As soon as you get your "off the car" pictures, videos, and dyno results up, I'm definitely buying a set. When you buy the headers do they come with the mentioned muffler, or will you be offering that separately?

Bump for pics of entire exhaust outside the car with audio when ready. Winter is coming here and I will need to get my exhaust done before the car gets put away for the season..

I will THIRD that. My money is looking for a new home! Need to simply have a complete exhaust fabricated, photographed (outside the car) and play some audio to show what it sounds like in the car.
I barely have enough time to get the work done that we already have. I don't have 6 man hours to give up to pull the whole thing out for pictures. Like I said, after we go to the dyno we will have video.
Look at it this way, if we don't have 6 measly hours to pull and put back a motor, we really don't have time to build a set of headers, media blast and coat them.
When we are all caught up with our two very large projects and multiple part orders, we will start taking orders. This isn't just you guys, we have customers willing to buy them right now as is. But, we are not taking orders for these yet. It'll be a couple weeks before we could even start the next set
Hopefully, we don't miss out on opportunities. We are working as quickly as we can to get all caught up
Dennis, PM if you want to complain about a MALL thread. WCF has issue because their primaries are too small. As long as the curves are smooth and at the correct radius, the only thing that matters is volume
I am not complaining. Just trying to offer constructive criticism. Actually I recommend and praise many of your products to other forum members. I am considering using some of them myself. As for your 3800 headers perhaps we shoukld reference ZZ Performance who are the experts on this engine platform. Zoomer himself holds the world record for the fastest 3800 1/4 mile time in the 8's. According to Zoomer: a boosted 3800 engine needs 1 /3/4" primary pipes to be effective. Equal length here also buys you little when you have to have a "donut" bend at the rear. Routing around the engine adds several sharp bends to the exhaust All bends add some restriction.. If you take this as a put down of your products it is not. I am just making an observation and sharing concerms about your 3800 headers from a technical point of view. If you wish to respond, address my concerns and have a discussion on this like a civilized person, I am always happy to listen and share ideas. Please feel free to tell me where my info is wrong.

The theory behind your argument is sound but it is very basic. Flow is always relative to length. At the length any header primary would be, the amount of bends and the affect on velocity is nearly negligible. You could loop it in 5 spirals and the flow would only be affected 3-4% at the maximum
A quick google search will tell you the exact same thing. Heck, start a thread and see what the other experts on here have to say. This is all said from experience. We have bench tested many headers over the last 30 years.
