I got mine this week, and just hooked it up. Works great! As others have said, most of your wires are up behind the subwoofer. I just needed to run one form the fuse block, and one from the truck release switch.

Since you've done this before, do you have any additional information on how to hook this up? You mentioned that all the wires were behind the subwoofer. Any other wisdom you could impart? The seller sent some wiring information, but no real instructions on how to install this.
pull down the relay wire the box up to the silver box that is used for the lock system. make sure you reattach the relay on the passanger foot well wall it is ground that way and then ground the black wire to program the remotes and then you are gtg. pretty straight foward.

Ah, I didnt know that the remotes were not already matched/programmed. Is there a sequence to programming the remotes?
ground the black white wire and you will hear the locks cycle hit one button on each remote you will hear the locks cycle when you press the remote keys then release the black white wire from ground and then it should work with both remotes.

I did figure that out, and the unlock functionality works fine on both fobs, but the lock will not work. The interior lights come on when I click lock, but it wont actually lock. Any ideas? Does this sound like a faulty receiver?
You dont have to do anything with the ignition key to program the locking, do you?

no this is a kit with all the correct parts. i have have been doing this for a couple of years and as i have probably said in the past that this is the last time i am doing it. well this will be the last time all of my remote suppliers have dried up. i have enough remotes for 9 sets but i currently have 4 sets complete with the last components. So when i get the last components for the last 5 sets of remotes i am done i have other projects i will be per suing.
Pink - switched 12V from fuse block (10 amp fuse was used on the cars the module came from)
I used the pink/black wire at trunk release switch on my 84 instead of running it to the fuse box to save time it uses the correct 10 amp fuse (gauges fuse on fuse block)
Black - black wire at trunk release switch on 84
Black/White - leave disconnected, ground to program remote
8 wire connector:
White - connect to the white wire going to the courtesy light or door switch. Black - ground screw for power lock relay. Orange - orange/black wire at power lock relay use 15 amp fuse.
Cut Tan and Gray wires at the door lock relay leave some wire on the connector to work with.
Red/Black - connect to Gray wire going to door lock relay. Orange/Black - connect to Tan wire going to door lock relay. Gray - connect to 2 Gray wires going to door lock motors. Tan - connect to Tan wire going to door lock motor. (do not solder yet) Tan - connect to Tan wire going to door lock motor. (do not solder yet)
Now program the key fobs by grounding the black/white wire the doors should lock unlock once then press any button on the remote doors should lock unlock once press any button on second remote the doors should lock unlock once unground Black/White wire lock doors then try to unlock them with the remote and check which door opens first, if its driver's door you're done, if passenger door opens first switch between Tan wires solder and you're done.
Hey people i bought a set of these and this seller is first rate ... package arrives quickly and well bundled ... product is great and it is part of my winter makeover im planning on doing ....
bump for a good seller and a nice guy. I installed two sets in my cars a couple years ago and they are awesome to have, one of if not the best bang for the buck updates you can do.
