This is from another forum where fking74 is trying to do the samething. A quote from his posts: "I dont have a cam or even a computer LOL I have to borrow a friends cam", "for that matter I get online at the public library".

Not Exactly. He has Joe's money. He had no problem jacking this obligation. He can get a 2nd job. Hock his computer. Go borrow it. It was his screwup-his misrepresentation. He needs to make it right. Or, we can all defend the poor little guy till his ego tells him:
"it's ok. I'm free and clear. FREE MONEY!! See--- some of them understand and support me for screwing this buyer over. All I gotta do is say--Hey-I don't have it. You're screwed."
Let him try that with his other bills.
Anytime I see him here or anywhere else, try to sell as much as a lockwasher, I'll link to this thread.
The guy made a mistake, and also why would he have this money after he sent a product? Hmmm, or should he have held onto it until the purchaser says its ok for him to spend it now because he will not be wanting a refund... and anytime you see him try to sell?? Who appointed you supreme enforcer of the Mall section of Pff? Those guys at realfierotech are so right about this place...im seeing it more and more everyday...
I ordered an intake from some guy maybe a year and a half ago from this very Mall section of Pff....the intake was NOTHING like i thought it was, I didnt read it carefully enough, or maybe didnt ask for enough details...did I ***** about it? No... Only time i ever complained was for window tints that took nearly 6 months to arrive...and that was for no contact, and no product at all...so therefore justified...

Ummm, this situation is different, so you can't compare it to your experience. The seller in this case acknowledged their own mistake and offered to refund the money (in case you didn't read the whole post). They never refunded it.
Also, his financial status has nothing to do with it. Those hurting for $$$ don't get a "get out of jail free card" in a situation like this.

When I sell something, I usually wait to deposit the MO till the buyer says he is satisfied with it.
Why would it bother you or him if this thread is lnked to? Does he not want potential buyers to see it? Why?
I've been burned on misrepresented things here as well, and didn't like it a bit. No, they were never resolved. I got stuck both times. Not from this seller.
It's not so much that this guy made a mistake--we all do some times. It's his attitude that he doesn't care that he did make the mistake. Had he said, "Look, I'll make it good. Give me some time and you'll see." He has the cash, he doesn't care. Take the money and run.
As far as RFT goes--well, you know how to get over there.

Frank I sold the items so don't send me the money order. I don't have anything to return to you. I think I had said that on the first page of this post.
I just read your e-mail as I don't check that one that often. Really Frank don't send it as it isn't going to make a difference at this time.
It wouldn't be Right for me to accept it because. I recouped my monies already. And it would be wrong of me at accept it. You had plenty of chances before to make this right and now is not the time. Nice jesture but a little to late.
Save your $.39 as I will just turn right around and send it back to you.
God Luck in Your Life

just saw this and i thought i would throw in my 2 cents, i havent had any dealing with either of the guys involved in this, but after reading it through, i think that fking honestly made a mistake about the tail lights, the fact that he charged so little for them tells me that he didnt have the intention of ripping anyone off, what is $25, its a pittance, if your going to scam somone it would need to be for a fair bit more than $25 to make it worth the time. as for joe i can understand his side of things however i also feel he over reacted, luckilly everything is going to be sorted soon from what i hear, however too all the people who left negative comments in respect to fking, i just hope that if you ever mess up no one posts about it on a forum like this the mob mentality ive seen in this thread, coming from people like myself who have had no dealings with fking, is in my opinion ridiculous, what would stop me posting about one of you, nothing (not that i will) and if i did i doubt you would appreciate the majority of people leaving you negative comments.

I would also be pissed off getting bashed and bad mouthed by people who are not even involved...

I'll explain something real short to the last 2 posts. I got ripped off on here last year. Before buying from the guy I searched and found nothing bad about him. I sent my money and got nothing in return. After a couple weeks I finally posted about him. After that about 4-5 people got onboard saying he had done the same to them. Now if these people would have posted about that earlier before I sent money. I would not be out $150.00 After I had posted my bad deal I got some nice PM's thanking me as they were going to send monies too. Did I get my money back? NOPE,NEVER and neither did the others. Infact the guy still sells on Ebay under LucidityStudios here he was EZRA and still ripping people off on there on Ebay. So now I just helped some others by telling about him.
OK on to Frank, do I think he intentionally meant to do this I don't know? Like someone else said on here they know what taillights are, "there on the back of there car" The impression I got about the 4pcs, was the lens were off the housings. Could I myself done things differently, sure I could have. Number one thing is I have to stop being to trusting, which is hard for me. Will I ever buy anything without a picture? Nope. Now I know why everyone asks for a pic atleast you know they have the part they are selling. I brought this to the Forum only after every possible attempt was made on my part to rectify the situation. As far as the money like Goodall said it isn't much, but it is more about principle.
And if someone scammed 100 people out of $25 thats $2500 and that would be a smart scammer because some ppl won't say anything about the little amount.
