I was almost ready to jump on you for fighting this bill. As you've notice I'm for gun controls. and not taking them away, just reasoanbale controls. This bill has some merit but it won't play kindly to the negelectful shooter that leaves a shell casings in the field or to guy who simply cant where that damn casing went. Such could indeed be picked up by someone else and left somewhere.
