I think it was pokeyfiero who managed to get the original molds and machines, but whatever he was doing to get them set up to produce the pieces again, fell through. I haven't seen any more info on that.
The Fiero Store has fastback sail window sets for about $230 plus shipping. I have no idea what the quality of those is, or how exactly they produce them.

Have had this paged bookmarked for a while so not sure on availability. I have heard they are good quality but I haven't pulled the trigger yet to buy a pair so I can't say for sure.

That's the same web page I get when I go to FieroWarehouse.com. Isn't that Kahine's operation? The same place Deezil got his? In defense of the products from The Fiero Warehouse, one of our members has a set on his car that have also been on for years without problems. Maybe they were from a different printer or from a different batch with different ink.

Those are not the khines panels in the above link.
Those look darn near factory and have the dot matrix on them.
And again mine do not have acrylic Ink and are not printed. They have black spray paint and have a clearly defined tape line where the transparent portion was covered when painting.
I think he even stated in his auctions that he uses paint to black the back of window out.

PokeyFiero made his own molds by digitizing a set of OEM NOS windows. I believe there were some business as well as health problems that stopped him. He was attempting to make them exact as the OEM windows and invested 10's of thousands of dollars into the project. Many responders in his thread said they wouldn't pay the price he wanted, even though it was less than the OEM windows sold for when they were available.

The link seajai posted is Fiero Warehouse The other manufacturer is Kahines, which the original post showed and Chris Cook`s are the ones I gave a link to. So unless you grab a set of OEM that CaptDean puts on here occasionally or Pokeyfiero ever starts making his, you have three to choose from.

Here are some photos of the windows that were on my Brother's car. I don't know who produced them because they were on the car when I bought it for him. They are only examples of what I perceive Deezil's problem to be and not an indictment of any vendor.
This picture shows how the ink peels off. You can see there's no change in the surface of the plexiglas where the ink might have bonded.
This is one of the edges where the 3M tape was applied. You can see that the ink lifted off the window and stuck to the tape.
This picture shows the ink peeling away and areas where it lifted off with the tape. The crater areas are where the window was originally bonded to the car with the self-vulcanizing rubber. The ink turned loose from the window in those area and the windows were about to come off the car. Those areas are now black because I over-sprayed it with acrylic paint. Though I put acrylic on it, the areas where it oversprayed existing ink will still peel because the acrylic doesn't come into physical contact with the plexiglas.
This also shows where the original ink lifted off in the areas of the tape and where the mastic pulled the ink away. Again, the cratered area is where the windows were originally bonded to the car. Some of the rubber mastic is still attached. We managed to cut it loose without doing further damage to the ink. The ink turning loose wasn't a result of removing the windows. Inversely, the windows were removed because the ink was turning loose and they were about to come off the car on their own.

As owner of Fiero Warehouse I want to set the record straight. I am not kahines (Ken Hines), nor have i ever sold his windows.
I no longer sell GT windows, I haven't sold GT windows for well over a year, nor will I be selling GT windows anytime soon.
Thank You!
IMO, I offered the best replacements. The logo and matrix were exact. I pretty darn near had the curve exact. At the end of my run I had the slight color added to the plastic......just like GM did.
In case anyone wants to know what happened to the OP windows.....the silkscreen paint gave up. The OP's surface prep has nothing to do with it.

Ok for those of us watching, Fiero Warehouse no longer sells these, so that option is out. Khines's sails apparently have issues with the paint and could turn into a projectile at high speed. I guess that leaves trying to pry a NOS set out of Capt Dean or buying Chris Cook's? ANY issue with Chris's sails at all?

I have only had Chris`s panels on for a couple of months but so far, so good. I did get a different kind of tape than he supplied with them. They seem to be stuck really good but I guess over time the heat could affect them, so I guess I will see.

Any fitment issues? I read where fierosound had one that was too long, as did someone else.

Mine fit pretty well. I messed up when sticking on the drivers side as it slipped a little and the tape I used there was no way to reposition it but I just tapped the drip edge down on it and it looks fine. They are not as thick as the originals so they flex a bit and the outside overall curve is not perfect but I am quite pleased with them for the money. You really only see a bit of a flaw in the curve when the light hits it just right.
Here are a couple of pics.

I think I may just say the heck with the whole thing and get the Fiero fiberglass panels and have a Body guy I know paint them and fix them to the car. The ones he makes are very nice. It'll be hard to move from the stock look though for sure

You might be thinking of me. I'm not sure if I got a bad set, but the Fiero Store sells his windows now and they were garbage. Fortunately I managed to return them. They were too long to fit the car and there was no way they would fit without cutting a notch out of the top corner. I've heard of a few others having this same issue.

This is very disappointing.

And mikejhjr I`m sorry you got a bad set but the ones I got are not "garbage" as you so eloquently put it. I`m very pleased with them.
I really wanted to like them too after hearing so much praise about them, and I did when I first pulled them out of the box. But just holding them up to the car it was easy to see they were way too long and the dot matrix didn't even completely cover the panel behind it. I'm sorry if you didn't like my description, but the set I received was by no means a quality part.
