I forgot to mention to you guys that the car was on Autoblog about a month ago. It is amazing I have googled the car and it is all over the place.

http://www.autoblog.com/tag/soapbox+derby/

Unfortunatally the composites engineer who did the matrix plan and carbon fiber layup on the car, he also happens to be the driver, was laid off two weeks ago. Sucks. There are still plans for a second car for next year since we have molds to do another body.

Is Zebco Ready to Race the Best?‏

I saw on the "net" the following statement: "Official dates are being set for next years Sand Springs Soapbox Derby, however Zebco is looking for additional competitions they can compete in." http://jalopnik.com/5066411...xtreme-gravity-racer

If you are looking for the opportunity to check your car against the most advanced gravity racers in the world, then please note the following (note that the application deadline is 12/15/08): http://aasbd.com/WEB/USC1.doc, http://aasbd.com/images/ULTIMATE.PDF, http://aasbd.com/WEB/US2009_Application.doc

You will need to modify your racer from three to four wheels (rule to prevent a center wheel from hitting the ramp starting gate).

Note a picture of one of the cars you would be up against (wheels not on car)
