1 box of Little Debbie Pecan Spinwheels
3/4 cup of milk
2 beaten eggs
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/8th tsp salt
1/3 cup of raisins
1/3 cup of Dried Cranberries
1/8th tsp of ginger
1/8th tsp Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350
Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners or grease 12 muffin tins, 12 ramekins, or a small loaf pan.
Combine milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, spices in medium bowl. Mix well.
Quarter or crumble all 8 Pecan Spinwheels into milk mixture.
Add raisins and dried cranberries and let stand for 15 minutes to soak up liquid.
Spoon over into small loaf pan, muffin cups or ramekins cups.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes until bread pudding is puffed up and golden brown.

If this picture worked you would know know exactly what a Ramekin was.

Basically it's a glass or ceramic dish that you bake a single serving in. I think if you were Chinese you would call it a finger bowl.
