Some of you may be wondering what happened to production. Here's the story in a nut shell. Two Saturdays ago I was informed by a friend that TFS was selling Dews so I log in and immediately find 3 PM's. One asking for me to beat their price, and two asking for money back on their purchases so they can buy TFS Dews. This irritated me. I had already shipped their items to them. So I figure fine I called my supplier and canceled my order that day. TFS had knocked my business right out from under me right when it was starting to get close to 30 sets a week in production capability. A week goes by and not one PM or email, lets just say that's way out of the norm since I'm used to 3-5 total A DAY about dew wipes. So I kick back and relax. Heck my wife didn't know what to do with me she hadn't seen me that much a day since early November. Making Dew Wipes literally takes my nights and weekends away from us. So I enjoy the time off. Now I find out that my dew wipes are still wanted so I get to start over on budgeting. As of right now I'm fulfilling an order to goto Europe for 15 sets. I'm waiting on supplies and when they get here I'll get them shipped out then on to the PFF sales. If something were to happen with the Europe transaction, I will then sell what I have here. So stay tuned, I will get them out as quickly as I can.
On a side note while I am waiting on materials to arrive, I will be making a HOW-TO Video on how to change out your dew wipes without the use of any special tools. Common Tool box tools is all that will be needed. They will also show how to speed up the action of power windows. I didn't take the time to clean my passenger door tracks when I installed mine so I will do that as well. These videos will be shipped out with dews on request and available for download as well. How's that for service. I would show how to use the Rodney Dickman tool BUT I haven't got a clue on what the trick is with it. Stay Tuned Stu

I added your name to the list last. But that doesn't matter. Give me 3 weeks. But start watching closely at 2 weeks. Watch the number for quantity. If it changes then PM me ASAP.

I am very pleased with the dew wipes I got from you. If you choose to continue to make these I would encourage anyone to buy these from you. They really are a nice product.
PS- Please post when you have that video ready for download!

Sorry guys been out of pocket as of lately. The list.... I'll add your name if you want but like I tell everyone now. The list won't reserve a set. It just shows interest. I say this because several people wanted on the list then never replied to the messages. So it's going to stay first come first serve.

Ok if that's what some of you would like to do then I will change my policy and allow 5 sets to be prepaid for. I will not accept any more than 5 sets worth of payments due to unforeseen circumstances that could possibly arise. (Illness, injury, death etc.) $500 is as large a chunk I or my wife would be capable to payback at once.

As a tip to others if you send someone an email through a hotmail, yahoo, msn or other free or major company account be sure to add them to your address book to tell the spam blocker that that person is OK. I have noticed over the years these spam blockers are doing more harm than good when it comes to first time communications.

Got my 2 sets yesterday!! Beautiful workmanship, and worth every penny!! If every vendor/seller/buyer worked like Stu, there would be no need for a good/bad list.

I cant say for sure, but I bought some smooth moldings from TFS for my 86gt. I was surprised at the quality ...... and not in a good way. The reflectors all popped off when trying to fit them , appears they are glued on in a couple spots. The moldings them selves did not fit a swell as I would have liked. So I put on all my old stuff :/ I am not knocking TFS , maybe my expectations are to high ? or just was unlucky.
Stu when I am ready to replace my dew wipes I will be buying from you , as long as your still doing it. I often times remind myself "you get what you pay for" .
Thanks Stu for spearheading these wipes !

Thanks for the Props guys. I try to please, but that takes time. I've got two sets already sold that I'm trying to get out during this week. I will be buying supplies soon for the next 15 sets. Just waiting on some payments to come in.

Stu - is it possible to get one side set, as in the inner and outer for the passenger side only? I got the driver side last year, just need both for the passenger side. Can pre-pay if necessary.

It was not a bunch of fun installing these, but I did both my cars, and they look great. The windows now operate a bit mor freely as well. Good products, I would buy them again, but would not like to do the job again! Unfortunately, I am certain this will be in my future somewhere down the road, I hope these are still available then. Keep up the goo work Stu.

As long as the materials are available I will keep making them. Some day the building and selling will be a lot quicker. As of right now I have to raise up funds to get the next 15 sets of materials ordered.
Yes I can sell just one side. I don't care to do it that way but I don't see any reason why not. Maybe I'll make 10 SETS then keep 5 sets uncut and unassembled so I can make up individual sides.
Mike Thank you for the support. I received a tip from a customer that he uses silicone Lubricant spray on EVERYTHING! Says it did wonders with his window operation. He sprayed blindly towards the tracks and got it everywhere but they work much better. I know I stated WD40 works, but I haven't done any long term testing on mine. I used WD40 in November then in June I did it again while trying to make the Install video. The second time I noticed great improvement so this may say the first time WORE OFF. So next time I have the door apart SILICONE SPRAY it will be.

Thanks. I do need just the passenger side (inner and outer). I know you said you don't want to many prepaids - could you put me on the "list"?

fkossegi You are in luck that I do have enough materials at this time to punch out your order. Only due to the fact that we had some mispunched tabs that made them only usable for the passenger side. I can make one more passenger side if anyone needs one as well. I can also make either side inner also if anyone needs only one also.
If anyone needs a full set of INNER WIPES I can make those AS ORDERED. They don't require me to buy the materials in Bulk.
fkossegi Your total will be $104 $50 outer dew $40 inner dew $14 USA shipping.

I'm kicking around the idea of offering a little incentive to 5 or less people that would like a SET of Dew Wipes. If anyone is interested. I'm looking at offering a gift in the package. I'm thinking Fiero key chains or something of the like. If I don't get any response to this then I have to say it may take even longer to get the next 15 sets made.

Well it's nearly 3 am and I just returned from the ER of the hospitol my wife works for. Because I managed to hit my razor that I use to cut the dews with the back of my hand. I won't post the pics of it sitting cut and open but I do have 3 nice new stitches in it. What a night. What a night. Never really hurt but being that I cut through all the layers of skin and was able to see where the tendon is directly under a white layer that covers it was.... well in the heat of the moment it nearly made me pass out. but at the ER it was cool to see. Never any real pain but I do have a high tolerance. I actually wanted to tell the ER nurse that he didn't give me the tetanus shot when he really did. never felt it. but the local I felt the burn but not the sticks. No no I'm not bragging, but it was kinda cool. Thank god for great insurance. Wife even came down from her floor to call me an idiot in front of the DR and to take her daughter up to show her to her coworkers.
