I want to add topher_time to the good sellers list. He GAVE me an IMSA wing for the race car and even met me in Little Rock (a 2 hour + drive for him) to help me get it.............then wouldn't even take any gas money for helping. Once in a while you find some folks that really go out of their way to help, thank you Chris for being one of them!
I would like to ditto carbonfiber with a bad mark for Loyde at FastFieros. I am shocked with the number of people on this forum waiting for years for parts he is not already on the list. I hear he does good work, but I would sure like to find out for myself. Many broken delivery promises and does not answer phone or respond to email. I am not alone as he has 4 cases filed against him with the Better Business Bureau that he has not responded to in the last 12 months alone.

Add Tim Perrigo (tim@fieropatrs.com) to the GOOD vendors list. I order a decklid weatherstrip from him and the part came in nice condition, clips and all, and arrived in 2 days. I was definately satisfied.

Another positive plug for V8 Archie. I called him and ordered the Warber hood scoop kit. Nice guy to do business with. Scoop is excellent quality and he shipped it quickly! It comes with a CD that has plenty of install pics! Thanks Arch. Marc

add a negative for Puck. Bought a silver automatic shift surround trim plate from him and he failed to mention the damage to it beyond normal everyday wear and tear (see pictures HERE)
Original deal was made, he said name a price. I named my price and he agreed. Sent paypal, funds cleared and I didn't see or hear from him. Sent message a week and a half later asking what the deal was, I hadn't received the part. He never shipped it. So I waited another week and finally got it, only to see that it was in terrible shape. Had he mentioned it was that damaged in the first place BEFORE I sent funds, I would have said no thanks and looked elsewhere. Guilty of the crime of omission, and in my book is the same as trying to screw someone over. Would you want to spend your money on something that was in that bad of shape?
After numerous attempts to get a refund, paypal dispute, etc I keep getting excuses as to why I dont DESERVE one. Things that hold no weight in the current issue, things like paypal denied my dispute for a refund, so I don't get one, or that I got free parts from someone who was kind enough to help me out.

as for not being in contact i have the private messages that show the dates that i was in contact with you through the entire transaction....there is probably only a 3-4 day period that you didn't hear anything from me and if that is tooo long of a time to wait to hear from someone then you need to GET A JOB!
Has screwed over other people on paypal deals and is mad because I didn't let it happen to me....good day sir
if you look through the current list of good/bad seller/buyer lists.....i have 5 good seller/buyer comments and no bad ones so it must be something on XB's end that doesn't hash out right

Explain how I have screwed others over on paypal deals... I've had one other issue with a seller before, and that was straightened out because I contacted him through paypal, which was the only way I could get ahold of him. That has since been squared away, and has nothing to do with our issue at hand. I went as far as to post a thread (PROOF) asking him to contact me immediately, after sending 3 unanswered PM's, before filing a CLAIM with paypal. I had exhausted all options and felt that this was the only one left.
And you think I don't know that I need a job? Like 75% of the people right now in this crap economy, I can't find anything. No one around here is hiring. The unemployment rates are the highest they have been in 20+ years for christ sakes!
Go ahead and post those PM's. Not like you haven't already. Fact of the matter is that I have a better buyer reputation than you, and it should speak for itself.
EDIT: And just to clarify for the rest of the forum, I DID NOT turn this into a dispute with paypal, I simply filed a claim. I tried keeping it away from the forum to no avail. Puck escalated the claim to a dispute when I tried to calmly remedy this situation. I have made valid points in my argument for a refund, but apparently it doesn't matter.

I know things are tough all over. But we are talking about , what about $10.00 to $12.00? If it will make you stop I will give you the $10.00 lets all stop the blame game. You said you got a bad product, and he said you knew what you were getting. let it go and I will send you $10.00 and use that to look for a new part!!!

I'm not so much pissed about the money anymore as the fact that he says I knew what I was getting. I didn't. He never mentioned the problems with it. How am I supposed to know that it has burns in it and is generally a piece of trash if you don't tell me.
Thanks for the offer myersport, but no thanks. I've decided to stop caring anymore...but from now on my buying policies have changed, as well as my selling policies.

Actually, now that I think about it... 'pred'meister... I might know who you are... what a failed sneak attack you offer.
you dissing me for a transaction that never saw a bit of print on Pennocks? Would you really like to bring that up? Really?... I'll be happy to go there with you.
But it won't be buried 9 pages deep on a ratings thread dedicated to PFF transactions... No... it will be a thread in GFC with full disclosure of the malady (not to mention my idiocy) of handing large sums of money over for promises that were never kept.
As a contributor to NIFE, I'd also submit it in my column with hopes that my experience might prevent similar situations from occurring to others in our Fiero community.
Balls in your court 'pred'... you want to play?

Add John Stricker to the good buyer's list, he hired me to transport a leathal weapon from KS to KY. I did it and didn't get hurt, caught or jailed. Seriously. Paid in advance, good guy.

We have a feedback system guys, this thread is useless for the obvious reason that it is getting turned into a "he said, she said" rant fest. this thread needs to go.

I agree wholeheartedly. Use the feedback system. It's there for a reason and you can only give feedback for transactions that happened here.
