hey coady im trying my best here trying to return the money like i have i understand where your coming from i understand can we come to some agreement to stop this argument im returning as much as at once as i can

I am not engaging with you to make your life a living hell (unless ofcourse you are behind it all) but at this point i am trying to take you at your word that you are attempting to fix your cousins mess.
my problem is that you are wanting it all to go away with no reprise to the guilty party and that is not going to happen. i have the luxury of having computer access while at work so i will keep up on this issue until i see that justice has come to those who were defrauded and more important for the good name of this site that a very good man has worked so hard to keep. i will not now or ever let you , your cousin or anyone else if i can help it bring down this place that i now call home!!!! and if you feel that i am pressuring you because of the moral backbone i have then bring your cousin forward to that his medicine

Alright I know he has parts Idk why he has sent them out but there's no reason to send.them.out after everyone's been refunded never tried causing problems but thank you everyone else will be refunded tomorrow as of that I know there is only 1 person that hasn't been refunded thank you after everyone's been refunded

Scott.....as i mentioned earlier you need some of these refunds to chime in before anything will be settled.
so far all we have here is talk from you....as soon as some of the "refunds" step into the picture and back your story we can all move forward.

I am out of this since i got no skin in the game i will let the dog lay. but some of these dogs here, are akin to wolves and the pack will strike if this is not resolved post haste. i have seen it with my 2 eyes.....they are quite rabid when provoked

just got off the phone with my friend in the ottawa computer fraud department. he has asked me to forward this entire link to him.... i told him i would in 24 hrs if the situation was not completely taken care off

Recieved email from PayPal, monies have been refunded and will be credited to my account in 2-3 business days.

I promise you coady it will be taken care of I've told everyone that has been refunded to post that they got there money and the last guy will be refunded tomorrow for sure not trying to make the matter worse the last guy that's needs a refund is reborngt and I've talked to.him about it thank you

Josh has a couple fieros and parts the panel jb1 got that I sold him was bought from josh a couple years ago what is 88fierodukes name I believe I returned everyone's money besides reborngt

if your cousin really wants to make good and show he is not a fraud and possibility keep the authorities out of it he might want to consider sending all of us who he tried to dupe the parts we wanted and then we would be more than happy to pay him once we have the items.
i personally think and i'm sure my fellow brothers and sisters would agree that it would go a long way to clearing both your and his names.

and just for the record i hope this ends with a good resolution but i am compiling a list of names and emails to hand over to my friend in 24 hrs as i said earlier

I agree but you will have to talk to him about that he's always bust so Idk why he would try selling stuff but as you said it will be taken care of in 24hr so there's no need to involve the authorities not trying to get untroubled since I refunded the money I have no more fiero parts sold my car and the last bit of parts I can give you a number to a guy that runs a junk yard and has 4 or 5 fiero gt in his yard

You had promised Scooped rockers, flush mount lights and vette panels.
I doubt he has those in his yard.

I know he has a set of side skirts for sure Idk about anything else tho he got them from.an impound lot

There was cases open on PayPal but I just closes them by taking fault and returning the money

Just a reminder for everyone involved in this mess to let me know asap how it is going in getting your funds back.
i have been in communication with the individuals and if i am forced to send my emails with the authorities i will also release them to the forum incase anyone wishes to follow up on their end. i did tell the guy that i will back down if he can prove to me that everyone involved was given back their money.

Am I counting correctly that only 1 person so far has indicated on this forum that they got their refund? I suspect since these were being listed in the mall on here everyone who bought is a member and have been reading this thread. I'm hoping everyone who wanted their money back got it. Would settle this down quickly if those folks would chime in that money was returned as Lazer said. Of course it's totally up to them.
