Hi all, just a couple of questions. I just installed PIP and took a few pictures of my car. The problem I'm having is that when I chose the picture I want to post a window comes up and says that my pictures are against the rules. The limitations for the forum is 640 pixels and 100,000 Bytes. My pictures are well above this, like 19x,xxx bytes and 12xxx pixels. I finaly got one picture posted but it took an act of Congress. There has to be an easier way. My camera is a Kodak EasyShare cx6200. Thanks ahead of time!

Vinny

I set my camera to the lowest resolution when I am taking pictures to post in PIP, that is 640x480. They turn out looking pretty good anyway and I don't need to convert them to post them.

Resize your pics before posting. Easy as that. All a 200k pic is going to do is make everyone scroll back and forth across the screen. The PC software that came with yoru camera can probably resize the pics for you.

microsoft has a good free pic resizer that ie the simplest to use, just right click and hit resize then it will give you 4 choices, S,M,L or custom, small is just right for PIP,
look for it at microsoft.com
if you cant find it PM Roger Garrison, he told me about it, it works great

Go here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Get this

Once you get it you can right click on any picture in any folder n windows and select resize picture

then you get this cool little prompt

Select the smallest size for PFF.
