I will have the shipping and price for the harness by Wednesday at the latest.

edit: I just want to say again that the harness will be cheaper for you if you can make it yourself.

Verifying in for 1 set of the twin round set and possibly for the wiring harness...
Do you have the harnesses done or will you be supplying a reccomended wiring diagram?

And can you post a photo of the wiring harness?

Also has anyone verified that the hella 90mm round lamps come with the adjusters? Every site I find them at list the adjusters seperately like they are an option that need to be purchased seperately.

I will be offering a wiring harness for those that need it. Price for the harness will be known by Wednesday. I think it would be cheaper to make yourself if you have the possibility. I will make a schematic and post it here for everyone to see. Parts per bucket will be 4 wires 12" length, 2 H9 connectors (female) and 1 H4 connector (Male).

About the Hellas coming with the adjusters. Here in Germany they come automatically with the adjusters. You'll need to verify with the company you order them from on what is supplied.

This is a quote from the Susquehanna MotorSports web site where the 90 MM lights are shown:

"Each lamp includes an H9 bulb and adjuster screws. The H9 connector is NOT included and must be purchased separately. Mounting plates, stamped from Galvanized Steel, are available."

I'm looking to see if another place will be cheaper. The German post said it was so expensive because of the weight. The buckets are of steel not plastic.

So for the U.S. it would be $155 + 53 shipping making a total of $208 right?
Sounds good to me.

What method of payment are you going to accept?

That is correct. Customs fees you have to deal with yourself though.

I don't have my customer number yet but the normal price for a 3 kg box to the US is listed as 128.35€ so I doubt the customer price will be anywhere close to the 40€ from the German Post. We'll see though when I have the number.

What about the harnesses? Are they included in that price? Will they be ready to ship with the housings? Would it be OK if I just gave you my FedEx account # and you could just have FedEx bill me direct.
Also, any problem if we want to combine an order in one box with another buyer in the same area?

No the Harness is not included in that price.
If Fedex will do that then it's OK with me. You might be able to have them just pickup the package from here for you.
Shipping more than one set in a box is possible but then we go over the 5 kg weight limit and the price really goes up.

Now about the harness for the twin rounds. I spent all day today going to several companies that make automotive connectors. I think I have now found 2 companies that will sell me the needed connectors for the harness (1 x H4 male and 2 x H7 female). I should have their price quotes by the end of the week. Then I'll know for sure the exact price for me to make them.

I'll keep you posted.

I'll also make a schematic of the wiring so that if you want you can make the harness yourself.

Ah! OK
Just a wee bit surprised at first. No problem.

I think I might be brave and attempt the harness myself Timo. After looking at the parts it doesn't look like it can be all that difficult.
Here's a suggestion for those who may want to try doing their own:

Those H4 male connectors with the pig-tails would be perfect.

Have you found the H7/H9 connectors anywhere?
