I have a whole bunch (40 or so) pics I need to shrink (each one is 1.1 meg).. The way I do it now, is to open it with Paint (eek), and then actually shrink the picture down.. Is there a way to resize, and lower resolution, while keeping decent.. But maybe even more importantly, is there a program that will do them all, instead of me doing it, saving it, doing it, saving it, etc.. Thanks guys!

If you have XP, then you can download the Image Resizer Power Tool.

I use that one myself. I just did a bunch of pics. After you download it, all you do is go to 'your pictures', when you put your cursor over a pic, it will show a blue border. Then push ' ctrl ' key and hold it and click on all you want to resize and you will get the border around all that you select. Then just right click and the window will show ' resize ' a few lines from the top. left click it and drop down window asks to check for small, medium, or large. Pick one and click OK and it will make a copy of all of them the size you picked leaving your original as is.
