I've given out a total of 10 ratings, all positive, all to folks I felt deserved them. I don't pay much attention to the ratings system at all, but I understand why it's in effect. I felt you deserve a plus.

You, IMHO, fit the latter catagory. Woah. I think I've only ever seen maybe one other person from Montana on this forum before since I've been on it. Crazy that you beat me to this. I'm from Billings too and am still a resident of Montana.

I live in CA now until October, but I'll be PCSing to Minot, North Dakota then. So if that counts, I guess I could be your North Dakota guy.
