I did not edit your post. I removed them from my server. I dont allow any paying customers to host porno images nor do I bend the rules for anyone who decides they dont need to follow suit.
I cant believe you are that much of an idiot to put those images back when this is supposed to be a family forum and people use this from their workplaces as well.
Years back, I had the sysadmin at the place I worked actually sit down and log onto PFF to browse for a few minutes to make sure it was safe for work. They had blocked a bunch of sites and PFF got hit in that run, so as a personal favor viewed, saw it was work safe and removed the block. You are just causing other members headaches by your childish acts on here.
Actually, work safe in one place is quite different in another place depending on the workplace. Me and my boss have no problem watching hard-core **** in the office, and he is the one who pulls it up.....just because some workplaces are anal-retentive microcosms of non-offensive politically correct, doent mean they all are....

In my case we have an appliance for blocking, and we pay for the 'list' that gets updated every week or so by a 3rd party, so once PFF is blocked it will take an act of congress ( almost literally, considering where i work ) to get it back.
Just the very idea that a post has to be labeled NSFW should be a clue that it shouldn't be posted here.

I agree, but i would respect the decisions that other business had made in what they feel is appropriate and what isn't for their employees while at work, and not call them names because they feel different then I.
Don't push it Patrick. You knew very well I don't allow such images. Next offense will get your account on probation. Push it further and a ban will occur.
I was all like "cliff wont take my picture" then I was all like "im gonna go check my picture on page one" the I like clicked page one and looked for my picture and I was like "NOOOOOO".Well I guess neo errrr I mean cliff has spoken.

Or maybe, just maybe, if you have been paying attention lately you would have known I might be a bit pre-occupied and have better things to do than to babysit a bunch of adults behaving like they have just grown out of their Pampers.

I have to agree. There are forums for the NSFW stuff, a person could post a link, and a strong warning with no problems, but just as having the word pron blocked for a reason, the NSFW stuff needs to also be avoided.
The people, or computers that scan for certain content don't care how it's labeled. They see the language, or certain words, and automatically block it.
PFF was responsible for the loss of internet privileges for an entire company because of the "funny pictures thread". It was fine until the pron started popping up in it, then it went down hill.
I had an entire company mad at ME for making them lose access to their facebook etc.
There was even a member on here that caused me to get in trouble because of his avatar. A friggin avatar!!
Dirty jokes are just as bad, they can and do cause internet loss, and many that were posted in recent threads had very negative impacts on several members on here for personal reasons.
We can go other places and get this stuff, start a blog, and post a link to them.
Brad
Edit to add: I like the jokes, and the joking around, I'm not saying I don't. I'm just saying I can understand why it is wrong, and I understand people wanting it to go away.

I suspect you've got enough Pampers to deal with in RL...

This is exactly how I feel.
The NSFW label, to me, meant that there were curse words in the song perhaps, or that in the following link there is crude humor, etc. The problem with posting it directly here then saying "NSFW" is that if you don't have to click a link, it's already too late by the time they see the label.
I thought this thread was a joke. Just to see how many people would click the thread after seeing the thread title. Nope... it's real.

First off, you are being pretty racist. Second off, my job was to sit, and wait until needed, sometimes there would be nothing going on for days. You know nothing about what I was talking about, and just jumped right out there. I suspect you are an old member that got the boot, and came back under another username, as most new members are not this rude, or arrogant.

Did Patrick get a lobotomy or something? What a train wreck!
He protested some aggressive adult content, and was told that it was all OK because it had NSFW on the thread title. Then he was personally attacked (Trolled)for his views in another thread title.
I would have been pissed too personally, I haven't seen the original pictures that he posted, and they were probably wrong as I trust isthis's judgment on that stuff. However, the original thread, and the one following it were disturbing to many on here, I know of at least a few that have personal reasons to be bothered by them.
And not just a "you need to get over it" type reason, they have very personal reasons to have problems with such jokes. To me this would be along the same lines as posting holocaust jokes, baby in a blender jokes, heterosexual rape jokes, (they were after all gay rape jokes), or even racist jokes.
There was no place for them.
I don't agree with the way he handled it, but I agree with the reason.
Don't push it Patrick. You knew very well I don't allow such images. Next offense will get your account on probation. Push it further and a ban will occur.
Thanks Cliff...you are the "landlord" after all, and I agree with the ban on images themselves....I myself am guilty of posting links to NSFW stuff, or links to stuff with advertising thats not exactly child-friendly...but those are links, not images and nobody has to click them if they dont want to. What is great about the T/OT section here is the "adult humor" IS accessible for those who want, but hidden behind links for those who dont. This is a nice laid back place on the internet where we laugh, fight politics, fight relegion, fight morality (we do a lot of fightin) but its still a place I couldnt care less if my kids, girlfriend, or boss reads....its honest, open, and for the most part clean enough not to have to check my knife at the door....

Ah, I see. I must have missed the other thread (which is probably a good thing). But still, two wrongs don't make a right.

My thanks to Cliff for not locking this thread. It gives me a chance to post and address a couple of concerns.
First of all, I've had no burning desire to post images of naked women at PFF. I haven't done it previously in the 12 years I've been a member here, and I won't be doing it again.
So why did I do it? To make a point, and to encourage some dialog. To demonstrate that hiding behind "NSFW" in the topic heading and then posting inappropriate material for a "family forum" is just plain wrong. As has already been stated in this thread, if "NSFW" is required in the topic heading, then perhaps the material doesn't belong here in the first place.
A man walks into a restaurant bathroom needing to take a whiz. While relieving himself, a 2-foot man goes to the lower children’s urinal next to him and pulls out a schlong that would make even Long Dong Silver gasp. The man considered himself predominantly straight, but he couldn’t help but stare with his mouth agape at the small man’s dong.
He took a little longer to wash his hands and when the small man finished his whiz, he finally couldn’t take it anymore. "I’m not gay or anything but that is the biggest dong I’ve ever seen!"
In full Irish brogue the little man said, "Yes, that is one of the benefits of being a leprechaun."
The man asked, "Is there anyway that I could get a dong that big?"
"There is one way," said the little man, "But I doubt you are willing enough to do it."
"Tell me, I’ll do anything!" blurted out the man.
"Well, to get a dong this big, you have to get humped up the arse by a leprechaun," said the small man.
"Dang, that is harsh. But okay, I’ll do it! I mean, a dong that big...!"
The man dropped his drawers and bent over the sink. The little man plowed the man’s arse like a power drill penetrating cement. After the little man blew his load, he zipped up and started to walk out of the bathroom. The man looked down at his pecker and said, "Wait, my dong’s still the same size."
The little man looked over his shoulder and said, "Aren’t you a little old to be believing in leprechauns?"
I've bolded the part I felt was especially disgusting. And oh yeah, it was posted in a thread which was all about the size of Prince Harry's dick. Great "family forum" material.
In a very civil manner, I expressed my displeasure with posts of this nature in a "family forum". The end result? A second thread created by the same member entitled... Sodomy Jokes!!! NSFW or Patrick. Yeah, real funny.
I understand why isthiswhereiputausername removed my original images in this thread from his server, and I understand why Cliff removed the same images re-hosted on a different server. However, my only concern with NO images now posted is that some people may believe and/or suggest that I had posted "obscene" or "pornographic" material. To alleviate those concerns, here they are again, shrunk down and "censored". As you can see, they were pretty tame.
...
Anyway, it's Cliff's house, Cliff's rules. I've expressed my concern with the way threads appeared to be headed in O/T. It's now up to PFF members to decide what kind of forum they want within Cliff's rules.
My thanks to the many thoughtful forum members who took the time to post intelligent and insightful comments in this thread. Much appreciated.

Lucky frogs. Oh. I think the other pictures are of two blue footed boobies above the little man in the boat! No one would motorboat two blue footed boobies, they'd just fly away.

The problem is, you want a fixed set of rules of what's allowed and what isn't. I can't give you that. I can't tell you exactly what is and what isn't allowed. It all boils down to using some common sense. And what p's me off is that people hide behind the interpretation of a set of rules while they know very well they are either pushing the limits or going over it.
Again: USE YOUR FRICKIN' COMMON SENSE!!!
There's a huge difference between implied sexual contents and full frontal nudity. A picture of a British prince with a bulge in it's pants is something entirely different than a naked lady. To illustrate, my seven year old daughter wouldn't notice anything about the first picture, while she fully understands what she's looking at with the second picture.
When your boss walks by and briefly see the picture of Prince Harry in the corner of his eye, he wouldn't notice anything strange either. A naked lady against a tree? Different story.
So I repeat one more time: Instead of acting like a bunch of crying babies, act like the responsible adults you all really are and USE YOUR F****N COMMON SENSE!!!
Geeeeeeeeez.

For sure, and I know what I'd prefer to be looking at.
Anyway, I'll be posting no more questionable images.

Cliff, just so this is clear to me and to others... Are you saying that "jokes" about some guy blowing his load in another guy's arse in a public washroom are acceptable here, whereas a picture of a naked woman just leaning against a tree is completely out of line? It's not that I wish to make a habit of posting pictures of naked women leaning against trees, but seriously, I'd like to know what in your opinion is more offensive.
