I have another NOS front fascia shield insert for a Fiero GT on hand that I am no longer planning to use as I am selling my '85 GT and keeping only my Formula. This is the stick on shield insert that mounts to the plastic backing plate on the front fascia. It looks nice placed elsewhere on the car if you like as well.
The Fiero Store sells "reproductions" for $25 plus shipping (with backing plate- they don't offer the shields separately). This is NOS.
