Business people thrive with a good reputation and die with a bad one. The ultimate fate of this operation rests within the responsibilty of the owner. He has choices to make if he wants to stay in business or he can choose to make bad choices that will put him out of business.

My bank has finally released the money back into my account. I was completely honest with the bank and made sure that WCF got paid for the parts that I did purchase. I also had my card number changed.
So, here is where I stand with this. I find it completely unprofessional to ask for a refund, get told that I will be getting my debit card refunded and then WCF tries to stall me to get past the 90 day mark making it much harder to get my money.
I should not have had to go through my bank to get what is rightfully mine. They are still fighting the BBB claim stating that I refused to take receipt of his junk parts.
