now suddenly everyone comes out of the woodwork and sides with him, weird as everyone I asked seemed to think since it wasn't mentioned in any way that it wouldn't be included
What kit number did you google? because i only listed the kit numbers that were included
That box could have been from any kit, that is what i don't understand
you guys all just ASSUME i would include a $65 kit without bothering to mention a kit number? come on

the guy filed a case against me day one on eBay
I don't even get it
he is getting his money back and is doing his damnedest to screw me

thanks for your opinion though
I doubt i will ever come back here again after this bullshit
The rest of my parts will most likely just go to the scrap yard rather than trying to help people out for next to nothing because now instead of getting rid of parts and just covering eBay fees, i am loosing money trying to give people parts.

seriously guys, why would I lie over a $.99 AUCTION?
use a little common sense here
If i had a $65 kit in the lot, why would i not list that part number as well or have a picture of what parts were included?

Im not the one who told him to outbid the other guy
which by the way, if he sold it to the other guy, he could save time and money with this case
I even put them in contact but he insists that i take the parts back costing both him and me money

He is still insisting i ripped him off when he paid $18 plus shipping for well over $40 in parts
I just don't get it, its not like i listed it for a ton, i listed it for $.99 to GET RID OF SOME PARTS laying around
this is completely redicilous
the parts were in that box in my garage
open packaging is what the larger kit was, you know, the rear control arm bushings that were VISIBLY OPEN in the picture

I filed a case after I got the parts. It's what you have to do on ebay.
It's obvious you don't get it. You've never offered any kind of compromise.
Again; HOW am I trying to screw YOU???

HOW have you tried to put me in contact??? No PMs or emails. I guess you still think I'm psychic.

I paid $30+ total. Would be fine if I had gotten what I thought was in the auction, or if I even had a use for the parts for their original application. As it is, I can replace what I need for $18 at Advance.
The control arm bushings are NOT a "big kit", & it wasn't so obvious that the control arm bushings were open in the photo - but the box KIT was.
But the worst part is your attitude.
BTW, I notice you didn't leave me positive feedback even after I paid INSTANTLY. I guess you're one of those sellers that only leave feedback after you've received pos. feedback, so that you can RETALIATE if you don't get it.

you cant leave retaliatory feedback on eBay
Your attitude at every comment i make is the issue here
I didn't sell you parts for engine mounts regardless of what you thought

if you thought you were getting $18 worth of engine mounts why didn't you just buy them at advance? that still make no sense at all
rather than hacking what someone else could most definitely use these for their intended purpose and have saved money

Im done discussing this, Im not coming back to this forum again

*update*
the case he filed was escalated to eBay for them to make a decision, They sided with me that he received everything i listed.

I thought I was getting SEVERAL control arm bushings which I can make several motor mounts from. As it is, I can only make 2 which a dogbone package that costs $18 will make.
Sorry you feel that way about a mistake that you made. There are lots of good folks here.

Left me negative feedback saying "Plays games endlessly". REALLY? Trying to work out a compromise is playing games??? Funny it's the only negative feedback I've ever gotten.

HE escalated the case to ebay, & they never gave me a chance to respond....

I only responded to you via messages. I never got the chance to respond directly to ebay on my behalf.
BTW everyone: ebay REMOVED my negative feedback!!! I guess you're laughing your ass off antinull for being able to get away with this BS on ebay. That's OK. I really don't give a **** about you or your parts (or ebay) anymore.
Another lesson learned. From now on if folks can't list their parts here in the mall like honest folks, I'm not going to ebay to buy them.
