I know of at least 4 of his swaps here in Ontario that were being reworked last year because they are crap. Belleville ON, Bowmanville ON, Guelph ON, Toronto ON.. The factory tune he uses is crap. The mounting is crap. He never one suggested a double dogbone for my car- dead stock 3800 motor. I spent thousands on parts and labour but said "no" to an $60 item?? Yeah...right.. If you look at the pictures of his swaps, almost all of them are single dogbone. On my auto swap, the tranny was hitting the cradle. His "fix" was to grind the hell out of my mint 88 cradle. The tranny lines were bent into a knot. On both cars belts were rubbing up against hoses. My AC leaked out before I drove the car 3 minutes toward home. Heat from the uninsulated PCM warped the center console within days. My exhaust flanges came undone before getting home. If the Holy Grail was a double dogbone, why is he not even including a double dogbone in his swap kits?? It is a BS excuse that he thought of after the fact on my car, when it was clear that the F23 mount he made was weak. His throttle cable bracket is a joke- the cable pops out constantly and it looks like a dog chewed on it. I have posted pics already- they speak for themselves. A double dogbone is a band aid. RULOOKIN and Joe have driven my car, as well as Luke and a few other PFF members here, and they all agreed that the engine/tranny are poorly mounted. My brake caliper bolts came loose- one even fell out less than 2 months after Dan installed them. I am not questioning that you may have had a good experience and that your swap works fine. Mine is crap, and so are several other of his swaps that I have seen personally. Wires and hoses everywhere, tiewrap instead of proper hose routing. Mufflers bouncing up against the frame. You have the right, as a happy customer, to say that you are satisfied. I have the right, as an unhappy customer, to say that I am unsatisfied. I am not arguing with you about your swap- I have not seen or driven your car. You also have not seen or driven mine.

Maybe FOY will get their act together- their F23 mounts look far more substantial. I really don't give a crap about how pretty a chamfer is or a weld bead- it is not like these are restoration parts for a Shelby Cobra. Who is going to see an engine or tranny mount anyway? It is just aftermarket parts for a cheap, discontinued GM commuter car and for the price, it would be a decent deal if they delivered on time...

Admit it every thing boils down to my pissing you off my making you wait on a long weekend while I helped a friend and let your piece of crap headers cool before trying to fix where you had cut the cross over with a hacksaw and installed a tail pipe repair piece your self. looks to me like your problems are mostly you playing with it your self that is why photos you put up do not match the ones I have of your car when it left.

Again I also offered to reinforce the mounts if you wanted but you were too busy trying to insult me and threaten me to listen to what I was telling you. Once and for all grow up if you have a legit problem with your car bring it back that is why I have a warranty if not go away and get a life.

Still no update from FOY...

I received SOME of my parts back... Flywheel and filler neck. Filler neck has slag on the INSIDE that has not been cleaned up. Also, I have to recheck the markings on it. But I think it's the SAME one I sent him. (that was SUPPOSED to be lost in the mail...). I sent him 2 HTOB adapters and only got 1 back...

Still no confirmation of the swap kit that was to be sent COD...

I got my freaking eye ball shaved from scarring and have been at home, I'm sure you saw me post about it. Slag as in burn through from welding on a rusty tstat housing? If it isn't loose, then so what? Markings? Through the thick powder? I can send you another HTOB or send you money for it, I didn't you remember you sending me two

A few of the other people were repeat customers and got parts AFTER you already said all this. Again, I'll reference the ebay feedback as well.

There was no rust on that flywheel when it left. It was just machined and is made from iron, it corrodes quickly. You and I both know that tstat looks good. Post pictures. I said sent you a HTOB adapter, and specifically stated that just the flywheel and tstat were modified, go quote me.

Yours was from a junkyard and you pulled others to try and get a discount. I'll give you $20

Yeah it doe sound stupid but that's wehre we are at... From the previous threads in 2007 with RideZiLightning, it was the only way to get a resolution. FROY also involved his dad and potentialy made is dad an accomplice (not good for his lawfirm for him to be involved in fraud). FOY stated it was his dad''s shope (probably a lie... ) and his dad was working with hime to fix the cars... His dad also helped to deliver Capt's car. So he is involved.

I had a deal with FOY where I stopped posting on here about him until I contact him first and offer him the chance to clarify things or explain it beffore making it public. Well.. he defaulted on that as he has not answered the phone, texts, emails or PMs and did not follow through on his commitment to deliver the parts to Capt Fiero when he came for his stuff.

I don't know why your still pushing this guy. You got your money and your parts back (correct me if I'm wrong), so why keep going? I wouldn't expect a free parts kit, not to mention why would you want one? His parts look like ass and he's a horrible person to work with.

He actually still owes me parts. Or money, I got neither. Same as several other people on the forum. Others have mentioned that to get a refund they need his address and contact info.

I do not see this as his personal info as when he registered his webpage, he signed a disclosure agreement with the hosting provider to make this information public. As far as I'm concerned, this is FOYRacing.com's head office.

If Cliff has any objections to this, I will gladly edit my post and remove anything he wants as it is his site.

As FOY said to me over the phone, there is not much I can do since I'm all the way in Canada and can't touch him. Maybe this is info that can help people on his side of the border.
