i am out of town but i will be back in town on tuesday, my girl told me that she thinks that the bracket came but she is not sure cause there was a problem with the address or something and it was being returned to the sender but she went and picked it up. once i get back in town and verify that it is the bracket and not another part i will send the paypal payment. thanks!
WOW.....................never heard that one before
What would be the easiest brackets to get that will work with a 94 beretta getrag? When I got the transmission it did not have the brackets with it and these manual 5 speeds are a pain to find. Thanks Steve

I'm thinkin that will need a little research. If the brackets are the same as the Fiero Getrag at the mounting points, then I would get the trans bracket from Rodney. Then you can use the poly mounts I have
Shawn, I still havent got my alt bracket yet. Do you think i could get it out soon because im waiting on it still before we go any farther with the swap. Let me know, please. Daniel

I pulled one of the brackets off the Fiero 4 spd Muncie and it used the same bolt pattern but the spacing front to back is wider on the Beretta Getrag.

Sounds like a little modifying and it will work ?? or would Rodney's work better ??

Well the mounts were originated to fit 88 to 2003 440T4, 4T60, 4T60e, 4T60e HD, 4T65e, & 4T65e HD, transmission with the the 4 stud bosses on the rear. We have only run into an extremely small amount of transmissions with different boss patterns. Your only solution is to modify the mount or find a trans with the 4 boss pattern.
Unless by some miracle I can get one of those trannies and make a mount for it.

I don't understand...............does that mean it is still in customs ??? or was it delivered to an address ?? Either way you should be able to track it to its destination.

Sorry bout that....................Canada can be a real PAIN to ship to sometimes.
Shawn, I still havent recieved my low mount alt bracket yet. You said it shipped out a couple of weeks ago but i still dont have it yet. I really need that bracket to finish my swap. Let me know please. Thanks Daniel
Sorry for that last delay.................it was ready to ship, then I got majorly sick that week ( on top of my allergy problem ) I still went to test fit it that week and found out it wont fit so I made another one. I try to go to the welder as few times as possible.
But your new one is actually done and in the box, leaving in the morning For what it's worth, this is the best fitting, best looking, and strongest one yet.
Once again sorry for the delay, I try to get these made in a large run at once.
Edit..................tracking # as follows.............0307 0020 0001 1938 0233 via USPS
Damn Columbus day..............couldnt ship on Mon.

Hey Shawn, I'm trying to make a 94 S1 S/C 3800 fit into my 88 gt with a 5 speed getrag. Can you offer any help? Also would you be able to fab up a lower alternator bracket for this odd combo?

Well the mount kit will certainly work. Seeing as how there are 2 cars locally with a series 1 installed with these. The alt bracket on the other hand is yet to be determined. Were trying to make something that will work for the series 1. There are only 2 cars I have heard of with the Alt mounted down low where the P.S. was. One of them is Jerry Goodwin's White Night, and I've been trying to get some pics or ideas on how to make it.

hey purple can you post a picture of the alternator bracket that you make installed in a fiero with the dog bone in, because i just put my engine in and everything lines up except for the dog bone bracket.............................................

Because every car is different, and not everyone is going to line-up the same when swapped, you'll need to alter or custom make a dogbone. You can kind of see the dogbone in this old pic.....
Not pushing the other guys mounts but this is how they mount the late 04-07 4T65eHD on the passenger side. Two bolts and a sizable steel pin insert.

Shaun really needs to start producing this mount for the later 65E transmissions. I have ordered them from WCF and they are nice but pretty expensive.

I'm working on it.
Now that this current swap is done I'll have more time..................I'm also looking for one of those transmissions as a test piece.
