So, does this mean that if I drive an 85GT with loud exhaust, and the guy next to me gets pissed, he can chuck stuff at me and tear up my car? Unless it's money coming at me, I'd be filing a police report using that guys license plate, and prosecuting him as best I could.
Regardless if this post is true, BS, something off Family Guy, or anything in between... It's not cool to chuck stuff at other drivers, regardles of what you think they did to annoy you. It's not cool to blame others when you are not using your head, and carrying around a dog with "issues", nor is it cool to brag about it. How is it the guys fault that your dog is sensitive to sound and freaked? It really wouldnt be cool if the guy shot you. Would have been harder to get blood out of the tracker then pee, and really, it'd have lowered the Blue Book value of the poor tracker.
