Add Wheels1 to the good sellers list. I received a shift cable bracket for my 1984 Fiero from him yesterday. He shipped it promptly and it looked like a new item when I got it in the mail and he included 2 retaining clips.

I've spent hundreds of hours on here helping others when I could have been making money or working on my projects. I'll never meet any of them. My only payment is when they say "thanks" in the thread. That's enough, just knowing that I've helped someone (Fiero owner or not).
But when con artists & ripoffs get on here they need to be stopped. I'll take the heat - if it helps everyone in the long run.

OK, you asked. The "guy" who PMed you is wrong. I sold 20 getrag cases for a paltry $50. Could have gotten hundreds but wanted t help the Fiero Community. FACT, the cases are ALL perfectly good and useable. The extra hole in the end is for a racing shaft so that if you want to build a racing tranny you can. BUT that does NOT make the trannys unuseable if you want to use stock gears. The "guy" you speak of wrote me and didn't bother to ASK if it was still OK to use stock gears. HE just DEMANDED that I do something about it. I don't respond to that kind of crap normally but even with his hostile and ignorant attitude I offered a full refund including shipping both ways. HELL I had nothing to lose I could sell the case for all that AND MORE! But he said NO. He demanded that not only should I pay shipping both ways, the cost of the auction, but ALSO the "PROFIT" he claims he could make selling it to someone else, AND he wanted to keep the CASE!!!!! I mean what would he want to keep the case for if it is unuseable!?

Naturally, that is when I told him to go F himself. He said "You haven't heard the last of this!". Haven't heard from him since.

I made the same offer to all 20 buyers to refund their price plus shipping both ways. So far I have had ZERO takers. The offer stands to this day.

bought 2 battery relocation trays both are as thin as a penny. I can easily push the fiberglass in with little pressure by hand. I will not use them because I am affraid they would break allowing the battery to fall through.

Add Wheels1 to the BAD sellers list. He may have sold parts to people with no problems but as far as my items he was supose to powdercoat back in the summer of '07, i haven't got them or my $250 i prepaid him thru paypal.He contacted me last in dec not saying why he did what he did only to say he would try to send some of my money back along with my parts. When i asked him if he started on them like he said he did in july/aug he didn't answer only to say he would do them the following weekend. Its been another 2 months and no word from him tho i noticed he's been selling things on ebay.Now i have to buy back all my 2.8 things to get my '86 gt going.Its a shame as he seems to do good powdercoat work.He could of helped alot of people here make their engine bays look better.

Add another negative to WHEELS1... been waiting for months and months to get payment back from a car I was buying from him. Never got a car... and still waiting on money...

Sent money and parts to Wheels1 1 year and 4 months ago. I have not seen anything. Chris no longer communicates. BAD BUYER/SELLER!!!!
