I watched the movie "The Wraith" again and came over the heros car:
Always thought since I saw that movie for the first time with 14 how cool that would be as Pontiac Fiero Bodykit. What did you all think about this. I mean the styling is close to the Fiero and it is a 2 seat sportscar as well. Should work out or not ?

My understanding from years ago is that was an actual Chrysler concept vehicle. I have no confirmation of that, just a recollection. You are right, it is a great design, rear engine and all. Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most. DARKWING, aka Mike Parker
Yea, One of my favorite movies as well. It is a Chrysler. If you look close in the bottom right picture you can see the emblem. When you watch the movie you can see it in a few parts as well. I think it would be doable for someone to make a kit.
Aah the turbo interceptor.....sweet car in a very cool 80's movie. Used to be one of my favorites. The front of the car is awesome but the back to me looks a little funky when put up against todays car styling. Still would be very cool to see one on the street. It sure would need a mean engine tho not some crummy underpowered piece of crap. That car has a reputation for speed and indestructibility so it has gotta look and sound mean as hell... pretty cool. Peace

I was crazy about it back in the '80s but not so much anymore. You'd have to cut quite a bit off the front of a Fiero to make it fit right. Not sure if the other dimentions will line up for an easy body swap project. Of course, if you want to chop the top off and stretch the frame, anything is possible. That would be too much work for a design that has really lost its "wow". There are a bunch of Fieros that have been massaged extensively and look better than the Wraith. I think your car would look better than the Wraith with some mods.

The design has definitely lost some of it's "pop" What's up with the 4x4 wheel gap? And the departure angle makes it look like a rock climber. The rear end definitely has not aged well.
