It was the oil filter of all things. I tightened it a couple of days ago with no change. When I removed it, the seal looked fine. A new filter doesn't leak, however. The leaking filter was a Mobil1 filter. The replacement was my preferred Pure One brand.

Ripped out the non-working stock stereo, re-did all the in-dash stereo wiring (someone had butchered it pretty good) installed the single DIN adapter so when the wiring harness for my stereo gets here i can just pop it right in.
I have the Humount faceplate in my 88 GT and I never took apart the skeleton. There is a rear radio mount for the original radio that has to be removed, but that was done fairly easy.
Got firmly fed up with my driver side exterior door handle tried several times to put the self-cutting nuts back on the studs only to have them pop right back off when the door handle was operated. Stuck some trim mounting tape on there and just have to remember to pull the door with my free hand and not by the handle.
yeah my wife calls mine the redheaded bi@#$. installed a new slave cylinder on the clutch. now I dont have to shut it off to get it into gear... wooooohoooooo..
Finally got my stereo install after no tunes for the whole week. Burned of disc full of the music i listened to back in 86 to listen to music from the cars era
Oil pan gasket replacment in a 2.5 Indy....man was it a PITA! Chasing down a problem with it stuttering under load but needed to start with the oil leak problem. We did the TBI gasket as well as a starting point for the chase. The EGR ports under the TBI unit had very little carbon buildup so that rules that one out. Gasket looked great but we replaced it anyway since we had a new one.

Started sanding the front fascia of my '87 Coupe. I bought the car on January 1, 2011 and thought my Quad 4 swap would be done by now. Instead, I'm just getting ready to start, and am taking care of miscellaneous other tasks while gathering parts.
replace messed up turn signal light--had difficulty with the socket but eventually got it in (didnt want to go in) tighten IAC but still getting 35 error code--ordered new one from Rock Auto
Finally found what the freaking problem was with my indy...bad wire and or plug arcing across the heatshield on #2 cyl. New Delco plugs and wires. Of course, this is after 5 days of swapping all sorts of parts like distributors and throtttle bodies trying to track down the power loss problem. Sheesh. We also did an oil pan gasket change out as I had some oil leaking from the passenger side of the pan.
