The 155 is capable of firing a nuclear warhead, it was developed by the USA, who adopted this caliber for their heavy artillery. Most nuclear capable countries have a tactical nuke for artillery delivery, the actual caliber of the artillery piece depends on the conventional heavy artillery adopted by that country, but 155 seems to be the lower limit, nukes can't be made small enough to be fired from say a 105, at least to my outdated knowledge. John Wayne doesn't qualify as a hero, he never served in any branch of the military, he just made movies and money. I don't want an army of warriors, warriors fight for personal glory, I want an army of soldiers, soldiers will fight for their buddies, their countries, and their way of life, but never for personal glory. The Japanese followed their "Warrior Code" and look where it led them. Ulanstan, you are sometimes scary, often confusing, usually entertaining , and occasionally right. Yes, a Fiero is capable of delivering a small nuclear device over a substantial range, although it should be considered more of a cruise weapon than direct fire. Range and yield depend on how much beer you bring along for the trip.

How many nuke shells did the Iraqis shoot, and not just at us? What kind if invasion did we accomplish? If one of those shells aimed at us was nuke tipped, don't you think our attack strategy would have changed into more conquering? LURKER there were 80 to 100 shells,, they were reported in the newspaper on a back page with photo as being unusable,, I could tell from the bad photo I could have cleaned the shells and loaded them in about 20 minutes per shell quicker with the proper supplies,,Only a very experienced artilleryman could service and fire these old shells,, they require a special fuse for the proper ignition.. an airburst from a 155 nuke could decimate a division,,because of the many thousands of dead kurds you know saddam had gas .. Yellowcake is a long way from an actual nuke, you need your own Manhattan Project to get there.
