Low profile tires are like dating a hollywood starlite. Enjoy the ride will you can, hehe. Seriously, I've been rolling on theses tires up and down, and across the greater part of the USA since 2004. My other tires are no different at 275/30/20. Just for giggles. I was riding shotgun with Chuck in his widebody. Chuck is rolling 315 in the rears. I asked Chuck about his feeling regarding those thin lizzy tires. The dude was smiling ear-to-ear and didn't care. The sticky grip and handling outweighed any negetive feelings he had.

Thanks, it's a place called KAL TIRE - it's just a service station in Calgary. I had to kill an hour waiting for them to check an air leak on my Fiero's winter set, so i played with their custom wheels software

Anybody got some chrome 5-spokes pics?
I like the HP Design Split 5's. I wish they had chrome.

Aww hell - I'll jump in a mega-old thread. Pick them up used - someone else did all the work, so I take none of the credit: 1988 Formula, Eibach lowering springs, KYB suspension, poly everywhere Team Dyamics 90 Motorsport wheels, custom widened in the rear by about 2" Fronts - 225/40ZR17 Rears - 295/35ZR18 It flushes out the rear quite nicely! And as Madcurl said - you feel *every* bump in the road. Reflectors feel like the Grand Canyon when you hit them, but the "wow factor" far outweighs it all.

I thought these were nice when I got them. Now I'm not so sure, but I have to live with them. Sorry, I don't have a better picture. ------------------ 85 SE 2M6 "Fiero Addiction" soon to be SC3800 Series II 5 or 6-Speed [This message has been edited by Fiero38SC (edited 03-24-2009).]

Fierotaz. Do you have a build thread? Your car looks like a production quality exotic! (insert dool smiley here!) I hope to eventually (as money allows of course) make my notchie a widebody. I can only hope it looks half as good.

I picked up a pair of used Centerline Storm with BFG Drag radials 225/45/17 for the rear and just mounted new BFG KDW 205/40/17/XL's on the front, I still need to change out front springs/poly.

I had these wheels on my '87 black SE. They looked really good and I got lots of compliments. That car was totaled and I sold the practically new wheels and tires. Depending on what my next Fiero is running on, I may buy them again. They are still available from VSR. #13 on their website. No price information available there. Sorry, but I cant post a pic here. I'm too old to get it. http://www.flickr.com/photo...1162@N00/3857109999/------------------ Boostdreamer 1987 SE wrecked parts car 1985 SE parts car 23K miles
