Welcome to the obsession! The only thing that we will clash on is our personal choice of football team. After the beating the cowboys gave my team in two super bowls, I tend to dislike them for all eternity. Toddster is a lucky man!

We haven't heard much of Todd lately, and while it has allowed some other vocal people more stage to speak there mind, I can honestly say that I missed Todd and the nobler parts of his personality. Some people have an opinion of Todd that, while arguably deserved, is less then favorable. But that image is very one dimensional, but if you continue to hang out in the OT section you may find old arguments brought from the past that may make one question reality. Besides that this forum and the Fiero hobby is a great place to associate. And I can honestly say that in my years of following the hobby, that there are few more knowledgeable about the subject, nor as giving of his time and resources as Todd. You've gotr yourself a catch, there, young lady.
Todd, I hope that your life changes have left everyone involved in a favorable condition. Peace.

Wow, I was being sincere. Oh well. I guess absence hasn't made you any fonder.
Yes, you were being a sincere ass! Who the hell are you to share you opinion of me with Jeri? This is HER introductory thread. Don't screw it up for the sake of venting your passive aggressive crap.
Now please, for once in your life, shut up while you're behind.

I wasn't aware that this was a competition. I guess when you are someone like yourself, everything is a competition. But this isn't junior high, I'm not going to jack you for your lunch money, give you a wedgie, or steal your girlfriend. Lighten up, little man.

Well, it isn't your thread or your forum. I was sincerely trying to compliment you, and you want to drag this thread into the trash. If it will impress your new gal at how much juice you've got, I am sure that we can go there.
So, who got the kids?

You are a better man than I. I don't know if I could date a Cowboys fan, I'd always be trying to convert her into a Bills fan, and a Sabres fan, and a Mets fan....and on and on and on, you get the idea.
Lucky for me my wife likes all the teams that I do, sort of. She follows the Seahawks, but likes the Bills as well. Luckily we see eye to eye on every other sport. (and she likes fieros!)
edit to say I hope I put this thread back on track

Awe, thank you! I think I am lucky as well...Todd is a wonderful person. Now to address the serious stuff...I am sorry for your teams loss. The boys have had their "bad days" too...hell when New Orleans beat us to win the Super bowl game this past year...I was disappointed for the boys, but extremely happy for NO...sometimes...the other team deserves the win. Your day will come. Unless your a Lion's fan. ;-)
@ Everyone, I am happy to meet you all, thank you for all the funny, inspiring and charming posts. I will probably have to ask again; who is who. I think it has something to do with the blond hair...or so I have heard. ;-) It has been entertaining to read the replies to this thread. I haven't been in a forum in years. give me a minute to remember how to do the tricks of the trade...I feel like an old dog trying new tricks. ;-)
OH yes, Side note: I avoid drama like the plague...so excuse me for not replying in topics that are subject of Religion or Politics or He said, She said. I would rather smile and drink gasoline. lol ;-) with that said, I am going to post a funny video that I came across..look for the suburban Housewife thread...I think it will humor you even if you are not a wife and mother. haha

Sorry to point out your mistake, but this IS Toddsters forum. Just ask him. And he can have it. Good luck, Jeri.

Hello and you are now on planet Fiero. It may get bumpy from here on out ,but just hang on. With all the talk of handcuffs, paddles, dolls this could be the start of a very strange but interesting thread> That is a nice car you have there. What kind of car is that anyway? lol....
I wish my wife was in to working on cars, but all she wants to is drive them. Well welcome to pff and have fun.

Well, thank you! I agree, it is getting hot in here, did anyone bring the ice? LOL
That's a Fiero! Ever seen one? haha ;-) I love it, it's fun, fast (for an 86) and freakin' red! I love it.
I have been into bikes for years, I have done the oil changes, spark plugs, tire changes..small stuff, but helping change the engine and re-couple the tranny in my own car, was an experience I will never forget, and now I want to rebuild and restore something else. A mustang perhaps. ;-)

I've met Jeri. She's gorgeous, and loves cars. Works on 'em, too. She's a keeper, Todd.
Yeah, but can she cook?
Handcuffs, spurs, works own her on vehicles, football fan (I guess that's what the Cowgirls call it), she's a biker, good looking as hell, the list goes on. If she can cook, marry that girl immediately or I will.

I wanna know if she likes beer, . Welcome to the forum Jeri. It's way more than a car forum or even a forum. You will find out. To many of us, this is the second most productive source of information aside from Google. Friends are formed here and knowledge is gained. Oh, and we have drama, , along with humor and downright genuine caring between many members. In the spirit of your thread I will introduce myself. Born in England, raised in Texas (San Antonio, Bandera, central hill country) and an eternal Cowboy fan. Happily married, happy the kids are all grown, just all around happy. Happy to be working, even when I am not earning a check (which comes from drilling oil wells). I love to try new things and am even happy to fail as success comes one failure at a time. My Fiero is an 88GT T top but I also love my 85 Jeep CJ7 Laredo. I thought I loved my 70 Chevy swb fleetside P/U but I started a restoration years ago and have never finished. I am one with too many irons in the fire. Again, welcome to the forum.

Well, I'm a little late to the party being this is on the second page already Just a Kentucky boy chimin' in.
Toddster........You're the guy that finds nice Fieros in barns, ain't ya?
A woman that can do all of that is always too good for the man she's with, so you better keep'er pinned down till you're able to wrestle that ring on .
Oh, and welcome to your new family here........and congrats on the Fiero .

Thank you, I will keep an eye out for her so I can say hello and introduce myself.
I never understood why Texas had two teams. Wise choice to support the boys. Dallas has better jersey's and better looking cheerleaders. ;-)
Well, at least one of their cheerleaders is the most beautiful woman in the world.
Not planning to post anymore here, this is Jeri's thread. I just came by to shoo the trolls and give you all an intro. She is a true convert. A Fiero fan from the first drive. So I figured she ought to join the forum. She showed pictures to her family and friends and now some of them want one.

To Jeri,I hope you have an enjoyable time here for as long as you want to stay,be it one year or ten ! Welcome !! To Toddster,It seems the only really negative comments came from you.Maybe you should take your comments and follow your own advise and leave this thread,I am sure a woman with Jeri's ability can do just fine without you as a distraction ! Also I hoped your stay away from this forum changed you,but you are as filled with hate as ever when it comes to Jeff.

Then read Jeff's comments again hugh. Your contribution to this thread has run it's course as well. If you can't be gratious and polite you may leave.
I'm Dar, good to see another slightly older girl on here. Welcome to the madness.
We, the hubby and I, have 2 Fieros. A yellow 88 t-top GT and a red 88 Formula. I've been driving the GT around, but I'm dying to get the clutch fixed on my Formula, nothing like the feel of a stick in your hand and the magic of pounding through some gears to get your heart pumping!! I hope you enjoy your Fiero as much as I do mine!
Tell Todd I said "HI" he's been helpful to me and mine thoughout the years.
Take care!
Dar

Toddster,Being polite and not wanting to mess up Jeri's thread kept me from saying what i really think of you.Jeri,I want to apologize to you for reacting to toddster's comments that way,but when someone talks that way about someone I consider a friend I have to respond.

My goodness, I am overwhelmed with all the responses to this thread. I am honored to have so many friendly members come and welcome me. I would be here all day if I tried to answer everyone that posted...no chance of that happening since I am all dressed with hair curled and ready to get out and enjoy this sunny afternoon in my Little red Fiero. ;-)
I will say Hello Dar! it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I am not slightly older, I just behave that way for appearances. ;-) haha I love driving my car, after riding motorcycles, for so many years, I can appreciate the turning ability and get up and go these little cars have. I want another one that is twice as fast, I love the speed.
someone mentioned that they wanted to know if I could cook, oh yea...I am chef quality..in fact I just made grilled salmon with a delicious topping ;peaches/red peppers and cilantro. Served with a nice raspberry and walnut spring salad. it was perfect for a hot day, if you want the recipe, I can send that out. and, YES, I drink beer. LOL Corona with lime is my preference. I tried Dos Equise once, it was only once....but who needs it when I have the most interesting man on the planet that drinks it. lol ;-)

You know, I have reread my initial comment, and I'll be damned if I can find anything that is A) untrue, and B) unkind. I know my intent when I posted it, and I know that I withheld anything that I could possibly see as being deprecating. Feel free to enlighten me on what I said that was mean spirited or a falsehood.
