My LOCK function doesn't work, only trunk pop, interior lights and UNLOCK. I tested for a signal on all wires when pushing the LOCK button on the remote, but I get nothing, except for the light (white wire), although I can hear the relay click in the module. I even replaced all batteries in the remotes and cleaned all the connectors. I obviously have a faulty module and have asked for a replacement.

To install the module do you need to remove the dash?
If you don't have the factory subwoofer under the passenger's side, there is enough space up there to mount it and hide all the cables. I have a clean install "without" having to remove the dash.
Cause I believe I'll have to have the dash out anyways because I'm swapping to full optioned doors and have to run all the wiring for them before I can wire in this module. Might be easier to just hook it all up while it's off.

Ah, the plot thickens
In that case, yes, with the dash removed, running the wires to the trunk release switch and to the fuse box will be much easier.
LMK how it turns out.

Got mine a couple of days ago works as it should. Thanks.
Just sharing schematic i used on my 84 fiero, for those who want to use the original set-up of the module which used first press of the remote to open driver's door and the second press the passenger one.
the 3 wire connector:
Pink - switched 12V from fuse block (10 amp fuse was used on the cars the module came from)
I used the pink/black wire at trunk release switch on my 84 instead of running it to the fuse box to save time it uses the correct 10 amp fuse (gauges fuse on fuse block)
Black - black wire at trunk release switch on 84
Black/White - leave disconnected, ground to program remote
8 wire connector:
White - connect to the white wire going to the courtesy light or door switch. Black - ground screw for power lock relay. Orange - orange/black wire at power lock relay use 15 amp fuse.
Cut Tan and Gray wires at the door lock relay leave some wire on the connector to work with.
Red/Black - connect to Gray wire going to door lock relay. Orange/Black - connect to Tan wire going to door lock relay. Gray - connect to 2 Gray wires going to door lock motors. Tan - connect to Tan wire going to door lock motor. (do not solder yet) Tan - connect to Tan wire going to door lock motor. (do not solder yet)
Now program the key fobs by grounding the black/white wire the doors should lock unlock once then press any button on the remote doors should lock unlock once press any button on second remote the doors should lock unlock once unground Black/White wire lock doors then try to unlock them with the remote and check which door opens first, if its driver's door you're done, if passenger door opens first switch between Tan wires solder and you're done.
