Immigration Reform: A Variety of Opinion - and Why Reform is Failing

There is consensus among most that there is an immense problem with the Immigration program of the United States. (Note: while dates, names, and figures will vary, this article can be equally applied to all western nations - they also face the same dilemna). To many, the problem is one of too little immigration. Members of pro-immigrant groups such as the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF), the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA) League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and the National Council of La Raza (LaRaza) are intent on what they term as"demographic warfare”.

Mexican columnist Carlos Loret de Mola told the Mexican newspaper, the Excelsior, over 20 years ago how this would play out."A peaceful mass of people…carries out slowly and patiently an unstoppable invasion, the most important in human history. You cannot give me a similar example of such a large migration wave by an ant-like multitude, stubborn, unarmed, and carried on in the face of the most powerful and best-armed nation on earth…{Neither} barbed-wire fences, nor aggressive border guards, nor campaigns, nor laws, nor police raids against the undocumented, have stopped this movement of the masses that is unprecedented in any part of the world.” (Ed. Contrary to de Mola’s declaration that the invasion is unarmed and peaceful - it is anything but!)

MALDEF’s president Mario Obledo stated,"California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn’t like it should leave.” Former President Clinton awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1998.

In universities across America, professors are telling Hispanics that students must organize and reclaim their former homeland. Students are following the lead of these radical professors - they themselves affirmative action beneficiaries - the second generation of the Mexican invasion. Universtity student groups are now organizing among the high schools and enjoy the preeminence of pro-immigrant teachers and school board members.

The Basis of Their Right to Reclaim?

In a Hispanic Studies textbook,"The Mexican American Heritage” by East Los Angeles high school teacher Carlos Jimenez, Aztlan is depicted in a redrawn map of Mexico and the United States; with Mexico of course having one third more territory. In the book Jimenez states,"Latinos are now realizing that the powers to control Aztlan may once again be in their hands.” The textbook teaches high school students that Mexico is going to regain the states of Colorado, California, Arizona, Texas, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon and parts of Washington - all formerly part of Aztlan. The idea of Aztlan is gaining swift momentum through the push of organizations such as MEChA. The logo of the MEChA also known as the Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan is an eagle holding a stick of dynamite. The preamble to their National Constitution states:

“Chicana students of Aztlan must take upon themselves the responsibilities to promote Chicansmo within the community, politicizing our Raza with an emphasis on indigenous consciousness to the struggle for self-determination of the Chicano people for the purpose of liberating Aztlan.”

The New York University Press states:"Aztlan was the mythical place of origin in some Aztec traditions, a lake with an island in the middle that was replicated when the wandering Mexican settled at Tenochittlan.”

Dan Kincaid with the Arizona Republic says of Aztlan."Aztlan was the legendary original home of the Aztec Indians…Aztlan, which means literally 'Place of the Herons’ in their Nahuatl language…The Aztecs believed their Ancestors migrated in stages from Aztlan, reaching central Mexico about A.D. 1200 An Aztec subgroup, the Tenochas founded their capital, Tenochtitlan, in 1325 on an island in Lake Texcoco after seeing an eagle perched on a cactus and devouring a rattlesnake.”

Another Theory on Aztlan

There is, however, another theory on Aztlan that receives no press whatsoever because if true it would debunk the Chicano’s alleged right to retake what they believe is rightfully theirs. Despite academia’s modern claim that the white race are the collective descendents of European barbarians and cro-magnum cave dwellers nothing can be more further from the truth. Volumnes have been written which trace the migrations of the white race. Archeologists who have not been led astray by a presupposed idea of the white races’ barbarian beginnings; linguists, anthropologists, and historians can attest to the ability of the white race to civilize each land upon which they set foot. From the cradle of civilization in Mesopotania, to Egypt, the Orient, the Pacific Isles, and India the creative and stabilizing force of the white race can be found in the ancient writings, scientific discoveries, relics, and ruins.

The same can be said for North and South America. But as a non-white people are now claiming to have originated the once great South American empires and the pyramids, temples, and highways of Mexico and thus believe the white man must turn it over to them we will briefly digress to show the absurdity that these people created any great empire, but are rather the result of another integration nightmare and have no sacred right to land that the brave men at the Alamo fought and died for!

On the right bank of the Rio Puercos, some thirty miles southwest of Albuquerque, in Valencia County, New Mexico stands a volcanic mesa. The people in the area call it "Hidden Mountain” or"Mystery Mountain”. The Indians of the region call it by its ancient title,"Cerro Los Moqujino” meaning Cliff of the Strange Writings.

Atop these natural volcanic fortifications is found the ancient ruins of a camp laid out in military fashion in the same manner of the ancient Israelites. Leading to the camp along a winding trail is a wall of native, igneous basalt. On its face is chisled words from long ago - ancient Hebrew - which was translated by the late Dr. Robert Pfeiffer of Harvard in 1948. It is the Ten Commandments. Another inscription reads, "Yahweh is our Mighty One”. The evidence shows our people to have been here thousands of years ago.

Quoting from "Discovery of Ancient America” -"As the world slipped into the Dark Ages following the decline of the Roman Empire, which itself had no contact with the New World, the American continents were forgotten by all except a few living in the outlying regions of the inhabited Old World, such as Scandinavia. For the rest of the world it was not rediscovered until the Columbus’ famous journey centuries later…The evidence of well-established contacts between the Old and New Worlds prior to the 2nd century B.C. are numerous and extensive. For example, great numbers of sculptures depicting human figures have been found throughout the Americas, especially in Central and South America…’all kinds of white people,’ especially so- called semitic types with and without beards (Wuthenau, The Art of Terra Cotta Pottery). Even at later periods, there were many of those commonly called white men. For instance, Charnay (“North American Review, Oct. 1881) writes, 'Physically, Veytia describes the Toltec as a man of tall stature, white, and bearded.’..”

Inscriptions have been found on a rock at Mount Hope, Rhode Island, the Rio Grande Cliffs in Texas, Guenca Ecuador, Davenport Iowa, Batcreek Tennessee, Moundsville West Virginia, central West Virginia, and Newark Ohio.

In ancient times a mysterious, tall, white-skinned bearded people known as"Tolteca” migrated onto the central highlands of what is now called Mexico. They brought with them the arts of civilization including metalworking, agriculture, architecture, pyramid building, astrology, the complex arrangement of time adapted by the Aztecs; and in Professor Prescott’s words,"were the true fountains of the civilization which distinguished this part of the continent in later times. They established their capital at Tula as in Tulan.” In addition, they brought the Hebrew language. They called the area to the north, from which they had migrated"Aztlan,” and the central highland section of Mexico"Anuhuac,” both appropriate Hebrew words.

Again, I quote from "Discovery of Ancient America”: "Their ancient homeland, on the other side of the sea was known as Tulan, or Tollan, Tulan in Hebrew means eminence. Az-Tulan means 'mighty eminence’ or Oz-Tulan means 'eminence of old.’ These epithets are indeed appropriate for a tribe who viewed themselves as the 'Chosen People’ …..”

In fact, the very phrase "mound builders” should be more correctly phrased "mound people”. In the Hebrew language, Tel is a mound or hill. Techa translates as a camp or people….thus Teltecha or Toltecha. The Israelites are known for their mound building and were instructed to build an alter to Yahweh upon reaching each new destination. As the migrations of the Israelites are followed throughout from the Middle East through the Caucsus Mountains and unto the farthest outposts of Europe - the mounds and remnants of their travels can be found. From the northern most reaches of Europe across to the far eastern areas of North America the evidence continues.

The Toltecas referred to the regions of the great north as Quichee. Quiche was used in the Celtic-Algonquian regions of the north in the form Quechee. It is derived from the Hebrew word

QTsH meaning frontier, outmost coast, end, uttermost part, and shore. It is interesting to note the Indian name for Lake Superior is Quechee-Gumee.

The alphabet of the ancient Celts/Irish is Ogam, which is a series of vertical lines, in distinct groups somewhat resembling a fence. Ogam in Hebrew in fact means"reed fence.” The Ogam alphabet has been found throughout South America.

Quichee is also used in the Mayan,"Titulos” to describe the Guatamalan Yucatan region to the extent that"Quichean civilization” is equivalent to"Mayan civilization”; meaning

frontier civilization”. The very name for Mexico,"Messi-koh” itself is derived from the Hebrew word for a"future King” and was named for a famous Tolteca chieftain.

Vikings and Aztlan

In William Prescott’s"History of the Conquest of Mexico and Peru” he says, “Quetzalquatl” - he was the white man, wearing a long beard, who came from the east; and who, after presiding over the golden age of Anahuac, disappeared as mysteriously as he had come, on the great Atlantic Ocean. As he promised to return at some future day, his reappearance was looked for with confidence by each succeeding generation.”

The bearded, white-skinned Toteca "god” of the Maya, who was later passed down to the Aztecas, was according to legend a man-god who arrived in Quiche (Aztlan-Guatemala) in a magnificent boat. In the religious legend, he is said to be a benevolent god, and was symbolized in architecture by a feathered serpent and is called Quetzal-coatl. By the Maya he was called Votan, Ku-Kul-Kan, and Dan.

Votan, was the name of the 3rd century Scandinavian emperor. The sacred land of the Norseman was the land Thule. In Brewers Classical dictionary of Phrase and Fable under Votan it says,"Chief god of the Scandanavians, his real name was Sigge son of Frizdulph but he assumed the name (title) Odin (Votan) when he left the Tanais (Asia) because he had been a priest (Khan) of Odin - the supreme god of the Scandanavians.” Odin is from the Hebrew word Adon which means Lord. Brewer continues,"Father of Odin was Bor, (Odin 1) and his brothers are Vile and Ve, his wife Frigga. Sons Thor and Balder.”

In about 330 B.C., Pytheas sailed northward to a land in the Artic circle generally considered to have been Iceland. He called the land Thule. Quetzalcoatl-Ku-Kul-Kan was a blond, bearded, white skinned diety of the Tolteca-Mayateca. His secondary names were Votan and Dan

Finally, I quote again from the"Discovery of Ancient America”:

“This Norse Votan who lived in the third century aligns in time with the Tolteca Votan, who was considered ancient at the time of the Spanish conquest. This Tolteca Votan (KuKlukan - yes, readers as I was researching this part of the article I too was struck by the similarity of KuKluKan and obviously Ku Klux Klan) ruled for a time in the central highlands of the Guatemala, then returned"alive to his people” (in Mexico). Although he promised to return, there is no record of his reappearance in Meso-America. (South America)

“If Votan of the Tolteca is Votan of the Norse, it would explain why the Aztecs would refer to Hernando Cortez and his men as Tules (gods) since they thought the conquerer was Quetzal-coatl (Votan) with his followers returning as promised. The helmet worn by one of the Spaniards raised considerable interest among the Aztec caciques (chieftains), as it was remarkably similar to the helmet of Quetzal-Coatl that they kept in their temple of Huitziloptchli. On display in the National Museum is the carved head of a"noble Aztec”. The face is that of a Norseman (Plate 40, George C. Vaillant, Aztecs of Mexico)

“Tulan is the fabled land on the other side of the sea that the Maya-Tolteca forefathers came from, the land of seven canyons. The land of Egypt (Delta) has been called the"land of seven rivers”. Could this be a portion of the fabled land of Tulan? Tulan, the home of the ancestors on the other side of the sea: Consider that the Aztecas called the Spaniards, who were bearded, white men, Tules (gods). Hence, Tules are gods. Also note that in TULA was the great TOLTEC edifice dedicated to Quetzal-coatl by these mysterious people."

Additional evidence could be offered to show that the civilizing force upon both the North and South American continents is of the white race. Wherever they have traveled, they have raised up civilization.

It is quite accurate for the non-white people of Mexico and South America to make the claim that they were here before the white man - afterall the white man and woman (Adam and Eve) came from the Tarim Basin and Mesopotania region. However, it is equally inaccurate for them to make any claim to our South Western states because it was once known as Aztlan. Aztlan it once was - but it was not of their creation. After the white man and woman left, the great cities, highways, temples, market places, scientific centers, and essentially all civilization eroded until the white Spaniards came to find a destitute, blood thirsty, cannibalististic people who had not advanced one bit since the founders of their cities had left them. The battle of the Alamo settled the reconquering of the South West or Aztlan. It was

reconquered by the people who had made it great once before - the white man!

What the Invasion is Costing White America

One out of five Mexicans in the world lives in the United States. Two reports released by the Mexican government show just how entangled the U.S. and Mexico are today. The first report is "Migration in Mexico and the World,” from the National Population Council. It says that over the last 40 years "registered” immigration to the U.S. from Mexico exceeded 17 million. Remember, this is the figure for registered immigrants and does not include illegals and the children of both legal and illegal immigrants.

The second report from the Bank of Mexico, revealed that in the first half of 2003 - for the first time. Mexico is receiving more income from Mexicans settling in the U.S. than from tourism and foreign investments!

Matricula Cards

The central government of Mexico is lobbying state and local government authorities in the U.S. to accept these cards just as they would a green card. It appears to be a simple attempt to "legalize" an otherwise illegal alien: enter the United States illegally and make your way to a Mexican Consulate, where Mexican authorities issue you a consular ID card -- complete with a new, U.S. address.

Wells Fargo & Co. said the number of bank accounts opened using the Mexican Matricula card rose above 500,000 since the San Francisco bank pioneered the acceptance of the card almost three years ago. The company said it is now opening an average of more than 700 accounts a day for Hispanics using the Matricula card, a seven-fold increase over the three-year period. Bankers from Wells, Bank of America and other financial institutions are often at the Mexican consulate courting customers who have just received their Matricula cards. Wells Fargo also accepts the consular identification cards from Guatemala and Argentina as valid identification for account openings.

If You’re Down and Out / Pick up a Senorita

A popular website run by former Republican Representative Tom Alcieres from New Hampshire is a one-stop shop of information for illegal immigrants in the U.S. He even posts tips to unscrupulous U.S. men who might want to make their living helping Mexicans get into the U.S. He titles this section: The Ultimate Loophole:"So you're an USA citizen making his living flipping burgers at McDonald's and there are a gazillion Mexicans living in poverty. The object of the game is to get as many Mexicans as possible into the USA by whatever means. However, what's in it for you?

“Well, here's the loophole: Under U.S. Code, Title 8 section 1401(g), if you have a child by a Mexican señorita, the child is a USA citizen, even if the birth takes place in Mexico. You need to sign some forms for the consulate, and the kid gets a certificate of USA citizenship.” He goes on to explain that the American male will get lots of sex with many hot young Mexican women, won’t have to marry any of them, and will get tax deductions for dependent children. Oh, and he’ll be a hero of course!

Immigrants Hate U.S. Authority

A Mexican immigrant leader in the U.S. says on deporttheborderpatrol.com,"There is no need for the Border Patrol. If people from the south side of the river decide they want to take up residence on the north side, who you gonna call? Call your new neighbors and say, bienvenidos! The United States has been described as a nation of immigrants. So, in all fairness to the police officers, average police don't deserve to get killed nearly as much as Border Patrol goons do. Some police officers sign up so they can serve the people, accepting the job of enforcing the many unjust laws as a required trade-off. That is a decision they have made and, while it is the wrong decision, at least they aren't as bad as Border Patrol goons, which sign up only out of greed and malice. Border Patrol goons only serve the wants of bigots. Border Patrol goons are the scum of the Earth."

While the border patrol is busy trying to do their job in the midst of numerous ridiculous procedural rules for dealing with illegal aliens, Immigrant groups are planning lawsuits against various law enforcement agencies for violating the rights of"undocumented workers”. Fernando Garcia, director of the Border Network for Human Rights told the El Paso Times, ”There have been a dramatic increase in the complaints we’ve received involving possible wrongful searches and wrongful entries into homes, and possible racial profiling by U.S. law enforcement agencies.” The Border Network is conducting their second"Campaign to Document abuse of authority.” One case of abuse cited by Human Rights groups is the conviction of a border patrol agent for the molestation of an 8-year-old Mexican girl. However, the border patrol agent, himself, was a Mexican and the girls step father, which they fail to comment on.

The flagrant hateful attitude that non-white immigrants from Mexico have for U.S. authorities is not the only thing that poses a danger to American citizens. While not all non-white Hispanics are involved in drug trafficking – even many"innocent” immigrants are more than willing to provide smuggling services in exchange for getting into the U.S. Families with children are increasingly becoming favorite vehicles for moving drugs across the border. More sympathy is given to families and women and children are less likely to be considered as drug carriers.

Kerri Pepoy, an intelligence analyst for the national Drug Intelligence Center speaking about North Carolina said, “Mexican drug trade organizations have essentially taken over the drug trafficking business from other groups.” Nationwide, almost half of all people charged with federal drug offenses between 1984 and 1999 were Hispanic, according to a 1999 U.S. Department of Justice report. The DEA reports that 65 % of all the cocaine that enters this country comes in from Mexico.

The North American Free Trade agreement, backed by both Democrats and Republicans caused a huge increase in the drug trade according to David Gaddis, assistant special agent in charge of the DEA’s North Carolina operations."The free trade agreement made it possible for the movement of thousands of containers across the U.S. – Mexican border. It’s common for drugs to be woven into those legitimate cargoes.”


SSI for Illegals

Bush is working on a plan to allow Mexicans who worked illegally in the U.S., but are now living in Mexico – to receive Social Security benefits. A Social Security office will be opened up in Mexico City where Mexicans can apply for U.S. Social Security benefits. This would transcend not just from the worker, but spouses and children could file claims if their parent or husband/wife had worked in the U.S. and had social security taxes taken out of their check.

Tracking down some of the beneficiaries could prove difficult. $21 billion in Social Security payments have not been able to be paid to hundreds of Mexicans because they used false Social Security numbers for payroll deductions. Some are promoting a similar social security numbering system between the U.S. and Mexico so un-documented workers won't risk losing their benefits!

Educational Discounts

Another gain for illegals is the campaign to allow them to attend state universities at the in-state resident rate. Allies of the illegals have drummed up a lot of sympathy for students who are illegals and even more sympathy for the children of illegals who were no part of their parents' decision to come here. But, these steeply discounted rates were clearly intended for legal residents. It's wrong to give the cheap rate to someone who has no right to be here, while an out-of-state U.S. citizen may have to pay four to 10 times as much.

While the United States is spending millions to control illegal immigration, many states and localities are working, in effect, to undermine immigration law and to make illegal immigration more attractive and therefore more common. It makes no sense.

Unchecked Immigration a Key Factor in Keeping America's "Working Poor" Poor

Business Week recently reviewed the negative impact immigration - along with globalization - has in keeping hard-working Americans poor.

In its May 31, 2004 cover story "Working... and Poor," the financial magazine states that a flood of immigrants, mostly from Mexico, is swelling the low-end labor pool and throwing least-skilled Americans into direct competition with people willing to work for pennies on the dollar.

Economists claim globalization is responsible for about one-fifth of the decline in blue-collar pay since 1973. As globalization accelerates, the unskilled American worker is increasingly placed at a distinct disadvantage, and when added with a torrent of immigration, this has shoved many hourly wage occupations into a "worldwide, discount labor store stocked with cheap temps, hungry part-timers, and dollar-a-day labor in India, Mexico, and China." (I wonder how many will end up here from the tsunami devastated Asia. Instead of helping them there - mark my words - thousands will end up here)

More than 28 million Americans earn less than $9.04 per hour, representing about 25% of the workforce between the ages of 18 and 64 - many of these are elderly widows. Of these millions, approximately 20% are foreign-born, mostly from Mexico. Over the next decade, five of the ten fastest-growing jobs will be of the menial, dead-end variety, including retail clerks, cashiers, and janitors, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Curbing the flood of unskilled immigration - both legal and illegal - would ease some of the gravitational pressure on low-end paying jobs. According to a study conducted by Harvard Professor George J. Borjas, Among his findings:

By increasing the supply of labor between 1980 and 2000, immigration reduced the average annual earnings of native-born men by an estimated $1,700 or roughly 4%.

Among natives without a high school education, who roughly correspond to the poorest tenth of the workforce, the estimated impact was even larger, reducing their wages by 7.4%.

The 10 million native-born workers without a high school degree face the most competition from immigrants, as do the 8 million younger natives with only a high school education and 12 million younger college graduates.

The reduction in earnings occurs regardless of whether the immigrants are legal or illegal, permanent or temporary. It is the presence of additional workers that reduces wages, not their status.

Not Just the Unskilled!

There are over 600,000 American registered nurses not working as nurses, and countless other nurses who have become independent nurses. Why? It’s about the money. Hospitals refuse to pay nurses enough to keep American nurses interested in the job, and refuse to hire independent nurses.

Instead of raising the pay to fit the job, hospitals have decided to call what is really lack of interest in the job for the pay being offered, a 'shortage”. Hospitals would much rather have the cheaper indentured servant they can have by hiring foreign nurses who fear deportation if they don't do exactly as asked. All this alleged"shortage” has created some new loopholes to be created that allow massive numbers of foreign nurses to flood the US market.

Each year, 10% of nurses, of the recently –graduated and of those who work in IMSS, ISSSTE and the Secretaría de Salud [Mexican government health-care providers], migrate to the U.S., Spain and the U.K. In the first five months of 2004, 1000 Mexican nurses went to the U.S., 200 to Spain and 50 to the U.K.

And it’s not just those in the health care industry. The lowering of salary and the hiring of non-white immigrants due to alleged worker shortages also applies to many"white collar” jobs in the computer, data, and technician industries.

A Day Labor Center is a center that is taxpayer funded and operated by a city for the sole purpose of facilitating the hiring of illegal aliens by employers.

Kathy McKee, an anti-immigration activist said about these centers,"Let's make one thing clear: Day labor centers are for the benefit of illegal aliens…Phoenix blatantly thumbs its nose at federal law by illegally building these centers for illegal aliens. INA § 274 states that encouraging "an alien to . . . reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such residence is or will be in violation of the law," or who "aids and abets the commission of any of the preceding acts" has committed a federal felony. Obviously, helping illegal aliens find work is "encouraging" them to "reside in the United States," so why isn't the entire Phoenix City Council, which voted unanimously for the day labor center, being prosecuted and sent to jail? …Residents (near the center) complained of increased loitering, littering, illegal soliciting, harassment, begging, drug dealing, prostitution, public urination, intoxication, trespassing and off-hours operations. The zoning board, as usual, ignored the residents and voted 6-0 in favor of the proponents - all city employees or open-border advocates, not one of whom lives near the labor center.”

Rob Hotakainen, a reporter for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Star Tribune, recently wrote a real tearjerker about the need for Day Centers. Read on about poor ole Juan. “Juan Huerta hoped it would be another lucky day in America as he munched tamales at a picnic table in the parking lot of a day-labor center, keeping a close eye on the white men who drove by in their big pickups. (Note: Here is reporter Rob’s big attempt to make you feel sorry for poor ole Juan. Aren’t all white men driving around in $40,000 trucks? Sure, they are. (?) And those that are don’t really deserve them - we’re supposed to believe) It was 7 a.m., and the men were searching for Mexican laborers who would spend the day in the 108-degree sun doing roofing, painting, landscaping and cement work. Huerta, who came to Phoenix two years ago, waited for the one employer who might pay him $8 an hour, maybe even $10, in exchange for his specialized carpentry skills.

10% of factory jobs have been lost since 2000, continuing a steady decline of the country's manufacturing sector. The decline of the nation's manufacturing sector has been visible for decades. However, the trend has accelerated swiftly in just the past several years.

Since the beginning of 2000, more than 1.9 million factory jobs have been lost -- about 10 % of the sector's work force.

50 years ago, 1/3 of U.S. workers toiled in factories -- but little more than 1/10 of them do so today, while 4/5 are employed in the service sector.

Manufacturing jobs are increasingly being moved abroad as companies take advantage of lower labor costs and position themselves to sell products to a growing market abroad.

The consulting firm Economy.com estimates that 1.3 million manufacturing jobs have been moved abroad -- primarily to Mexico and East Asia -- since the beginning of 1992.

Arizona Sen. John McCain and Massachusetts Sen. Edward Kennedy are working together to draft a bipartisan bill for comprehensive immigration reform to introduce in the new session of Congress.

Almost one year ago, Bush told of his idea of a guest worker program, just as he was entering his campaign for re-election. Bush says he wants to balance the concerns of those who say illegal immigration is costing taxpayer’s money, and may even be a national security threat, with U.S. business needs for a reliable source of low-cost labor. However, Bush who fence rides as good as Clinton says he would not support a full amnesty of automatic citizenship. Pandering to immigrant groups he says, "We want our Border Patrol agents chasing crooks and thieves and drug runners and terrorists, not good-hearted people who are coming here to work.” Bush said."People are coming to put food on the table; they're doing jobs Americans will not do. And to me, it makes sense for us to recognize that reality."

Mexico has Stricter Rules than U.S.

Driver's licenses are given to illegal immigrants in several states. At least 39 states are considering bills on the issue, some in favor of licenses, some opposed. The argument in favor is that the illegals are a fact of life in America, they often need to drive to work, and licensing them will help make sure they get



auto insurance. Maybe, but it looks like an attempt to deflect an immigration issue by converting it into a matter of auto safety.

The argument against is that issuing driver's licenses to illegals opens the door to more and more privileges rightly reserved for citizens. One is voting. The Motor-Voter law of 1993, by tying voter registration to the issuing of driver's licenses, allows illegals to vote. Many illegals vote now. With driver's licenses, they may do so in very large numbers.

It is the closest thing we have to a national ID card, and it opens a great many doors closed to illegals. It establishes identity for benefit eligibility, employment and credit.

In Mexico, however, they are very meticulous when it comes to handing out benefits and have strict immigration laws to keep those from South America from pouring in. Illegal immigrants from South America are NOT welcome in Mexico and are deported or encouraged to hurry on north to the U.S.

While illegal immigrants in the U.S. can vote by simply signing up at the drivers license bureau or through the mail in Mexico it is much different. In Mexico, it has been that way for years. Only in hospitals are Mexico's laws more lenient about checking immigration documents.

Chris Hawley, a reporter for the Arizona Republic Newspaper writes,"To see if the requirements are being enforced, a Republic reporter (a U.S. citizen with legal residency in Mexico), went to six public agencies and two schools in Mexico City to inquire about services and registering to vote.

Almost every official asked to see proof of Mexican citizenship or an FM3 visa, the document that allows a person to live in Mexico. Often, it was the first question asked.

"Every agency has its own regulations, but generally, that's the rule. To receive these government services, you have to prove you are in the country legally," said Victoria Hernández, a representative for the Mexican Secretariat of Government, which oversees immigration."

Mexico Publishes Guide to Assist

Illegal Aliens Trespass into U.S.

The 32-page book, The Guide for the Mexican Migrant, is published by Mexico's Foreign Ministry. Using simple language, the book offers safety information for border crossers, a primer on their legal rights and advice on living unobtrusively in the United States. Dramatic drawings show 'Mexican Migrants' wading into a river, running from the U.S. Border Patrol and crouching near a hole in a border fence. On other pages, they hike through a desert with rock formations reminiscent of Arizona and are caught by a stern-faced Border Patrol agent.


The book is being distributed as a free supplement to El Libro Vaquero, a popular cowboy comic book, in five Mexican states that send many Mexican Illegal Aliens to the United States: Zacatecas, Michoacán, Puebla, Oaxaca and Jalisco. The government plans to print 1.5 million copies.

The book comes with a yellow disclaimer saying it does not promote undocumented immigration, and it repeatedly warns against crossing illegally. But it gives no information about the steps for seeking a legal U.S. visa. Seven pages are devoted to migrants' legal rights after they are detained. The Mexican government is encouraging illegal immigration. It shows the contempt that the Mexican government has for our American laws.

The Root Cause of

Immigration Reform Failure

Whenever the topic of immigration comes up it is all too often met with idyllic sounding phrases such as "our country is a country of immigrants” or "Immigrants built America”. Even the objection to unrestrained immigration, once prevalent among Christian conservatives, is increasingly being called into question.

Some Conservatives may still speak out in opposition to immigration, but we find that on a local basis, the Churches of America are in fact leading the way toward more immigration, by their acceptance and active outreach programs toward the non-white immigrants.

Any statements against immigration are labeled racist, bigoted, hateful and unChristian. Conservative Church leaders tell their congregations that while immigration policies may be wrong, our Christian faith nevertheless compels us to open up our hearts, our homes, our neighborhoods, and our places of worship to the immigrant.

The reasons Christian conservatives often tout as proof that immigration is not healthy to the nation as a whole are meaningless unless the race issue is factored in.

The reasons most often given are:

The new immigrants do not want to learn the English language

The new immigrants are an economic burden

The new immigrants bring diseases

The new immigrants won’t let go of their strange customs

And to summarize the complaints about immigration by conservatives it is generalized into the immigrant’s unwillingness to assimilate into American society.

Whether legal or not, it is the racial background of the immigrants that brings the crisis. We are not in the midst of a crisis because we are being over run with German, French, Czech, or other non-English speaking white people.

We are not in the midst of a crisis because our shores are being flooded with Europeans fleeing starvation as the Irish had to, or by Europeans escaping the rise of Communism as the Hungarians or Lithuanians were forced to do.

Our national prosperity is not being hampered by the ethnic customs of the Swedes, Norwegians, or Dutch.

America is a land that was blessed with great natural resources and abundance. This land can and has supported multitudes of people from the different nations of Europe; All with different languages, economic backgrounds, and different customs. America is indeed the gathering place of the sons and daughters of Europe.

Using the excuse of language, economics, or custom in objecting to the new immigrants is ludicrous. It is so obviously ludicrous that the immigrant rights groups can see right through it and it is why they call anyone who works for immigration reform a racist. It is easy for them to see that the objection is based upon race, but the conservative leaders because they lack a back bone and are cowards, cry, "No, its not the race, it’s the culture”. Is it any wonder the conservative camp is losing the battle and are so easily painted as two faced by the liberal media.

For example, in 1996 the Christian Coalition helped to defeat legislation, which would have cut legal immigration by a modest one-third. The group said that this reduction was against "family values” because it would have prevented immigrants from bringing in their relatives. "Tough Love” is a parenting technique touted by men such as Bob Dobson and its Biblical. But, they shirk at the use of it for world problems. We can’t coddle and give in to non-white immigrants.

If indeed its only a culture clash than instead of working to stop immigration, conservatives should put their effort behind helping the new immigrants assimilate and educating those who don’t want to assimilate about the benefits of being truly American.

The fact is the white race produces a higher level of civilization. Historically they take greater care in protecting the innocent, the elderly, the fatherless, those who are defenseless or disabled, and our natural resources. While our people have hit bottom on numerous occasions, it has always been as a result of turning away from the natural laws that God created. And the foremost law that has always been violated was one of racial separation.

A couple of years ago I wrote an article about the Confederate groups (leadership) who whine, moan, groan, and throw temper tantrums at any allegation that they are "racist” or are in support of the white race in general as opposed to being in support of non-white races. (After all, charity begins {doesn’t stop at home but begins} at home and that means your family, your race, and outward.) They (the leadership) view their cause as one of protection of Southern heritage without regard to who the future Southerners are. One of their favorite bumper stickers reads, "Its Regionalism NOT Racism”. As I stated in my article, who cares about the South if no white people remain. Another of their favorite logos is of a white and black baby sitting together with the caption that reads "NO HATE“. Now I’m not suggesting that we should condone hatred and blatant obnoxious behavior, BUT if you raise white babies and black babies or any non-white babies, children, people ect. together - eventually you are going to end up with a mulatto population and that to me is GENOCIDE and HATRED!

Unfortunately, it appears that the immigration reform camp is on the same bandwagon as the Confederate (leadership) {I want to stress "leadership” because I am aware there are many good people of The Knights who belong to many of these Confederate or Immigrant Reform groups - just as you may be a member of the local Baptist, Lutheran, Methodist, Church of Christ, ect. Congregation - IT IS THE LEADERSHIP that sets the standard - The ones who should know better!!!}

Proof in Their Words

Proposition 200 was a hotly contested initiative in Arizona that - if passed - would put into effect measures to insure

that illegal immigrants don’t receive welfare. The people of Arizona voted for Prop. 200 almost unanimously. Initially upon passage, the judiciary tabled it until its Constitutionality could be verified. (a no brainer if you ask me) But at last reason prevailed and U.S. District Judge David Bury allowed Gov. Janet Napolitano to issue an executive order to approve the already voter approved legislation. The law requires state and local employees to verify the immigration status of people applying for public benefits and to report them or face criminal prosecution. It would also require proof of citizenship to vote. Critics say this is illogical because non-citizens aren’t allowed to vote and we know how careful illegal aliens are to never break the law.

It is clear with the passage of Prop. 200 and the wide nationwide grassroots support of it (the same support was received by similar Prop. 187 in CA a few years ago, but the courts never allowed it into law) that the white majority in America is fed up with non-white immigration. The problem is the refusal to admit that it’s a problem of NON-WHITE immigration - not ILLEGAL immigration. In our view, whether it’s the millions of illegal or the millions of legal - it still amounts to a vast swarm of non-white people swallowing up the white people of America.

Immigrant reform groups will try to avoid the"racist” label by declaring that they are opposed to all illegal immigration whether white or non-white. In addition, they want a moratorium placed on ALL immigration so that the U.S. can give the immigrants already here time to assimilate into American culture. Excuse me, but I don’t want them to assimilate into MY Western European styled culture. What? Make race mixing and the downfall of Western civilization easier and speedier? No Thanks!

Case in point….Prop. 200 was a true grass roots movement. Protect Arizona Now was the author and driving force behind the voter initiative. "Governments on all levels - local, state and federal - should hang their heads in shame to make the people of Arizona go through this ordeal because governments arrogantly refuse to do their duties," said Kathy McKee, chairwoman of the Protect Arizona Now campaign.

Among other things, she said, the initiative aims to ensure that undocumented residents are not entitled to the lower tuition at state universities available to Arizona residents. It could also affect who gets free and reduced-price lunches in schools.

"We're mandated to educate the children of illegal aliens, K through 12," she said. "But citizens are not mandated to provide them free breakfast, free lunch, free after-school programs, free a lot of these other things."

Kathy McKee founded PAN and as chairwoman asked businessman Rusty Childress to come on as treasurer.

Kathy McKee realized that immigrants don’t appreciate what they get, they demand more, they don’t respect law and order, and they have a terrible hatred of white people and their culture. McKee quit her job and went on a mission to right the wrongs. .

Kathy McKee was able to get the support of FAIR, Federation for American Immigration Reform, a rather well financed organization, to back her initiative. Several state Republican legislators soon stepped on board as McKee organized a non-stop media campaign to take the issue to Arizona constituents. After a grueling door-to-door petition drive, 192,000 people signed on to back the placing of the initiative on the ballot - more than the 122,612 required.

Trouble Brewing

McKee faced trouble from different sides almost from the beginning. Migrants, undocumented workers, seasonal employees, illegal aliens - whatever you want to call them - we’ll call them non-whites looking for a handout - were the obvious trouble makers for Prop. 200 and McKee. Also going to bat for the "nonwhites looking for a handout” were groups like the ACLU; also, the Democrat Party, the Republican Party, and many new age type "Christian” organizations. Those that were not expected to cause trouble for McKee were other immigration reformers - but such was the case.

Possibly, because of McKee’s ties to those nasty white separatists, she had an uphill battle from the start. McKee says she decided the initiative was the only way to proceed after Gov. Janet Napolitano vetoed a bill known as the motor -voter bill that would have required residents to show identification to cast a ballot. McKee also went public against Phoenix’s Day Labor Center.

Almost immediately, immigrant reform group FAIR apparently decided that McKee and those she knew were unsavory. While FAIR was contacted by Mckee for assistance with funding, after funding was granted they desired to assume control of Protect Arizona Now (PAN) possibly to widen the gulf between them and "allegedly racist” PAN. PAN treasurer Rusty Childress, also a FAIR supporter with the assistance of a FAIR attorney sued for control of PAN and lost. A new group was formed called Yes on Prop 200 headed by Randy Pullen, a former Phoenix mayoral candidate, assisted by Rusty Childress, and backed by FAIR.

Twice, Prop. 200 almost lost its place on the November ballot. While McKee’s PAN used volunteer petition gatherers - a real grassroots effort, FAIR - based in D.C. - hired Arno Political Consultants, a California firm retained by FAIR. The Consultant firm in turn hired out of state paid petition gatherers, including one felon, to work the state. Prop. 200 was almost tossed, but McKee proved to the court that as author of the proposition, PAN who used only in-state volunteers, had the right to keep the prop. on the ballot and that there was no illegality and that all signature sheets were the property of PAN. The Prop. was challenged again when the petitions used by FAIR had different wording (public benefits vs. public welfare) After the passing of Prop. 200, Randy Pullen of Yes on Prop. 200 sued the state alleging that the Prop. 200 was intended for all benefits of citizenship in addition to welfare such as library cards, use of public parks, etc. One wonders if this was an attempt to undermine its passage because earlier on it was agreed to by all and stated to the press that Prop. 200 would not deny Federal mandated services such as search and rescue, fire rescue, immunization, etc. To include such in the wording of the proposition would have invalidated it as being unconstitutional. They have to get their foot in the door.

Why all the fuss over McKee you may ask. It stems from associates of McKee. Kathy McKee had the gall to name Virginia Abernathy as Chairman of the PAN National Advisory Committee. And who is Abernathy? Below is an excerpt reprinted from a report by the Center for New Community, an Illinois organization dedicated to religious and racial equality and in league with the ADL and Southern Poverty Law Center.

“With charges of racism already swirling around I-200, the controversial "Arizona Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act” ballot initiative, the statewide anti-immigrant group supporting the initiative, Protect Arizona Now (PAN), has taken the surprising step of choosing a leading figure in the white supremacist movement to chair its new national advisory board.

“In a July 26, 2004 press release posted to the Protect Arizona Now website, PAN founder Kathy McKee quietly announced the formation of a new national advisory board for the anti-immigrant ballot committee.

“The press release also revealed Virginia Abernethy as the head of the new national advisory board. No other board members were named in the release. McKee described Abernethy as "the grande dame of the anti-illegal immigration movement.” The release also provided a brief biographical sketch:

Dr. Virginia Deane Abernethy, professor emeritus at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Abernethy edited the scholarly journal, Population and Environment, for ten years. She is the author of Population Politics, available from Transaction Publications; her 1979 book, Population Pressure and Cultural Adjustment, will be reissued in paperback in early 2005. She is also on the boards of the non-profit membership organizations, Population-Environment Balance and Caring Capacity Network.’

“Absent in this biography is Abernethy’s active leadership role in several white supremacist organizations, including the Council of Conservative Citizens and The Occidental Quarterly. Abernethy is intensely involved with the Council of Conservative Citizens, sitting on the editorial advisory committee and contributing articles to its publication, The Citizens Informer, and speaking at CCC conferences. In the announcement of her new position with Protect Arizona Now, Abernethy is quoted as stating, "I owe it to my own and others' grandchildren to work to maintain the environmental, cultural, and social integrity of the United States, and to hold the federal government accountable for their constitutionally-mandated duty to protect this nation from invasion.” In addition to her work with the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens, Virginia Abernethy also serves on the editorial board of the racist and anti-Semitic "scholarly” journal, The Occidental Quarterly. The Occidental Quarterly, first published in the fall of 2001 promotes the belief that 'Immigration into the United States should be restricted to selected people of European ancestry’ according to the Quarterly's statement of principles.”

That’s right, FAIR and other immigrant reform organizations are afraid of being called racist. (This is another reason I enjoy being a spokesman for The Knights. While so many groups spend a majority of their time trying to prove they aren’t a supporter of the white race per se, those we talk to already know our stance regarding the white race {yeah - we’re for them} and then we can proceed with talking about the issues} FAIR put out this press release upon McKee’s selection of Abernethy - excerpt below:

“FAIR firmly believes in the motto e pluribus Unum - 'out of many, one’ - that people of all races, religions and ethnic backgrounds who embrace the ideals of our constitution are part of one unified American community….While organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center and the virtually unknown Center for New Community would like to tar all supporters of immigration reform with the same brush, there is a time for complete candor and sober assessment. When there is evidence someone has crossed the line, we are compelled to speak out: Views expressed by a Ms. Virginia Abernethy, a Nashville, Tennessee advisor to Kathy McKee - are repugnant, divisive and do not represent the views of the vast majority of Arizonans..FAIR and everyone FAIR represents categorically denies and repudiates Abernethy’s repulsive separatist views. ..The only separatism we advocate is separating Virginia Abernethy and Kathy McKee from this effort before they do anymore damage.”

One immigration reform website had this to say: "It is our hope that the stench of McKee and Abernethy will not waft over those decent and well-meaning citizens who have labored hard and long for the true purpose of Prop 200...That she should engage a known radical 'separatist’, which is synonymous with racist and white supremacist, in any capacity is no surprise to those of us who have known of her narcissistic nature since first contact over a year ago.”

The remarks made about Abernethy and McKee are inexcusable and are symptomatic of the problem with so many in the different umbrellas of the "conservative” movement. They want a clean white Christian nation (even if they don’t admit it) but they want to keep their reputation also. ..SHAME!

Jesus walked the streets of Galilee as a local hero - teaching truth and salvation to His people. He had no fear of them. And His followers came from Syria, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judaea, and from beyond Jordon for His fame had spread. “Then Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him…and no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews” John 7. The Jews said that Jesus was a sorcerer, a liar, a hypocrite, an infidel, a rebel, a sinner, a transgressor, and a deceiver.

In these modern times, how many of have heard these same charges leveled against those who speak out on behalf of God’s commandments. When statements are made in opposition to homosexuality and race mixing; when the people are told not to despise their birthright as Esau did, but to guard their heritage well; Is it not said by the political leaders, educational leaders and religious leaders today that such sentiments are deceptions, lies, cultic, demonic, and in fact transgressions against God’s laws. The Pharisees had said that words spoken by Jesus and His very conduct were in defiance and contrary to the traditions of the elders, and to God Himself. Yet, because of their nature though they heard the words of Jesus, they could not understand.

Leaders of the Conservative element, whether of religious, financial, social, or educational groups are quick to stand up and proclaim what is acceptable to most, but to actually come out in full support of racial integrity, the most basic of God’s laws for national redemption, they shirk back into the shadows, scared of the name-calling. If not bad enough, they then attack those who do have the courage to stand up for racial integrity. In my opinion, they are as guilty as a man who would withhold vital information in a court trial, thus sending another to his execution and death.

Our people are facing death. Our race has been tried and convicted by those who hate Christianity, who hate the propagators of Christianity, and who hate white Christian civilization as a whole. For anyone to know the truth in their innermost being - anyone who has that gut feeling that white people are facing societal extermination - and I believe that many in the "Conservative” and even "liberal” crowd are aware - to mock those that do speak out - for the sake of their own reputation with the world, they are worse than those who will admit their hatred for us. They are leading many good people astray. They have people listening to them and making decisions based on the actions of these cowards. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

If America and our sister white nations are to be blessed again by the hand of God, they must practice racial integrity as per His command. I firmly believe that this will happen. However, how many lives will be destroyed, how many families will be broken, and how many times will the genetic legacy of our ancestors be cut short by ignoring the principle of kind after kind. May God give us more good men and good women who will lead their friends and family toward a new reality of true Christian love for their white brothers and sisters. Moreover, may God have mercy and change the hearts of the fearful or smite those with hardened hearts who would lead His flock away from Him and into a world of racial genocide and damnation!

you make it sound like any of those things would actually change the lives or the average person. and DMV healthcare is quite a step up for most folk. perhaps you dont realize how ignorant our current healthcare system is, because you have been immersed in it all your life. co-pays, reimbursements, referals. idk if anyone else posted about this, i stopped here on the grounds that this is the very generalization that ppl were trying to stop in this thread, tho a hidden one. there happens to be a grand rapids branch of the KKK here in michigan. there is a KKK "holdout" near just about every major city. to say that only southerners can be racists is also racist in its own way, tho more of a cultural discrimination than anything.

In the Hebrew language, Tel is a mound or hill. Techa translates as a camp or people….thus Teltecha or Toltecha. The Israelites are known for their mound building and were instructed to build an alter to Yahweh upon reaching each new destination. As the migrations of the Israelites are followed throughout from the Middle East through the Caucsus Mountains and unto the farthest outposts of Europe - the mounds and remnants of their travels can be found. From the northern most reaches of Europe across to the far eastern areas of North America the evidence continues. The Toltecas referred to the regions of the great north as Quichee. The helmet worn by one of the Spaniards raised considerable interest among the Aztec caciques (chieftains), as it was remarkably similar to the helmet of Quetzal-Coatl that they kept in their temple of Huitziloptchli. On display in the National Museum is the carved head of a"noble Aztec”. The face is that of a Norseman (Plate 40, George C. Vaillant, Aztecs of Mexico) “Tulan is the fabled land on the other side of the sea that the Maya-Tolteca forefathers came from, the land of seven canyons. Tulan, the home of the ancestors on the other side of the sea: Consider that the Aztecas called the Spaniards, who were bearded, white men, Tules (gods). Hence, Tules are gods. Also note that in TULA was the great TOLTEC edifice dedicated to Quetzal-coatl by these mysterious people." Additional evidence could be offered to show that the civilizing force upon both the North and South American continents is of the white race. Wherever they have traveled, they have raised up civilization. It is quite accurate for the non-white people of Mexico and South America to make the claim that they were here before the white man - afterall the white man and woman (Adam and Eve) came from the Tarim Basin and Mesopotania region. However, it is equally inaccurate for them to make any claim to our South Western states because it was once known as Aztlan. Aztlan it once was - but it was not of their creation. The battle of the Alamo settled the reconquering of the South West or Aztlan. It was reconquered by the people who had made it great once before - the white man! What the Invasion is Costing White America One out of five Mexicans in the world lives in the United States. Two reports released by the Mexican government show just how entangled the U.S. and Mexico are today. The first report is "Migration in Mexico and the World,” from the National Population Council. It says that over the last 40 years "registered” immigration to the U.S. from Mexico exceeded 17 million. Remember, this is the figure for registered immigrants and does not include illegals and the children of both legal and illegal immigrants. The second report from the Bank of Mexico, revealed that in the first half of 2003 - for the first time. Mexico is receiving more income from Mexicans settling in the U.S. than from tourism and foreign investments! Matricula Cards The central government of Mexico is lobbying state and local government authorities in the U.S. to accept these cards just as they would a green card. It appears to be a simple attempt to "legalize" an otherwise illegal alien: enter the United States illegally and make your way to a Mexican Consulate, where Mexican authorities issue you a consular ID card -- complete with a new, U.S. address. Wells Fargo & Co. said the number of bank accounts opened using the Mexican Matricula card rose above 500,000 since the San Francisco bank pioneered the acceptance of the card almost three years ago. The company said it is now opening an average of more than 700 accounts a day for Hispanics using the Matricula card, a seven-fold increase over the three-year period. Bankers from Wells, Bank of America and other financial institutions are often at the Mexican consulate courting customers who have just received their Matricula cards. Wells Fargo also accepts the consular identification cards from Guatemala and Argentina as valid identification for account openings. If You’re Down and Out / Pick up a Senorita A popular website run by former Republican Representative Tom Alcieres from New Hampshire is a one-stop shop of information for illegal immigrants in the U.S. He even posts tips to unscrupulous U.S. men who might want to make their living helping Mexicans get into the U.S. He titles this section: The Ultimate Loophole:"So you're an USA citizen making his living flipping burgers at McDonald's and there are a gazillion Mexicans living in poverty. The object of the game is to get as many Mexicans as possible into the USA by whatever means. However, what's in it for you? “Well, here's the loophole: Under U.S. Code, Title 8 section 1401(g), if you have a child by a Mexican señorita, the child is a USA citizen, even if the birth takes place in Mexico. You need to sign some forms for the consulate, and the kid gets a certificate of USA citizenship.” He goes on to explain that the American male will get lots of sex with many hot young Mexican women, won’t have to marry any of them, and will get tax deductions for dependent children. Oh, and he’ll be a hero of course! Immigrants Hate U.S. Authority A Mexican immigrant leader in the U.S. says on deporttheborderpatrol.com,"There is no need for the Border Patrol. If people from the south side of the river decide they want to take up residence on the north side, who you gonna call? Call your new neighbors and say, bienvenidos! The United States has been described as a nation of immigrants. So, in all fairness to the police officers, average police don't deserve to get killed nearly as much as Border Patrol goons do. Some police officers sign up so they can serve the people, accepting the job of enforcing the many unjust laws as a required trade-off. That is a decision they have made and, while it is the wrong decision, at least they aren't as bad as Border Patrol goons, which sign up only out of greed and malice. Border Patrol goons only serve the wants of bigots. Border Patrol goons are the scum of the Earth." While the border patrol is busy trying to do their job in the midst of numerous ridiculous procedural rules for dealing with illegal aliens, Immigrant groups are planning lawsuits against various law enforcement agencies for violating the rights of"undocumented workers”. Fernando Garcia, director of the Border Network for Human Rights told the El Paso Times, ”There have been a dramatic increase in the complaints we’ve received involving possible wrongful searches and wrongful entries into homes, and possible racial profiling by U.S. law enforcement agencies.” The Border Network is conducting their second"Campaign to Document abuse of authority.” One case of abuse cited by Human Rights groups is the conviction of a border patrol agent for the molestation of an 8-year-old Mexican girl. However, the border patrol agent, himself, was a Mexican and the girls step father, which they fail to comment on. The flagrant hateful attitude that non-white immigrants from Mexico have for U.S. authorities is not the only thing that poses a danger to American citizens. While not all non-white Hispanics are involved in drug trafficking – even many"innocent” immigrants are more than willing to provide smuggling services in exchange for getting into the U.S. Families with children are increasingly becoming favorite vehicles for moving drugs across the border. More sympathy is given to families and women and children are less likely to be considered as drug carriers. Kerri Pepoy, an intelligence analyst for the national Drug Intelligence Center speaking about North Carolina said, “Mexican drug trade organizations have essentially taken over the drug trafficking business from other groups.” Nationwide, almost half of all people charged with federal drug offenses between 1984 and 1999 were Hispanic, according to a 1999 U.S. Department of Justice report. The DEA reports that 65 % of all the cocaine that enters this country comes in from Mexico. The North American Free Trade agreement, backed by both Democrats and Republicans caused a huge increase in the drug trade according to David Gaddis, assistant special agent in charge of the DEA’s North Carolina operations."The free trade agreement made it possible for the movement of thousands of containers across the U.S. – Mexican border. It’s common for drugs to be woven into those legitimate cargoes.” SSI for Illegals Bush is working on a plan to allow Mexicans who worked illegally in the U.S., but are now living in Mexico – to receive Social Security benefits. A Social Security office will be opened up in Mexico City where Mexicans can apply for U.S. Social Security benefits. This would transcend not just from the worker, but spouses and children could file claims if their parent or husband/wife had worked in the U.S. and had social security taxes taken out of their check. Tracking down some of the beneficiaries could prove difficult. $21 billion in Social Security payments have not been able to be paid to hundreds of Mexicans because they used false Social Security numbers for payroll deductions. Some are promoting a similar social security numbering system between the U.S. and Mexico so un-documented workers won't risk losing their benefits! Educational Discounts Another gain for illegals is the campaign to allow them to attend state universities at the in-state resident rate. Allies of the illegals have drummed up a lot of sympathy for students who are illegals and even more sympathy for the children of illegals who were no part of their parents' decision to come here. But, these steeply discounted rates were clearly intended for legal residents. It's wrong to give the cheap rate to someone who has no right to be here, while an out-of-state U.S. citizen may have to pay four to 10 times as much. While the United States is spending millions to control illegal immigration, many states and localities are working, in effect, to undermine immigration law and to make illegal immigration more attractive and therefore more common. It makes no sense. Unchecked Immigration a Key Factor in Keeping America's "Working Poor" Poor Business Week recently reviewed the negative impact immigration - along with globalization - has in keeping hard-working Americans poor. In its May 31, 2004 cover story "Working... and Poor," the financial magazine states that a flood of immigrants, mostly from Mexico, is swelling the low-end labor pool and throwing least-skilled Americans into direct competition with people willing to work for pennies on the dollar. Economists claim globalization is responsible for about one-fifth of the decline in blue-collar pay since 1973. As globalization accelerates, the unskilled American worker is increasingly placed at a distinct disadvantage, and when added with a torrent of immigration, this has shoved many hourly wage occupations into a "worldwide, discount labor store stocked with cheap temps, hungry part-timers, and dollar-a-day labor in India, Mexico, and China." (I wonder how many will end up here from the tsunami devastated Asia. Instead of helping them there - mark my words - thousands will end up here) More than 28 million Americans earn less than $9.04 per hour, representing about 25% of the workforce between the ages of 18 and 64 - many of these are elderly widows. Of these millions, approximately 20% are foreign-born, mostly from Mexico. Over the next decade, five of the ten fastest-growing jobs will be of the menial, dead-end variety, including retail clerks, cashiers, and janitors, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Curbing the flood of unskilled immigration - both legal and illegal - would ease some of the gravitational pressure on low-end paying jobs. According to a study conducted by Harvard Professor George J. Borjas, Among his findings: By increasing the supply of labor between 1980 and 2000, immigration reduced the average annual earnings of native-born men by an estimated $1,700 or roughly 4%. Among natives without a high school education, who roughly correspond to the poorest tenth of the workforce, the estimated impact was even larger, reducing their wages by 7.4%. The 10 million native-born workers without a high school degree face the most competition from immigrants, as do the 8 million younger natives with only a high school education and 12 million younger college graduates. The reduction in earnings occurs regardless of whether the immigrants are legal or illegal, permanent or temporary. It is the presence of additional workers that reduces wages, not their status. Not Just the Unskilled! There are over 600,000 American registered nurses not working as nurses, and countless other nurses who have become independent nurses. Why? It’s about the money. Hospitals refuse to pay nurses enough to keep American nurses interested in the job, and refuse to hire independent nurses. Instead of raising the pay to fit the job, hospitals have decided to call what is really lack of interest in the job for the pay being offered, a 'shortage”. Hospitals would much rather have the cheaper indentured servant they can have by hiring foreign nurses who fear deportation if they don't do exactly as asked. All this alleged"shortage” has created some new loopholes to be created that allow massive numbers of foreign nurses to flood the US market. Each year, 10% of nurses, of the recently –graduated and of those who work in IMSS, ISSSTE and the Secretaría de Salud [Mexican government health-care providers], migrate to the U.S., Spain and the U.K. In the first five months of 2004, 1000 Mexican nurses went to the U.S., 200 to Spain and 50 to the U.K. And it’s not just those in the health care industry. The lowering of salary and the hiring of non-white immigrants due to alleged worker shortages also applies to many"white collar” jobs in the computer, data, and technician industries. While Americans Look For Jobs / Some Cities Are Helping Illegals Find Jobs A Day Labor Center is a center that is taxpayer funded and operated by a city for the sole purpose of facilitating the hiring of illegal aliens by employers. Kathy McKee, an anti-immigration activist said about these centers,"Let's make one thing clear: Day labor centers are for the benefit of illegal aliens…Phoenix blatantly thumbs its nose at federal law by illegally building these centers for illegal aliens. INA § 274 states that encouraging "an alien to . . . reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such residence is or will be in violation of the law," or who "aids and abets the commission of any of the preceding acts" has committed a federal felony. The decline of the nation's manufacturing sector has been visible for decades. However, the trend has accelerated swiftly in just the past several years. Since the beginning of 2000, more than 1.9 million factory jobs have been lost -- about 10 % of the sector's work force. 50 years ago, 1/3 of U.S. workers toiled in factories -- but little more than 1/10 of them do so today, while 4/5 are employed in the service sector. Manufacturing jobs are increasingly being moved abroad as companies take advantage of lower labor costs and position themselves to sell products to a growing market abroad. The consulting firm Economy.com estimates that 1.3 million manufacturing jobs have been moved abroad -- primarily to Mexico and East Asia -- since the beginning of 1992. Now that Election is Won Bush Moves for Amnesty of Mexicans Arizona Sen. John McCain and Massachusetts Sen. Edward Kennedy are working together to draft a bipartisan bill for comprehensive immigration reform to introduce in the new session of Congress. Almost one year ago, Bush told of his idea of a guest worker program, just as he was entering his campaign for re-election. Bush says he wants to balance the concerns of those who say illegal immigration is costing taxpayer’s money, and may even be a national security threat, with U.S. business needs for a reliable source of low-cost labor. However, Bush who fence rides as good as Clinton says he would not support a full amnesty of automatic citizenship. Pandering to immigrant groups he says, "We want our Border Patrol agents chasing crooks and thieves and drug runners and terrorists, not good-hearted people who are coming here to work.” Bush said."People are coming to put food on the table; they're doing jobs Americans will not do. And to me, it makes sense for us to recognize that reality." Mexico has Stricter Rules than U.S. Driver's licenses are given to illegal immigrants in several states. At least 39 states are considering bills on the issue, some in favor of licenses, some opposed. The argument in favor is that the illegals are a fact of life in America, they often need to drive to work, and licensing them will help make sure they get auto insurance. Maybe, but it looks like an attempt to deflect an immigration issue by converting it into a matter of auto safety. The argument against is that issuing driver's licenses to illegals opens the door to more and more privileges rightly reserved for citizens. One is voting. The Motor-Voter law of 1993, by tying voter registration to the issuing of driver's licenses, allows illegals to vote. Many illegals vote now. With driver's licenses, they may do so in very large numbers. It is the closest thing we have to a national ID card, and it opens a great many doors closed to illegals. It establishes identity for benefit eligibility, employment and credit. In Mexico, however, they are very meticulous when it comes to handing out benefits and have strict immigration laws to keep those from South America from pouring in. Illegal immigrants from South America are NOT welcome in Mexico and are deported or encouraged to hurry on north to the U.S. While illegal immigrants in the U.S. can vote by simply signing up at the drivers license bureau or through the mail in Mexico it is much different. In Mexico, it has been that way for years. Only in hospitals are Mexico's laws more lenient about checking immigration documents. Chris Hawley, a reporter for the Arizona Republic Newspaper writes,"To see if the requirements are being enforced, a Republic reporter (a U.S. citizen with legal residency in Mexico), went to six public agencies and two schools in Mexico City to inquire about services and registering to vote. Almost every official asked to see proof of Mexican citizenship or an FM3 visa, the document that allows a person to live in Mexico. Often, it was the first question asked. "Every agency has its own regulations, but generally, that's the rule. To receive these government services, you have to prove you are in the country legally," said Victoria Hernández, a representative for the Mexican Secretariat of Government, which oversees immigration." Mexico Publishes Guide to Assist Illegal Aliens Trespass into U.S. The 32-page book, The Guide for the Mexican Migrant, is published by Mexico's Foreign Ministry. Using simple language, the book offers safety information for border crossers, a primer on their legal rights and advice on living unobtrusively in the United States. Dramatic drawings show 'Mexican Migrants' wading into a river, running from the U.S. Border Patrol and crouching near a hole in a border fence. On other pages, they hike through a desert with rock formations reminiscent of Arizona and are caught by a stern-faced Border Patrol agent. The book is being distributed as a free supplement to El Libro Vaquero, a popular cowboy comic book, in five Mexican states that send many Mexican Illegal Aliens to the United States: Zacatecas, Michoacán, Puebla, Oaxaca and Jalisco. The government plans to print 1.5 million copies. The book comes with a yellow disclaimer saying it does not promote undocumented immigration, and it repeatedly warns against crossing illegally. But it gives no information about the steps for seeking a legal U.S. visa. Seven pages are devoted to migrants' legal rights after they are detained. The Mexican government is encouraging illegal immigration. It shows the contempt that the Mexican government has for our American laws. The Root Cause of Immigration Reform Failure Whenever the topic of immigration comes up it is all too often met with idyllic sounding phrases such as "our country is a country of immigrants” or "Immigrants built America”. Even the objection to unrestrained immigration, once prevalent among Christian conservatives, is increasingly being called into question. Some Conservatives may still speak out in opposition to immigration, but we find that on a local basis, the Churches of America are in fact leading the way toward more immigration, by their acceptance and active outreach programs toward the non-white immigrants. Any statements against immigration are labeled racist, bigoted, hateful and unChristian. Conservative Church leaders tell their congregations that while immigration policies may be wrong, our Christian faith nevertheless compels us to open up our hearts, our homes, our neighborhoods, and our places of worship to the immigrant. The reasons Christian conservatives often tout as proof that immigration is not healthy to the nation as a whole are meaningless unless the race issue is factored in. The reasons most often given are: The new immigrants do not want to learn the English language The new immigrants are an economic burden The new immigrants bring diseases The new immigrants won’t let go of their strange customs And to summarize the complaints about immigration by conservatives it is generalized into the immigrant’s unwillingness to assimilate into American society. Whether legal or not, it is the racial background of the immigrants that brings the crisis. We are not in the midst of a crisis because we are being over run with German, French, Czech, or other non-English speaking white people. We are not in the midst of a crisis because our shores are being flooded with Europeans fleeing starvation as the Irish had to, or by Europeans escaping the rise of Communism as the Hungarians or Lithuanians were forced to do. Our national prosperity is not being hampered by the ethnic customs of the Swedes, Norwegians, or Dutch. America is a land that was blessed with great natural resources and abundance. This land can and has supported multitudes of people from the different nations of Europe; All with different languages, economic backgrounds, and different customs. America is indeed the gathering place of the sons and daughters of Europe. Using the excuse of language, economics, or custom in objecting to the new immigrants is ludicrous. It is so obviously ludicrous that the immigrant rights groups can see right through it and it is why they call anyone who works for immigration reform a racist. It is easy for them to see that the objection is based upon race, but the conservative leaders because they lack a back bone and are cowards, cry, "No, its not the race, it’s the culture”. Is it any wonder the conservative camp is losing the battle and are so easily painted as two faced by the liberal media. For example, in 1996 the Christian Coalition helped to defeat legislation, which would have cut legal immigration by a modest one-third. The group said that this reduction was against "family values” because it would have prevented immigrants from bringing in their relatives. "Tough Love” is a parenting technique touted by men such as Bob Dobson and its Biblical. But, they shirk at the use of it for world problems. We can’t coddle and give in to non-white immigrants. If indeed its only a culture clash than instead of working to stop immigration, conservatives should put their effort behind helping the new immigrants assimilate and educating those who don’t want to assimilate about the benefits of being truly American. The fact is the white race produces a higher level of civilization. Historically they take greater care in protecting the innocent, the elderly, the fatherless, those who are defenseless or disabled, and our natural resources. While our people have hit bottom on numerous occasions, it has always been as a result of turning away from the natural laws that God created. And the foremost law that has always been violated was one of racial separation. A couple of years ago I wrote an article about the Confederate groups (leadership) who whine, moan, groan, and throw temper tantrums at any allegation that they are "racist” or are in support of the white race in general as opposed to being in support of non-white races. (After all, charity begins {doesn’t stop at home but begins} at home and that means your family, your race, and outward.) They (the leadership) view their cause as one of protection of Southern heritage without regard to who the future Southerners are. One of their favorite bumper stickers reads, "Its Regionalism NOT Racism”. As I stated in my article, who cares about the South if no white people remain. Another of their favorite logos is of a white and black baby sitting together with the caption that reads "NO HATE“. Now I’m not suggesting that we should condone hatred and blatant obnoxious behavior, BUT if you raise white babies and black babies or any non-white babies, children, people ect. together - eventually you are going to end up with a mulatto population and that to me is GENOCIDE and HATRED! Unfortunately, it appears that the immigration reform camp is on the same bandwagon as the Confederate (leadership) {I want to stress "leadership” because I am aware there are many good people of The Knights who belong to many of these Confederate or Immigrant Reform groups - just as you may be a member of the local Baptist, Lutheran, Methodist, Church of Christ, ect. Congregation - IT IS THE LEADERSHIP that sets the standard - The ones who should know better!!!} Proof in Their Words Proposition 200 was a hotly contested initiative in Arizona that - if passed - would put into effect measures to insure that illegal immigrants don’t receive welfare. The people of Arizona voted for Prop. 200 almost unanimously. Initially upon passage, the judiciary tabled it until its Constitutionality could be verified. (a no brainer if you ask me) But at last reason prevailed and U.S. District Judge David Bury allowed Gov. Janet Napolitano to issue an executive order to approve the already voter approved legislation. The law requires state and local employees to verify the immigration status of people applying for public benefits and to report them or face criminal prosecution. It would also require proof of citizenship to vote. Critics say this is illogical because non-citizens aren’t allowed to vote and we know how careful illegal aliens are to never break the law. It is clear with the passage of Prop. 200 and the wide nationwide grassroots support of it (the same support was received by similar Prop. 187 in CA a few years ago, but the courts never allowed it into law) that the white majority in America is fed up with non-white immigration. The problem is the refusal to admit that it’s a problem of NON-WHITE immigration - not ILLEGAL immigration. In our view, whether it’s the millions of illegal or the millions of legal - it still amounts to a vast swarm of non-white people swallowing up the white people of America. Immigrant reform groups will try to avoid the"racist” label by declaring that they are opposed to all illegal immigration whether white or non-white. In addition, they want a moratorium placed on ALL immigration so that the U.S. can give the immigrants already here time to assimilate into American culture. Excuse me, but I don’t want them to assimilate into MY Western European styled culture. What? Make race mixing and the downfall of Western civilization easier and speedier? No Thanks! Case in point….Prop. 200 was a true grass roots movement. Protect Arizona Now was the author and driving force behind the voter initiative. "Governments on all levels - local, state and federal - should hang their heads in shame to make the people of Arizona go through this ordeal because governments arrogantly refuse to do their duties," said Kathy McKee, chairwoman of the Protect Arizona Now campaign. Among other things, she said, the initiative aims to ensure that undocumented residents are not entitled to the lower tuition at state universities available to Arizona residents. It could also affect who gets free and reduced-price lunches in schools. "We're mandated to educate the children of illegal aliens, K through 12," she said. "But citizens are not mandated to provide them free breakfast, free lunch, free after-school programs, free a lot of these other things." Kathy McKee founded PAN and as chairwoman asked businessman Rusty Childress to come on as treasurer. Kathy McKee realized that immigrants don’t appreciate what they get, they demand more, they don’t respect law and order, and they have a terrible hatred of white people and their culture. McKee quit her job and went on a mission to right the wrongs. . Kathy McKee was able to get the support of FAIR, Federation for American Immigration Reform, a rather well financed organization, to back her initiative. Several state Republican legislators soon stepped on board as McKee organized a non-stop media campaign to take the issue to Arizona constituents. After a grueling door-to-door petition drive, 192,000 people signed on to back the placing of the initiative on the ballot - more than the 122,612 required. Trouble Brewing McKee faced trouble from different sides almost from the beginning. Migrants, undocumented workers, seasonal employees, illegal aliens - whatever you want to call them - we’ll call them non-whites looking for a handout - were the obvious trouble makers for Prop. 200 and McKee. Also going to bat for the "nonwhites looking for a handout” were groups like the ACLU; also, the Democrat Party, the Republican Party, and many new age type "Christian” organizations. Those that were not expected to cause trouble for McKee were other immigration reformers - but such was the case. Possibly, because of McKee’s ties to those nasty white separatists, she had an uphill battle from the start. McKee says she decided the initiative was the only way to proceed after Gov. Janet Napolitano vetoed a bill known as the motor -voter bill that would have required residents to show identification to cast a ballot. McKee also went public against Phoenix’s Day Labor Center. Almost immediately, immigrant reform group FAIR apparently decided that McKee and those she knew were unsavory. While FAIR was contacted by Mckee for assistance with funding, after funding was granted they desired to assume control of Protect Arizona Now (PAN) possibly to widen the gulf between them and "allegedly racist” PAN. PAN treasurer Rusty Childress, also a FAIR supporter with the assistance of a FAIR attorney sued for control of PAN and lost. A new group was formed called Yes on Prop 200 headed by Randy Pullen, a former Phoenix mayoral candidate, assisted by Rusty Childress, and backed by FAIR. Twice, Prop. 200 almost lost its place on the November ballot. While McKee’s PAN used volunteer petition gatherers - a real grassroots effort, FAIR - based in D.C. - hired Arno Political Consultants, a California firm retained by FAIR. The Consultant firm in turn hired out of state paid petition gatherers, including one felon, to work the state. Prop. 200 was almost tossed, but McKee proved to the court that as author of the proposition, PAN who used only in-state volunteers, had the right to keep the prop. on the ballot and that there was no illegality and that all signature sheets were the property of PAN. The Prop. was challenged again when the petitions used by FAIR had different wording (public benefits vs. public welfare) After the passing of Prop. 200, Randy Pullen of Yes on Prop. 200 sued the state alleging that the Prop. 200 was intended for all benefits of citizenship in addition to welfare such as library cards, use of public parks, etc. One wonders if this was an attempt to undermine its passage because earlier on it was agreed to by all and stated to the press that Prop. 200 would not deny Federal mandated services such as search and rescue, fire rescue, immunization, etc. To include such in the wording of the proposition would have invalidated it as being unconstitutional. They have to get their foot in the door. Why all the fuss over McKee you may ask. It stems from associates of McKee. Kathy McKee had the gall to name Virginia Abernathy as Chairman of the PAN National Advisory Committee. And who is Abernathy? Below is an excerpt reprinted from a report by the Center for New Community, an Illinois organization dedicated to religious and racial equality and in league with the ADL and Southern Poverty Law Center. “With charges of racism already swirling around I-200, the controversial "Arizona Taxpayer and Citizen Protection Act” ballot initiative, the statewide anti-immigrant group supporting the initiative, Protect Arizona Now (PAN), has taken the surprising step of choosing a leading figure in the white supremacist movement to chair its new national advisory board. “In a July 26, 2004 press release posted to the Protect Arizona Now website, PAN founder Kathy McKee quietly announced the formation of a new national advisory board for the anti-immigrant ballot committee. “The press release also revealed Virginia Abernethy as the head of the new national advisory board. No other board members were named in the release. McKee described Abernethy as "the grande dame of the anti-illegal immigration movement.” The release also provided a brief biographical sketch: Dr. Virginia Deane Abernethy, professor emeritus at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Abernethy edited the scholarly journal, Population and Environment, for ten years. She is the author of Population Politics, available from Transaction Publications; her 1979 book, Population Pressure and Cultural Adjustment, will be reissued in paperback in early 2005. She is also on the boards of the non-profit membership organizations, Population-Environment Balance and Caring Capacity Network.’ “Absent in this biography is Abernethy’s active leadership role in several white supremacist organizations, including the Council of Conservative Citizens and The Occidental Quarterly. Abernethy is intensely involved with the Council of Conservative Citizens, sitting on the editorial advisory committee and contributing articles to its publication, The Citizens Informer, and speaking at CCC conferences. In the announcement of her new position with Protect Arizona Now, Abernethy is quoted as stating, "I owe it to my own and others' grandchildren to work to maintain the environmental, cultural, and social integrity of the United States, and to hold the federal government accountable for their constitutionally-mandated duty to protect this nation from invasion.” In addition to her work with the white supremacist Council of Conservative Citizens, Virginia Abernethy also serves on the editorial board of the racist and anti-Semitic "scholarly” journal, The Occidental Quarterly. The Occidental Quarterly, first published in the fall of 2001 promotes the belief that 'Immigration into the United States should be restricted to selected people of European ancestry’ according to the Quarterly's statement of principles.” That’s right, FAIR and other immigrant reform organizations are afraid of being called racist. (This is another reason I enjoy being a spokesman for The Knights. While so many groups spend a majority of their time trying to prove they aren’t a supporter of the white race per se, those we talk to already know our stance regarding the white race {yeah - we’re for them} and then we can proceed with talking about the issues} FAIR put out this press release upon McKee’s selection of Abernethy - excerpt below: “FAIR firmly believes in the motto e pluribus Unum - 'out of many, one’ - that people of all races, religions and ethnic backgrounds who embrace the ideals of our constitution are part of one unified American community….While organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center and the virtually unknown Center for New Community would like to tar all supporters of immigration reform with the same brush, there is a time for complete candor and sober assessment. When there is evidence someone has crossed the line, we are compelled to speak out: Views expressed by a Ms. Virginia Abernethy, a Nashville, Tennessee advisor to Kathy McKee - are repugnant, divisive and do not represent the views of the vast majority of Arizonans..FAIR and everyone FAIR represents categorically denies and repudiates Abernethy’s repulsive separatist views. ..The only separatism we advocate is separating Virginia Abernethy and Kathy McKee from this effort before they do anymore damage.” One immigration reform website had this to say: "It is our hope that the stench of McKee and Abernethy will not waft over those decent and well-meaning citizens who have labored hard and long for the true purpose of Prop 200...That she should engage a known radical 'separatist’, which is synonymous with racist and white supremacist, in any capacity is no surprise to those of us who have known of her narcissistic nature since first contact over a year ago.” The remarks made about Abernethy and McKee are inexcusable and are symptomatic of the problem with so many in the different umbrellas of the "conservative” movement. They want a clean white Christian nation (even if they don’t admit it) but they want to keep their reputation also. ..SHAME! Jesus walked the streets of Galilee as a local hero - teaching truth and salvation to His people. He had no fear of them. And His followers came from Syria, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judaea, and from beyond Jordon for His fame had spread. “Then Jesus walked in Galilee: for he would not walk in Jewry, because the Jews sought to kill him…and no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews” John 7. The Jews said that Jesus was a sorcerer, a liar, a hypocrite, an infidel, a rebel, a sinner, a transgressor, and a deceiver. In these modern times, how many of have heard these same charges leveled against those who speak out on behalf of God’s commandments. When statements are made in opposition to homosexuality and race mixing; when the people are told not to despise their birthright as Esau did, but to guard their heritage well; Is it not said by the political leaders, educational leaders and religious leaders today that such sentiments are deceptions, lies, cultic, demonic, and in fact transgressions against God’s laws. The Pharisees had said that words spoken by Jesus and His very conduct were in defiance and contrary to the traditions of the elders, and to God Himself. Yet, because of their nature though they heard the words of Jesus, they could not understand. Leaders of the Conservative element, whether of religious, financial, social, or educational groups are quick to stand up and proclaim what is acceptable to most, but to actually come out in full support of racial integrity, the most basic of God’s laws for national redemption, they shirk back into the shadows, scared of the name-calling. If not bad enough, they then attack those who do have the courage to stand up for racial integrity. In my opinion, they are as guilty as a man who would withhold vital information in a court trial, thus sending another to his execution and death. Our people are facing death. Our race has been tried and convicted by those who hate Christianity, who hate the propagators of Christianity, and who hate white Christian civilization as a whole. For anyone to know the truth in their innermost being - anyone who has that gut feeling that white people are facing societal extermination - and I believe that many in the "Conservative” and even "liberal” crowd are aware - to mock those that do speak out - for the sake of their own reputation with the world, they are worse than those who will admit their hatred for us. They are leading many good people astray. They have people listening to them and making decisions based on the actions of these cowards. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! If America and our sister white nations are to be blessed again by the hand of God, they must practice racial integrity as per His command. I firmly believe that this will happen. It was a tremendous run in voyeurism while it lasted. It was big and shiny and puffed up and filled with hot air. It rose quickly and soared high and far. It was larger than life. But it couldn’t stay afloat forever. The Obama image was put together with duct tape and glue. It was a complete fabrication. It is now deflating and heading to earth. Soon it will be discovered that it was empty -- that the entire image was a fraud.

The image was that of a post-partisan, post-racial, post-divisive, really nice guy.

But it is becoming clear that those adjectives don’t really apply to the man found hiding in the attic.

In keeping with the Heene saga what remains is for a teary-eyed David Axelrod to tell reporters that they should have seen the signs all along.

If not for the Obama mania, the soaring rhetoric, the messianic frenzy, the tingling legs, the false hope, the thronging, the fainting, the gushing, the emotionalism, the fawning, the hype, the rapture, the delusion, etc., the news reporters would have noticed.

They should have noticed that the man didn’t come out of Middle America, but out of the crooked streets of Chicago-machine politics. They should have noticed his associates were not exactly normal Americans. They should have noticed it wasn’t guilt by association, but guilt by associating. They should have noticed that remaining in Jeremiah Wright’s racist, divisive, anti-American church for 20 years was simply not reasonable. They should have noticed the countless, wonderful black churches across America that have nothing to do with “black liberation theology” and vile divisiveness.

They should have found out what “community organizing” really meant. They should have connected the dots from Saul Alinsky to ACORN to Obama.

They should have noticed the scandalous amount of money Obama funneled to ACORN during the campaign. They should have noticed the unprecedented voter registration fraud during the election.

They should have noticed a whole lot of things which revealed a controlling and destructive profile; but they were blinded by their own predetermined idea that Obama was the perfect candidate.

Many downcast conservatives thought “mainstream” journalists would never notice the past and present signs. But Obama’s Hugo-Chavez-style treatment of Fox News has opened eyes in a way Sean Hannity could never have dreamed of. It was too dictatorial for even the mainstream media to ignore.

Mr. Obama’s brass knuckles attempt to ban Fox News from the White House Press Pool just might be the single factor that tips the scales toward honest journalistic investigation of the One.

So much for the country taking a big shift to the left that liberals like to believe in...

Some of our short range goals are to tell people our beliefs, to help people figure out that the media lies about many things, and to get people to love their heritage and care about the future of their particular race, whether they are white, black, Asian, etc.

Our very farthest long range goal is peace on Earth. As Christians we know that Jesus has promised us peace on earth one day.

Until that time comes we believe that God wants us to teach the Bible and to have a land where Christians aren't persecuted.

This is why the white Christians came to this place called America which was named by a Christian man and it means the Kingdom of God.

In Europe the different countries' laws said that you had to go to this church or that church and had to believe the exact same thing about the Bible. So the Pilgrims came and together with their descendents formed a Christian government. The laws said you could be Methodist, or Baptist, or Catholic, or Lutheran, etc. but if you wanted to teach or hold public office you had to be a Christian. They knew that Christianity was the key to liberty.

Every boy and girl was taught the virtues of the 10 commandments in school. If someone wasn't a Christian they could still live here, but they weren't allowed to do anything that could in any way do harm to Christians or the Christian faith. America was the first Christian government. Even the idea of separation of powers into 3 groups was from the Bible. America was a great Christian nation.

America is still a great nation, but lots of bad things are happening everyday. Moms are killing their little helpless babies, men want to marry other men and have boyfriends, and women want to date other women. Murderers get to go free from prison all the time. Adults who hurt children hardly have to go to jail at all. The TV shows and movies make fun of Christians. They lie and say that white people are doing all of these terrible things to black people. They say the whole world should join together under one big government which would control all the countries and people.

Doesn't anyone ever think that maybe in the future the anti-Christ is a one world government that controls all the people and says we must all become one color? There will be no more of God's rainbow then.

No, we don't want this to happen. People are getting tricked. They say they believe in diversity, but you can't have diversity if every one in the world mixes up into the same thing.

Knowing the goals of The Knights Party is easy. We want to have a Christian America again. We want to look out for the true world’s minority - the white people - then we can help look after the other people in the world. The Bible says that if we take care of our Christian brothers and sisters and live a good Christian life then our country will be blessed. When our nation is blessed again by God and there aren't so many terrible things happening in America to the white Christians, God will multiply our blessings and then we can be a blessing to all the children of the world.

Voters Trust Republicans More On 10 Top Issues

For the first time in recent years, voters trust Republicans more than Democrats on all 10 key electoral issues regularly tracked by Rasmussen Reports. The GOP holds double-digit advantages on five of them.

Republicans have nearly doubled their lead over Democrats on economic issues to 49% to 35%, after leading by eight points in September.
The GOP also holds a 54% to 31% advantage on national security issues and a 50% to 31% lead on the handling of the war in Iraq.

If I am reading correctly, there have been three notable economic downturns; the current one, the one in 1929, and one in 1873 that doesn't get much press. The similarity between them? All were preceded by at least four years of a Republican President, Republican dominated Senate and House. Coincidence? Could be. Or could the guilty dog bark loudest?

And while a 'majority' of people may identify themselves as being conservative, they obviously don't vote/act that way.

Tyranny: the “Official Language” of Misguided Conservatives

To many conservatives and Christians, this may sound like a wonderful idea. You may be asking yourself, “Why didn’t we do this a long time ago?” “It’s about time.” But I would like to suggest to you that this is the wrong attitude. It is misguided to think that we uphold the principles that once made this nation great by imposing English as an official language. It is, in fact, distinctly un-American and quite liberal and progressive to use government to compel people into what we feel are good social manners. So I oppose any attitude that would empower government to enforce such a law. This is for three reasons: 1) such a law is unnecessary, 2) such a law is opposed to freedom and liberty, and 3) such a law is a dangerous precedent. Unnecessary and Unhistorical First, the proposed law is unnecessary. History clearly demonstrates this. Somehow, surrounded by Frenchmen and Indians and different languages and dialects in practically every little county, our founding fathers and framers of our Constitution saw absolutely no need to impose an official language. Somehow, we have made it under that system now for 223 years (actually longer) without needing the imposition of an official language. (An exception, perhaps, was John Adams, who in a 1780 letter expressed his desire for Congress to establish an American Language Academy. I don’t see in the journals of the Continental Congress where this idea was ever even taken up for consideration, let alone taken seriously.) Click Here to Buy Even when the vast western majority of this American land was 1) not even yet part of the nation, and 2) filled with countless Indian languages, and with a large portion of Spanish-speakers across the southwest, there was never a need to promote (let alone impose) English as part of a national identity. Even as the nation expanded into those territories, there was no issue of imposing an official language. Even after the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo (1848), when tens of thousands of Spanish-speaking Mexicans remained in California territory mingled among English-speaking whites, there was no need and no outcry for English as an official language. But for some reason, Republican leaders now deem it necessary (or just convenient?) to increase the already burdensome legal codes and bureaucracies—particularly the department of Homeland Security—throughout this nation with the regulation and oversight of people’s tongues. What changed in American society that justifies exacerbating yet again the powers of the central government over our lives? What changed? An influx of immigrants? Hardly. We have historically, from day one, had multiple languages in our marketplaces, churches, homes, schools, etc. English always dominated as the language of commerce and politics freely and naturally (as it does today throughout much of the world). Limiting freedom in this area was unnecessary then, and nothing has changed that scenario. And by the way, I am far from believing in or exalting the “America is a melting pot” idea so common today. That idea never existed in American before the late 19th Century. Rather, the multiculturalism of the early colonies was voluntary segregation, and a commitment to localism. No one wished to impose their German or Dutch on their neighboring counties. And yet everyone learned what English they needed—if any—to get by in the markets. The liberal progressive “meltingpot” idea represents a departure from that much freer society, and actually is the source of the hubris that says everyone must be forced to be equal in every way possible, including linguistically. The idea that everyone here must “speak the language” is an extension of this same mentality: “I don’t like you being different, so I will use law to force you to be like me.” Conservatives today who demand Juan and Kwon speak English are behaving like liberal progressives, and not like our founding fathers. The Principle of Liberty Second, the proposed law is opposed to the fundamental principle of liberty. It is bad enough that the liberal and corporate-interest bureaucrats already tell us what drugs we can buy, what we can eat, drink, how much, what kind of light bulbs we can and can’t buy, what kind of toilets, faucets, and practically every other aspect of our lives. Now Republicans want to join this regulation party and tell us how to talk as well. Welcome to Amerika. Fall in line, comrade. Limiting choices by law is no way to restore freedom to a sliding country; it is the exact opposite. Republicans seem always to fall into the same practices as liberals when they want something done: control other people’s behavior by imposing their desires top-down by law. But for every law you create, you simultaneously create another crime. And for every crime, a punishment. For every punishment, law enforcement (a fine, a gun). This is coercion, not freedom. Government grows, freedoms disappear. Republicans bawl (at least temporarily) when Democrats do this with health care, or the national department of education, etc. But then Republicans do exactly the same thing when it’s their turn in power. Government grows, freedom disappears. But it’s alright to destroy freedoms as long as they’re someone else’s freedoms and not mine. Right? While it may be popular with the ra-ra-Republican crowd (who are so painfully injured and insulted when they have to “press 2 for English”), this popularity itself is a product of the baser emotions of misguided “must look like me” patriotism. But this is not really patriotism. “My country, my language” is not the language of freedom. It is the language of tyranny. Indeed, when it is backed by force of law and threat of legal punishment, it is the official language of tyranny. Anyone truly believing in a free society will want to have less government control over such fundamental choices. Instead of being annoyed at companies that offer customer service in Spanish, they would realize that this is how freedom works. If a businessman wishes to get ahead of his competition by serving the Spanish-speaking market, he will decide to speak the language. This is called consumer sovereignty—and it is the bedrock of a free market. The market does not demand that the customer bend to meet its dictates; the market itself bends to meet the needs and desires of the customers. The businessman can decide not to enter that market, but he would be sitting and watching easy money float by just out of his reach. A wise businessman would install that “press 2” button and do it quickly—before his competitors did so—and earn the trust and affection of those Spanish-speaking customers. I would. So rather than whining about companies that already do this, anyone who claims to believe in freedom should be applauding them as stellar examples of how a free market works. Freedom of choice says let the businessman decide how he will meet the demands of the marketplace, and let the customer decide what business he prefers to consult. And if pressing “2” is so terribly unbearable, let that customer take his business elsewhere. This, again, is voluntary segregation—another word for free market—another word for freedom. Anyone, on the other hand, who thinks the government should force anyone to speak one way or another, believes in limiting choices and limiting freedom. Rand Paul just stuck this argument pretty strongly to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency, Kathleen Hogan. People like this—whether liberals like Ms. Hogan or conservative Republicans—do not believe in free markets, but in rigged markets. They believe in using government fines, force and punishment to give themselves an advantage in the marketplace. They don’t really, truly care about freedom as long as they can force someone else to behave as they wish—including what language they speak. It’s time we took freedom seriously, and made a commitment to live with integrity and consistency in this area. A Slippery Slope Third, this bill is a dangerous precedent. I realize upon reading it, that this bill purports to apply only to official functions of government and to naturalization processes. It will be argued that this is right and proper and is no concern to individual freedoms (unless you are an illegal immigrant) or to the free marketplace. Yet largely unmentioned is the fact that the bill does contain this disturbing demand: “English language requirements and workplace policies, whether in the public or private sector, shall be presumptively consistent with the Laws of the United States.” What does this mean? To what could it be construed in a court to apply? And most importantly, how could this be expanded further in the future? It is a grievous precedent for those who esteem liberty. We already have lost free choice in many areas to coercive programs like the ADA and the Public Accommodation section of the Civil Rights Act—things that are both political and public poison to oppose. What? Are you against disabled people? Do you want to discriminate against minorities? You’re a racist! No, I believe businessmen should be free to make their own decisions, and must be left to live with the consequences of those decisions. Government should have no place in telling a business who its customers must be, can be, cannot be, or anything else. That’s the principle of freedom; and when it is curtailed in the slightest, the precedent is set to expand further regulation and tyranny. I realize this is a slippery slope argument and thus risks fallacy. But the historical precedent is there in these other programs, we know government always has the will to control further, and the language of this bill lends itself to further application. I think it is a legitimate slippery slope. Pointless Hypocrisy Fourth (I give you an added bonus reason), the law will have virtually little real impact on American society, for the problem with English literacy lies elsewhere that in the official functions of government and naturalization. The text of the bill says, for example, that “all citizens should be able to read and understand generally the English language text of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the laws of the United States.” While this sounds like a good thing, it is really quite hypocritical. In this nation, yearly, we graduate millions of kids who have never and will never read the text of the Declaration or Constitution, let alone the U.S. Code. Many will not even have the level of literacy needed to read and understand these documents. (About 33 percent of people, by the way, never even read a single book once they’ve graduated high school. 80 percent never even purchase books.) Click Here to Buy “All citizens” should be able to do this, eh? Of course! Well, of course, except those “graduating” from inner city public schools, and many other public schools. Many are routinely unable to read at a sixth grade level, but they are graduated anyway, and this law will not apply to them. We’ll hammer on the immigrants though. And while public schools drain billions of dollars and continue to fail, Republicans can pretend they’re saving American by harassing immigrants, many of whom probably work harder and are more productive than their teachers and the politicians combined. In fact, I’ll bet most of those conservatives loudly complaining about having to press “2”, and about “If you move here you should speak the language” themselves have never read the Constitution or Declaration. And I would love to see the teachers collectively tested for whether they “understand generally” the text of these documents. It would not hurt the politicians themselves, by the way, to “read and understand generally the English language text of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the laws of the United States.” How much pain could be avoided by such a practice? We may safely assume no liberals will vote for this bill, for it would require that they themselves be able to read and understand the documents and the laws they pass. Many conservatives would fail here as well if they stopped to consider the fact. But they won’t, so they will most likely vote yes. Conclusion So there are three reasons plus one that every conservative, libertarian, Republican, Christian, and/or lover of freedom should oppose an attempt to dictate an official language for America. It contradicts the experience and intent of our founders which proves such a law unnecessary. It contradicts the philosophy and principles of freedom, and thus represents coercion and tyranny. And it set a dangerous precedent we should all wish to have removed from our horizon. In addition, it would be utterly pointless and hypocritical in the big picture today. For all of these reasons and likely many more, the imposition of an official langue for America is distinctly un-American.

After the infamous House Un-American Affairs Committee destroyed lives and careers by questioning the patriotism of anybody who worked in Hollywood, Americans again promised: we’ll never do that again. And after Senator Joseph McCarthy disgustingly branded as a communist agent anybody who just happened to be a liberal or worked in the State Department, Americans promised: we’ll never do that again, either. Yet, here we are. Another witch hunt. Another roundup. Another HUAC. Another burst of McCarthyism. Led this time by Congressman Peter King, chair of the House Committee on Homeland Security, who, under the guise of national security, is doing exactly what George W. Bush, to his credit, vowed after September 11 never to do: launch a wholesale attack on all Muslims and accuse them of either being terrorists themselves, or condoning terrorism. Pete King doesn’t look like McCarthy, but he sure sounds like him: Are you now, or have you ever been, a Muslim? The very title of his hearings tells his bias from the beginning: “The Extent of Radicalization in the American Muslim Community (which presumes such radicalization exists) and That Community’s Response” (which presumes it’s been anything but cooperative). In fact, long before the hearings began, King had already announced his belief that 80 percent to 85 percent of American mosques are controlled by Islamic radicals; and that American Muslims have refused to cooperate with law enforcement officials in combating terrorism. Neither of which is true. In fact, Richard Cohen of The Washington Post writes that a recent Duke University/University of North Carolina study found “a drop in attempted or actual terrorist activity by American Muslims — 47 perpetrators and suspects in 2009, 20 in 2010.” Perhaps more significantly, the report by UNC terrorism expert Charles Kurzman showed that “the largest single source of initial information” about alleged terrorist plots — 48 out of 120 cases since September 11 — “involved tips from the Muslim American community.” In fact, the only law enforcement official to testify before King’s committee was Los Angeles Sheriff Leroy Baca, who praised the cooperation of the Southern California Muslim community. The truth is that both the hearings and Chairman King himself are a major embarrassment to the 112th Congress. It is profoundly un-American to scapegoat all members of any religion for any reason. And King wouldn’t dare do it for any religion but Islam. Cardinal Justin Rigali of Philadelphia recently suspended 21 priests for accusations of sexual abuse regarding children. Can you imagine the uproar if Peter King had scheduled hearings to investigate whether all Catholics were child molesters? But ever since September 11, unfortunately, Muslims are fair game. Congressman King is also a strange person to be chairing these hearings, since he is one of Congress’s only open supporters of terrorism. In the 1980s, as a major supporter and fundraiser for the IRA, he praised their activities and defended their acts of terror: “If civilians are killed in an attack on a military installation, it is certainly regrettable, but I will not morally blame the IRA for it.” In his worldview, apparently, there are good terrorists and bad terrorists — depending on what part of the world they come from. But the real issue is not who’s leading the hearings, but why they’re allowed to be held in the first place. And the man responsible for that is not Peter King, but Speaker John Boehner. The King hearings are the latest evidence of a House out of control. Michele Bachmann insists on delivering her own State of the Union response — and gets away with it. Darrell Issa threatens wholesale subpoenas — and nobody applies the brakes. Birthers continue their insane conspiracy theory. House tea partiers pledge to shut down the government. And what does laissez-faire Boehner do? Nothing. The inmates are running the asylum. How times have changed. In 2009, when House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers considered holding hearings on whether George Bush and Dick Cheney should be tried as war criminals, Speaker Nancy Pelosi stepped in and said: No, you won’t. Time and time again, Pelosi demonstrated what’s been totally lacking so far from John Boehner: leadership.
