thanks, I did manage to do some more work on the bumper on monday. sanding and shaping it still has a little way to go. I think I will need about 3 more solid days on it to get it done. with things being tight all over I have to do the jobs that pay first to keep the shop open so bare with me. I should be able to get it ready to send out soon.
I have also just started a new one as well that will be on the new show car and if I can get it done in time I may send it to have molds made before I install it on the car for paint but we will have to see how it plays out. I will keep you all posted. D.

I was able to work on the rockers today. they will not be far behind the bumper. I will keep you all posted as they get closer. I will try to get some good pictures of them this week and post them. D.

say, would it be possible to have solid rockers with no scoops?
I'm still up for the rear bumper once you have a few to sell.

I would not see what the benifit would be in having a blank set but I guess I could do it that way if I had enough people that wanted them. I have another idea for a second set that will be in the works for next year. just a little diferant style because not everyone likes the same thing.
my goal is to have about 10 -12 products to sell to help cover overhead at the shop so I can stay working on what I love. it only takes time and money and at this time both are tight.

As many of you know I have kept a few projects form all of you until I got them farther along and now I am ready to share another one with all of you. I will be starting a new thread for this part. I am about 3 weeks away from having a working buck of the 360 -430 style rear that will bolt on to your fiero. In the next few weeks I will get pictures up on the other thread. the 355 rear will be finished this week and the rockers will be ready in the next 2 weeks for molds. D.

I'm a good visualizer, but I can't quite put this one onto a fastback, and I'm not finding any fastback pics that are close enough to PS (these pics are very close-up, I can't find many others that are). Is there any way you can get it onto a fastback, or take pics of a fastback from the same angle as one of these pics? I'd like to get a decent PS together for all to see exactly what it's going to look like.
Overall, I think it looks good.

Well that's a big DUH on my part I guess, heh. I was thinking that they were shaped more differently. You made the ledge stick out a bit less on the new one, right? It also looks like the bottom doesn't curve under as much.
Anyway, I guess it is close enough to get a good idea, thanks.

Well there's not much to do while sitting here in pain, so I figured I'd digitally load up the bumper onto my Fiero (though the car isn't going to stay red). This PS also has Amida's Fi512TR front bumper (I put a deposit one of those) and a more aggressive 1/4 scoop. The rest is as it sits. I actually used pics of a real 512TR and F355 for this PS. With some design of matching of sideskirts I think these will look fantastic together.

It almost seems that everyone has lost interest in this bumper since you started the F430 bumper. Well, everyone except me. I'll take this one anyday over that one. Looking forward to completed and installed pics and price from Jimmy. Hopefully the price won't be over the top.
Thanks again for the work, whodeanie. It's nice to have more options.

Originally posted by GADJet: Dean, what are the rockers and side scoops on this car called? Are they one off or can a man buy some of these? Thanks.
The side scoops are the GT Style #1 scoops from www.fierofiberglass.com The tapered ground effects are also from us. The lower rockers are a work in progress and will also be available thru Fiero Fiberglass in the future.
We have received this bumper and are preparing to pull the molds. We are shooting for having parts ready to sell at the 1st of the year. The price will be $450.00 + $80.00 shipping to the USA. Shipping outside the USA will be by quote only.
Installation of this bumper does require some rear end modifications. The Egg Crate and steel support need to be removed. Purchase of this rear bumper relieves Fiero Fiberglass of any liability if you happen to get involed in a rear end collision.

I just found this thread, and would be highly interested in being in line for one. If the price isn't too much that is. Love your work its absolutely amazing.

Do you think the GT Style #1 will look ok on a Notchie coupe? This and the rockers and a nice set of wheels will make my car look nice. Just tossing around ideas. Thanks.

My suggestion if you want to install the GT Style #1 Side Scoops onto a notchie coupe is to get a set of stock door and fender ground effects and also a GT Front Bumper.
