The mounting
.
As you can see, not much of the Fiero front bumber is removed vs. the C6 flipper. Only (3) mounting points where needed: along the side, front, the rear-----which was upper portion of the metal compartment.
I borrowed one of the seats from the Redux and drove out to Huntington Beach for comparisons. The Cobra seat felt great and I liked the style but, after thinking about it for several weeks,....I think I'll pass. If the Redux isn't chop'd I think I'd buy them but IMO I don't think I'll have any room for comfort in a choptop using them.
Hey Madcurl, the "eyelids" that cover the celica lamp, can you get them in red carbon fiber? I've seen the red ones in the pics on pg. 10, and I am pretty sure I've seen Carbon Fiber ones too......
edit to add pic and a question...
PIC, and what are these eyelids called, anyone know?

The top of that seat would be poking through the roof of a chop top.
IMHO the Fiero Seat is already one of the most comfortable seats ever made. I wish it the seat tracks could have the rocking feature like on the f-body, but other than that, the seats are fine.

They also are made in Carbon fiber for the year Celica headlamps, but are stick-ons. Any idiot can come along and peel off yo stuff and restick them onto his car. As for the name...I forgot. They maybe called, "eyelids?"

Thanks Tony for bumping the thread. Funny how someone else too likes the G35 taillamps, but I think they'll look better on a Fiero vs. a lambo replica.
Desired Goal; Celica headlamps and G35 tail lamps.
To this day it still boggles my mind that no vendor took Curly up on his bid several years ago to have these hood and decklid vents molded, and reproduced for sale.
Simply one of the baddest mods out there !

No love for the Redux. I stopped by to see the they ole' chap. I pulled back the car cover and he looked sad with one eye. Oh well, the Redux will have to wait.
