I am willing to do that, but all payments would need to come in within a short period of time...

I am fine with building a list, but in order for the Group Buy to succeed, I would need to receive all payments within the 48 hours prior to the 21st. This would allow me to make the purchase on time.

If I extend the group buy out another week, then it may interfere with my other obligations that are starting at the very end of September, thus shipping would be delayed.

If people are more comfortable with making the commitment verbally, and then paying just prior to my order, then I am willing to do that.

ok, good deal...well, let's get a list together for those who will give a verbal commitment and pay immediately when 20 have commited/paid....also, i think it's only fair if you give a verbal commitment then your word should be good and that if you give a verbal commitment and do not make good on it, then you should be subject to a negative rating by all that are commited...just my thought

1.) zigaroo- Paid Commitment
2.) sourmug- Paid Commitment
3.) 1986 Fiero GT Paid Commitment
4.) labbe001 Verbal Commitment

sorry synthesis, i'm really not trying to take over your thread ...i digress

Update:

Another person has made the financial commitment outside of the forum...

So I now have 4 paid and one verbal.

Come on people. We need 15 more gone by next Monday in order to get the group buy. I'd like to see it happen.

Me too...I wish I would have called PTC about 8 months ago, but I hadn't considered this then. Oh well.

I have decided NOT to extend the group buy... It does not look promising, and things are going to get VERY busy for me here in the next two weeks...

Refunds for the lamps on their way. Harnesses are almost done..

Synthesis,
I have a big favour to ask you.
Have you got one of each of the Hella light modules not installed?
If so, please if you could send me any codes or markings I could check
against the local product in Australia, to see if they are the same surrounds?
They are 4 times the price in Australia, and that's at wholesale before tax.

Regards,
Rick
