Just a warning if you order from "Steeringrack.com"
A) If they are zero stock they will not tell you....they will just place your order and then you wait.........
B) Customer service is terrible!!!! Can rarely get a hold of them. You leave messages but they never call back.
C) Finally had to cancel my order thru email and yes, I got a reply the next day saying my order was cancelled.
Although my credit card was charged. I still have to work on this issue.....

It is morally wrong NOT to tell the customer up front that you are zero stock because it may effect your decision
as to whether you want to place an order in the first place!

The problem is BAD sellers know that. That is why they don't tell you . I ordered a Christmas present on Dec 19th from a company that their web site said "orders placed before 4:30pm will be mailed same day. I paid for 3 day shipping just to be sure I would get it on time. I received it Jan 20 and it was the wrong item (of course they sent it 3 day and charged me the $15 (like I paid for 3 day shipping to get it on Jan 20th). I tried calling right after Christmas (long distance) and waited on hold for 20 minutes with no answer (I don't think they ever would have answered) I emailed them to cancel and never received a reply. (this was not Fiero related).
Excuse me while I climb down off my soap box)

Just wanted to put in a good word for ELECTRATHON. (I should have done this eons ago!)
In the past I bought a powder-coated thermostat neck and most recently
powder-coated plenum, intermediate manifold and valve covers.
Quality of the paint was good and the price was good too!

There was one person I bought a console skeleton from several years ago. He claimed it got shipped and it never came.....I sent him several messages and got some responses saying it was shipped. Eventually he stopped messaging me back.

2 months ago I was doing some clean up in the garage and came across this box with the skeleton in it. I asked my wife and she doesn't recall ever accepting the shipment. I have a feeling the delivery driver just left it in the garage while we were away.....

I can't remember that person's name, but I'll take a - just for being a dumbdumb. Thank goodness I didn't go public with the complaint or I'd REALLY be eating crow now.

Any vendor that responds to negative feedback with condescending, insulting or rude remarks deserves a minus. Act professional and you'll get the business.

There's only one vendor I've dealt with that was 100%. ++ Rodney Dickman ++

Fierocarparts - Steve bought an Indy Pace Car from me for $500.00. He picked the car up from a location nearer to him than me and paid $150 promising to send the remaining to me. I have waited longer than a year for him to pay me. He knows he owes me the maney and I don't understand why he hasn't paid me. He has now sold teh car on for a fairly good profit and still has not paid me.
