Welp, just ggot done slaving over the motorcycle all day trying to hunt down electrical problems. I really do think it is time to fabricate my own wiring harness to hopefully get the thing running one day. Last Post.

Good timing. It is almost cold enough to cruise.

Maybe it is already cold enough ?
What kind of bike ? What kind of electrical problems are you having ?

Was the ice creme truck flying through the sky ? My Grandmother lives in Tampa and told me it gets a little windy there from time to time.

It is a 1975 Honba CB750 K5. Me and my pah have been restoring is from a rusty POS to what is turing into a very attractive bike. When we got it the tranny was blown, the engine only hit on 1 cylinder outa 4, None of the electrics worked, and it really looks bad. Now it has a fully rebuilt engine/tranny, new paint, and the electrical is being redone seeing as most of it had a bad case of dry rot and blown wires/fusable links. I have to finish the wiring before we can start it to see if it runs at all, so it can be a bit tedious. As for the electrical problems, someone tried to "fix" this before with duct tape, electrical tape, and some ghetto wiring. I am in the process of cutting out ALL of the bad wiring (A LOT!!!!) and resplicing in new wirin with wire splices and shrinkwrap. Right now, the horn works, headlight works, turn signals did work, but something happend(I don't know what) and they don't anymore. The starter isn't getting power and I have about 5 pounds of dead wire that I have to weed out. As for aftermarket stuff, we are putting on a fairing(which has bad internal wiring, so I have to work on that too) crashbar with integrated highway pegs, 2 level seat, and all chrome accents. It should be a looker when it is done, if it ever gets done.
