I may have some installation questions.

I have an 88GT with the bass speaker under the dash.

Where have people been locating the controller box?

I'm not sure about the wiring either, but will have to search thru the thread that you referenced at the beginning of this thread.

I was able to place the box up above the sub-woofer - reach up after removing the sub-woofer, up by and to the right of the dash speaker, kind of above the glove box area. I used some self adhesive 1/8 high density foam padding attached to the module on three sides and a small piece of high density foam to wedge it into the available space. Didn't see a need to physically attached it, though you could velcro it into position instead. Once you locate the area up above the sub, test fit the module without the wiring harness(es) and make sure the sub fits back up in position. Set up your wiring once you get the mounting position to your liking.

I remove the sub and slid it above the lock unlock relay it sits on it like a shelf and then wire and reinstall the sub. No one would ever know it was there.

Each kit comes with 2 remotes

I have 1 kit with pontiac remotes left at $60 each
and 3 kits for non pontiac remotes they have like buick, the oldsmobile symble, or the chevy bow tie on them for $45 each kit.
