Should have gone with the no-lift... Great times even still. Also need to consider popping the hood before your run, it actually helps.
Have you considered what the problem may be for the issue of the boost/power? Could you be outflowing that turbo or your intercooler? I would be really interested to see that thing on a dyno at 20 and 26 to see whats really happening.
I am pointing a finger at the exhaust housing on this VGT turbo... I had this turbo on a V8 (for like a week), and it showed something similar at this flow level.
When i get bored I am going to look at things closely between different boost levels and see what is going on. I might try to setup a exhaust pressure gauge if possible. If the turbo is tapped out, that wouldnt really be a big problem it would just be nice to know. From what I gathered with what little info i had at the track, the turbo never flowed any more air passed 21psi... So I would never expect the compressor side to cause that problem, which leaves the motor.. and exhaust valve float could be an issue if TIP pressure is over ~55psi... which I doubt because the wastegate in that would control most any boost level I wanted it to.. Last on the list is just raw head flow problems... which with tiny 190cfm ports and stock duration... I could see problems.

This track seems to be setup a little faster. My horsepower defiantly helped this time. Doing this autocross stuff really makes me want to drop some cash on tires made for it. So much fun.
Waterford hills is a extremely tight and slow track... There is one straight you could punch it on a bit but it was only a 3rd gear hit. Spinning out really isnt an option if you want to leave without a trailer...
Man that acceleration just seems brutal when you can really punch it coming out of a turn into a straight, I can't imagine being in your car. Car sounds great too!
