Kento/Central Florida Fieros
IndyRestoGuy
Electrathon

Aus
Rodney
88GTFormula
85Lamb
The Fiero Store

I'm sure there's more to this list and I apologize to those I didn't list.

Just wanted to throw in a GOOD word for Zoom88.

I bought a throttle body for my Formula from him and he not only shipped it fast, but it arrived clean and ready to use - looking almost as if I'd bought a rebuilt one.
2 thumbs up.

Thanks to Gokart for the mention.

I've only had "not-so-great" experiences with 2 PFF members: Keith Sybliss (Master Tuner?) and Purple Reign. Everyone else I've dealt with so far has been great.

I'd also like to give big thanks to the following vendors:

Rodney Dickman
The Fiero Store
The Fiero Factory
Summit Racing
West Coast Fieros

Without them, my car would probably be a hunk of metal and plastic rotting away in a boneyard. And I'd like to specifically thank the Fiero Factory for helping my 4cyl-to-V6 swap become a reality.

Another thing I'd like to mention is that when I finish a transaction with a PFF member, I rate that person. Plus, I describe the transaction in the comment line. That way I don't have to rely on my questionable memory.

Oh look, someone named "Keith Francis" decided to send me a nasty-gram. I don't remember anyone named Keith Francis. Could this be Keith Sybliss, aka Master Tuner Akimodo? And why has he changed his name? Here are the words of love and friendship he sent to me:

quote
Keith Francis <magiccityenterprises@yahoo.com> to me

While browsing PFF I came across a comment that you did business with me and it was a bad experience can you remind me of this transaction?? because I cannot recall ever doing business with you .

It is rather odd that all of a sudden you come out of the weeds with this and like every one else you seem to like my name and attatch it to every thing bad .

Personally I don't give a **** what you or others say about me and you can kiss my ass so join the crowd, the problem with you retarded mother****ers is every black person is bad and PFF being a bunch of white boys trying control others and say **** especially if the person happens to be black .

You are like them just trying to look cool in their eyes so like I said go **** your self and if you wan't to take it further do what youy like and stop lying you piece of **** .

For someone who doesn't remember me, he makes alot of statements about my character. And this note (the little scraps of it that make it through the language filter) says something about his.

Well, I have a possible bad one. And I think alot of others are going to second my recommendation before it is all said and done as it was a fairly large group buy that a lot of PFFer's got in on on a customized exterior accessory, of which a LOT of us have not had our orders filled. I am not going to post his name here yet, gonna give it a couple more weeks, but this "group buy" has been going on for months and he not only has not filled the orders, it is rare to get answers also.

If your really curious on this do a search on my username. You will see me in on two group buys. One in the mall from a fellow in Germany (and while this is going slowly, he has always been up to date with updates and I have nothing but praise for him so far, he is doing his best to keep everyone up to speed and keep everyone happy, in my book, that is a good seller), and the second was posted in the general forum.

I just completed a transaction for wheels for the race car with MstangsBware and he went out of his way to get them shipped to me quick so I'd have them to go to a race. They were exactly as he described and a more than fair price.

Yep I'd say that is him. Uses profanity & insults just like that. Does that sound racist? Only nice thing he did not call you was a cry baby which is something else he likes to do...probably because his mother used to scold him when he peed in his pants you know the childhood thing that Freud did his stuff on etc.

Good Buyers!

TG orieF 8891... even though I'm a noob when it comes to paypal, he got it taken care of for purchase of a Fiero Toy.
Fierofreak00... I shipped prior to having payment and sent an extra gift... he then paid more than I asked, can't ask for more than that.

I too just bought some wheels from Stephen (MstangsBware) and that inconsiderate jerk had the audacity to drive an hour out of his way on a Saturday to deliver them to me.
I had to get out of bed and everything! He did not even install them!

Heck... I will just make a list too... All of mine went very well... keeps my faith in our community strong.

VENDORS:

Cliff Pennock -- bought PFF archives on CD. (funny story, a month later I got a charge on my CC that I had no idea what it was... CC could not give me any details on the transaction, went to dispute the charges, and saw the CD on the nightstand... bingo... that's where that 10 bucks went!)
The Fiero Store -- bought thousands from them, excellent customer svc, quick shipping, 10% discount to PFF
Rodney Dickman -- friendly, fast, innovative, comes to shows. Love the tire covers
Darrell Morse -- nice products + powder coating. Have a strut bar and T-stat housing
WCF -- have met Chris West & toured the shop. Nice guys, bought a front mount battery box... looks awesome.
Mr.Mikes -- best seats ever
Joe Torma -- stickers and calendars, dealt with him for several years

INDIVIDUALS:

Oreif -- doortabs, horncovers, group seatbelt pad purchases... A pillar in PFF
Paul V -- center console and other things... fast and fair
TM_Fiero -- bought a steering wheel from me... no problems
Soaper -- bought manifolds from me... no problems... except I did not know he was a Canuck... dang shipping charges
revin -- bought manifolds from him + EGR tube... he even put them on and let me stay the night!
fastfieros -- gave me a gallon of gas when I ran out at the track + phone support
JStricker -- gave me cleaning supplies in 3 shows (I am such a mooch) AND more importantly... BEER.
sluppy123 -- one of the nicest Fiero's I have ever seen, and have bought things such as CNC strut caps, to front hood strut kit
coinball -- bought an accel 300+ ignition I have still yet to hook up
JazzMan -- ALDL cable & software, plus numerous repairs
partfiero -- random goodies... haven't seen him in a while, and it's a shame, he was very fair
KlingonFiero -- sent me an ashtray spring for free... thing was driving me nuts
RAREW66 -- bought 20th Keychain, Keychain revieved
2m4Dale -- bought some ebay stuff, no troubles
pondski -- random goodies... haven't seen him in a while, and it's a shame, he was very fair (maybe got abducted by partfiero)

I will just add to this list as years pass. Thanks community. Thanks Cliff.

I would really like to know what you're talking about since I've never bought anything from you or as far as I know sold anything to you.

John Stricker

(Thanks to Blakeinspace for bringing this to my attention)

Update:

Brad and I have been discussing this via PM. I certainly give him all the credit in the world for being rational and factual.

The facts appear to be that we had discussed me bringing some body parts to the 20th show for him and I didn't bring them. He didn't talk to me there, but he said he did talk to Chris. I haven't talked to Chris about this yet, but will tonight because to be honest, I don't remember any of this. I wish I'd have seen this back when Brad first posted it, but I didn't and now so much time has passed that even Brad doesn't remember what it was I was supposed to bring. The only thing it could have been, as it was the only GT body part I had at that time, was the Aero nose from an '85 GT.

As I said, I don't remember any of this, and searching through my emails (over 50,000 of them) back to 2000 finds no email messages from Brad so we must have discussed it via PM, which neither of us has access to any longer.

Even though I don't recall any of this, I don't doubt Brad's word in the least. I'm old and the memory is the second thing to go (or so they say, I don't remember what the first thing is.............) All I can do now is offer him my most sincere apologies and if he needs any mechanical parts and I have them, they're his for the asking and I'll even help with the shipping. I honestly don't know what could have happened with this, I've given away a lot more parts than I've ever sold, including putting an aero nose and decklid on a coupe for a member in my shop at no charge, so the only reason I wouldn't have brought it was if I didn't think it would have gotten there safely. I do understand Brad's disappointment at the time and again, all I can do is offer my apologies and try to make it right at some future date. If you need anything, Brad, just let me know.

No Problemo, John. I figured it was a case of mistaken identity or somesuch.
There are few people I have met that value their word, honor, and integrity as much as you... glad to see that you and BtotheB have talked.

Brad, sorry to open a wound that was posted in '04 (you can tell I have never read this thread... I was just looking for dirt on people) ((I know, a sick fascination... but I never claimed to be a saint either))... it just seemed so atypical John, and with no response from him (I with 100% certainty know if he saw this back then, he would have made an offer of ammends)... I figured he had never seen it or knew someone had an old grudge to settle.
Anyway, if you've 'neg'd' him in the past, I assure you he is worth at least a 'nuetral' ... (not much else I'm afraid ), and maybe edit your page 1 post to show that the Godfather of Kansas owes you a favor.

Oh... and he ain't lyin' about those 50,000 emails either... ask him about the time he and Cadero2dmax.... (Ha, love ya 'dad!')

Ach, my wound! haha

Well seriously, I would've said something at the time but I was there to have a good time... plus I'm not all that confrontational. I did have you at a neg John, but there's no point holding grudges either.

Just another episode in "As the Fiero Forum Turns"...

I would be making a road trip, thats crappy. I've only been ripped off once on the forums by smoothwhtiese aka newfierokid for $125 and made a police report...9 months later still nothing has been done, but getting ripped off for $1300, WOW! Just remember not everyone on the forum is like that, I can't even count how many things i've sold and bought on the forum, just that one guy will screw you over.

and i even gave him an easy out by offering to ship the parts myself, at my cost just to help out. he still dropped the ball! all he had to do was drop it off or tell me when to pick it up and this would have been done.

anyway. i almost got ripped too, but not from anyone here. i googled the fools local newspapers. sent a letter to the editor and had it ran what a deadbeat, rip-off scam thie guy was. listed his name and address as well. soon after, i got my money back from him , he sent cash in an envelpoe to boot! just a thought.....

Just wanted to put in a good word for fastfieros (Loyde in Texas).

Fast responses, accurate descriptions, product better than advertised and more than fair prices.

A+++

Bought some polished parts from someone from forum, didnt spend much, but it's the point of not getting it...almost like stealing. Sent payment out a month ago and still have nothing. I sent PM's for like a week straight and then he says he mailed them to another address....none the less i have not heard back yet after i sent him my address again. Doesn't answer my PM's; yet before he told me he checks them everyday. I will wait another week to see if i get them before i mention his name.

OK, m0sh_man, I understand now. The car I just bought from Yons (Steve Yanda at Yons Racing) does not have the engine he said it did. He said it had a nice Summit crate engine in it, but I just found out that it has a generic crate engine made for trucks instead. He asked me not to call him again - https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum4/HTML/032871-2.html . There were quite a few other things wrong with his discription of the car, but this one is the biggest.

I have been visiting here for quite a while and want to thank everyone that posts advice, opinions, pics and build treads to help the new guys to Fieros. I have just recently started trading here and have had great service from members:

1. FieroFarm
2. FastFieros
3. OHNIKO
4. hnthomps

Special thanks to the vendors:

1. Rodney Dickman
2. Fiero Store
3. Fiero Warehouse
4. Kahines

I would also like to thank those that add links to other resources for information. It is greatly appreciated.

I have yet to have a negative contact on the forum. I will admit that I have watch this tread for negatives before I do business. Thanks to those that started this tread.

Just tryin' to restore an old Red 88GT with my son for him to drive someday. Why a Fiero? Cause he is going to want some little quick ricey lookin' thing and only GM products park in my drive.

I haven't been on here in a while... Personal and business issues... but I need to clear up a few things...

I'm guilty of being a renigger, mostly because I lost my Job and had to resort to pumping port-a-pots (not fun) for a couple months till I got back on track..

I can't remember everyone I was trying to buy things through when I lost my ability to get online... I already notified Puck of the situation..

REVIN ~ Kevin was a freind of mine, wish he still was... I screwed him over and I am deeply sorry for that. If he or someone else can send me his address, I'll send the $$ i owe him.. He brought me a clutch and helped me install it.. I failed to pay him.. I regret this greatly.. I would like his friendship back, if i can get this resolved.

On a positive note:
Out of the 43 Fieros I have owned.. I have sold 3 to PFFers and parted out 2.. and never had any complaints.. as far as I know anyways :P

Josh

on a side note: I have 3 Fieros left.. 2 parts cars and whats left of the Indy.. the indy is not for sale.. the other two parts cars or in semi bad shape but are free for the taking...

I'm looking for a semi decent V6 SE/GT or FB GT.. for under 2K and willing to make paymetnt arrangements
