If the car does not sell as a whole car, I will keep the bag.

Again, if anyone is after parts - please hold off until I announce that I am parting it out. I really would rather not kill a Fiero

Well, I have someone who wants the body only, so if she does not sell by the last weekend of the month, I will pull the engine/trans and associated trans parts. I'll keep the trans for myself and sell the engine alone.

If anyone is interested in this car, I will sell it as a whole up until the cradle is dropped.

At least this car will live on - with a DOHC or 3800 - according to the guy who wants the body.

Thanks again for checking this thread.

One Air Force to another here!!! If do you decide to part it let me know as I need some GFX and stuff. I know you're holding off and such putting the word out but you're rather local for, McGuire isn't too far away ya know. Stay in touch and let me know how you're doing.

I saw your post come back up on special needs kids. Its good to see its still alive. My youngset autistic boy is doing well, hes actually learning to read. Cool stuff changes everyday for him.

Take care,
Paul Young aka 88Ironduke

If nobody buys the whole car before the last weekend of the month, I have someone who has already made an offer for the car minus engine, trans, clutch slave and related parts, so I won't have any extras to sell.

I think I already have the engine sold to Doc-, too, so all is set if nobody wants it whole.

Good to hear all is well with your kid, Paul. Kale is calling me now. He is standing up at the couch and climbing stairs - and he has a pretty good vocabulary considering. What a great kid!

Thanks for the bump!

Another bump for this one.

It would sure be easier for me to sell the car whole.

I think the rebuilt Getrag is worth the asking price - then throw a low-mileage rebuilt engine on top of that and you have a real bargain!

Thanks for looking again...

Im in baltimore, considering something like your offering. Will it run with the cradle bolted up the right way?

The engine was started for me when I bought it, so yes - it runs, but it still needs work because it would stall if it was given too much gas.

The cradle is in there, but I think that other parts need to be connected to get those rear wheels aligned.

You are welcome to come see it this weekend, but I plan to start taking the drivetrain out if I get time on Saturday afternoon or Sunday.

PM your # and I can call you if you want.

Clear title? Would you take $250 car, or $850 whole w/ engine?

Greg

I'll have to wait and see if it goes for $300 locally when I put it on Craigs list this weekend.

The rebuilt tranny cost $900, so I'll have to pass on that other offer.

If you were to buy - when would be able to pick it up?

edit: I have a title (signed by the guy I bought it from, so it has not been transferred yet).

Now I need the space for my boat!

I'll take if for $1000. PM me your phone # if you're interested.

Thanks,

Maybe we can work a deal for just the body since I am going out to take the drivetrain out now.

Sorry, but I did not hear from you today - and this weekend is the only time I will have to take the drive out. I can't wait around or the whole car will sit for another few weeks.

I'll see what happens on Craigs list for the body at $300. If I stil have it next week, we'll talk about the $250.

Thanks!
