Not much info regarding the suicide doors--since only 3-Fiero have been modifed by V8Archie, but there are a few pics of the clearances using the MadArch kit.

I looked up decah.net but they no longer seem to be operating.

I found these guys: http://www.thehoffmangroup....lstyle&product=lambo

Is there someone who makes the bracket for the bolt-on kit or would you recommend the weld-on kit?

Are there other companies out there that you would recommend?

Thanks,
John

Oh yeah, trust me. Those nuts are a thorn in Troy and mine side. I'm thinknig about using some type of decorative flush mounted nut (maybe satin ) would solve that issue if some of the threads are removed, but I'll follow Troyboy lead if he finds a better mouse trap. Whodeannie's way of resolving this issue is way better than ours. That said, in cases were something is started another person can perfect an idea by tweaking it.

Oneslowfiero,

Those vents are custom curly vents, done by madcurl.

He built sets for 3 of 4 of his fieros, so they are not available on the open market. I have loooooong campaigned for any one of the fiero vendors to work out a deal with curly to reproduce them, but so far no one seems interested.

Those are my favorite vents of all time, but i think curly has made them his own, and to duplicate them witout tweeking them, just does not seem right. As you can see below Curly actually improved the design you posted above on his later fieros by making the scoops wider. Looks much better.

Damn I was afraid of them not being available haha. Oh well... Body modifications come after my engine swap so I have plenty of time to think of something else. But I WILL be making a picture of his car my desktop background because they are by far my favorite vents out of all the ones I've ever seen on Fieros. I have an extra hood and decklid so maybe I'll do a little experimentation haha

I'm a bit confused regarding all the different kinds of VDC's out there now. Can someone please pair one picture of a VDC on a Fiero along with the vendor and the information if it has to be modified or is bolt-on. Thanks!

I had my V.D.I. hinges (customized by V8 Archie) installed last week. As soon as I finish re-upholstering the seats, I'll put on my 17" Centerline's and then look for some more money to spend.
