This is the very first time here on the forum I regret not having enough money to buy a car. Been hoping to find a Formula, unfortunately outta my financial range. Looks awesome and seems to be awesome too from what I read. Good luck and free bump \D

I am leaving for the airport now, hope the good weather continues through next week! I can't believe no one has snapped up your car yet, seems like a heck of a deal.

Money's tight, times are hard, ..................
It is a great deal on a great car. If I sell it, fine, if not, that's fine as well.
I have untold and near countless hours into this car, I know it inside and out. The value of the parts alone exceeds the asking price, my time investment is free.
Weather should be great this coming week, enjoy your travels.

I went to a car show in Sarasota this evening, wish I had the Formula with me, I think it would have done well. One of the most interesting cars there was a 1.1 liter Opel GT - 54 MPG! Most of them, were the 1900 cc drivetrain, first I had seen with the 1.1. There was also a nice Sunbeam Tiger.

I really liked the Opal GT - Seen a few SBC V8 conversions back in the day Joe if I had the money, I'd love to buy your car, it is clean and beautiful

AL87 - Yeah, I remember, it was the VATS bypass circuit that would act up maybe 3 times in 6 months, not an issue........... KwikSix - yes, the car is still for sale, with the weather starting to get better, I may have to take it for a drive.

Yes, I would have loved to see it there, but I enjoyed our nuts & bolts conversation at the hotel / pool side tremendously. Was nice meeting you Joe. \D

It was nice putting faces to the names on the Forum, and conversing in person rather than by keyboard. I had a great time talking with the two of you (and everyone else as well), but we didn't do a lot of the Fiero group activities as we were pretty intent on seeing the show and attending the cruise-in out on the island in the evening (which, by the way, was way awesome!). Not enough time to do everything!
