I can be there the 11th like I said in my pm's but I have no paypal. You pm'd me that you wanted a $100 deposit via paypal but I do not trust them anymore. Way too many problems. I can pick it up the 11th ,like I said, since I am will be close by and have $700 in cash. But now you are taking other offers today? "07-31-2007 12:14 PM Oh yeah, and still $700. Bryce" I thought this was wrapped up 5 days ago that I was coming to pick it up? I pm'd you back.

I didn't know someone else was in on this already.
No money has changed hands yet so I will back out if needed but I still want the deal we have discussed.
I have a car ready to go to Oregon as soon as needed.
I was just waiting for another response to finalize things.

Guys, I've said before that I've had several people bail on me, cash talks. The "I'm coming with money in a couple weeks" wore out for me after the third person. Seriously, my buddy has been left out to dry multiple times trying to unload this stuff. Mike told me he was interested, but we haven't exchanged any cash. I've shot a message off to Mike again to see what's up.

Well, Mike came through, so I'm going to hold off shipping this stuff. He's supposed to pick it up next Saturday, if he doesn't show I'll be shipping the whole package out west (and sending Guido to break Mike's legs).

Why all the hostility towards me?! What time is good for your friend to meet him? And what is his name? I want to know who I am supposed to be giving the $700 to. It shouldn't take too long to load the parts and engine with your friends engine lift and get back on the road. Is it a big lift that can lift the engine 2.5' off the ground (so I can back the U-haul under it) or should I bring some cinder blocks to get some more height? I will bring some just in case.... I cannot wait to install it!!!

Thanks,
Mike

Mike, I emailed you yesterday, I'm guessing you didn't think to check before posting this. In either event, I don't have any hostility (nor does Guido) assuming you show up with your cash. I gave you Lou's number so you can work out the details with him, check your email. Like I said, I've been bailed on several times already, so it's nothing against you personally, I've just become bitter! No worries, it sounds like pokey's chompin at the bit if you don't show anyway. You know what they say pokey, early bird gets the worm, it's not like I just put this up for sale yesterday.

Well my issue is I don't want to step on someones toes. Especially since I have several other projects going And I already have a 3.4 dohc running now.
I want the whole deal we discussed in PM so if this deal with the guy picking it up I ok with that.
On the other hand if the other fellow doesn't pull through I'm going to be a little testy cause we could already be done and working on the car.
