of course he would say he was going to refund all the money now that he has been caught. using pictures form other people and passing it off as his stuff that he wanted to sell. im not the out for blood type but it boils me when people try to take advantage of good people

Also, I think we need mall posting rules. Many forums require a minimum amount of posts and some req a mod to approve the sale (including a pic of the parts with your username attached to it).

BV you are correct other sites require minimums. Forgive me folks as I almost bought a Ford Probe instead.............. but on their site it takes a minimum number of posts (I'm thinking 25) before can post for sale or WTB.

@ Grantman and BV, although a minimum posting limit may prevent some fraud, someone determined to rip people off will post BS in other threads to get the quota. This guy did his homework and knew what parts to claim he had; and we wanted! Unfortunately, its the world we live in. I can speak for myself in the fact I have bought some great parts, at great prices, from great people here on this forum. Because of that, we have become complacent and trusting. Someone looking from the outside sees that and capitalizes on it. @ rebornGT, If you want to share your Pm's like I did... just cut and paste into a reply to this thread.
All reborngt was having trouble copying and pasting his PM's from his tablet and forwarded them to me to share with everyone.

Everyone call paypal they can freeze the account im on the phone with paypal now and they are requesting anyone who payed him call them and report it. if enough people do then they will close the account and refund people. from what i was told the account is frozen and all charges are pending refunds you just have to call the fraud department.

Im starting to think a lot are gun shy from previous bad sellers.. I got a good deal from Lazertazer and he shipped just as he said... I think this is probably a different person, I know Lazertazer was not from CA..

i stepped up in the Flush Mount thread and asked LazerTazer if he was from GrandRapids, MI like his profile location stated, but if you check today it states he is out of Washington....so something is a foot , and it smells bad.

only refunds i made was ones when the parts were sold so idc what you have to say thank you very much and the reason the plac where im locted at is because of my job i travel and stay in certain places for some extended periods of time i was in michigan for a month an now have went bak to washington thank you very much

What a small world. I had to have paypal retrieve money from Amber. I paid $25 and never got the Fiero part I ordered. Paypal recovered it for me. Not sure who was using her account, I think she ended up having it come out of her account even though someone else scammed me. not sure why people allow others to use their paypal accounts. make them set up their own. It's not that difficult, well at least for honest folks its not.
