Not a darn thing. It's been raining here practically everyday since I can't remember for how long.
Just this morning I saw two dogs, two cats, two deer, two rabbits, two fox, two squirrels, two robins, two raccoons, two ........................... crossing the road

well i went out to order new balljoints and pick up the rest of my stuff i needed to replacethe brake system and pull my suspension apart to replace the bushings and clean/paint stuff and putin new tank straps and bolts...unfortunately my trans started slipping REAALY bad on my way home so hopefully ican do a trans service and maybe its just the damn tv cable adjustment...fingers crossed or it looks like my car might just be getting a 4spd swap sooner then wanted...this might be a long misserable weekend
i cussed and cursed a whole lot at my fiero today and did a long stent of almost nothing....started tearing out the control arms and bushings....12 hours later got the pass side rear out and bushing popped and the front bolt on the rear drivers lower removed and a starting to round head on the rear bolt...now in th am i have to walk my happy ass to an autozone and see if they have any rasyout sockets or something.....
Removed the GT Quarter windows since they were broken anyway. Cleaned and painted the panels behind the quarter window, and the lip around the edge where the quarter window is. Painted black.
Removed, opened, and cleaned the GT tail lights inside and out. Tinted the inside of the GT lights with VHT Nightshades and reassembled the lights.
Washed the car, and then drove to a show and shine car show.
Finally started on the dew wipes... Got the passenger side in with the help of my wife's skinny fingers. Driver's side tomorrow. Also, buying some more christmas tree pins for the door panel. I tried to be so careful... but they were so brittle! I intend to have the power locks and windows working smoothly before I reassemble.
Got my gauge surround faceplate, stereo a/c faceplate, shifter surround and AUX gauge plate sanded down and painted light grey to match my grey vinyl lower door panels.
Plus I got my automatic shift selector out of the plate and removed the orange paint and repainted blue to match the gauges.

Got my carpets taken out cleaned, scrubbed and sitting out in the driveway to dry in the sun. Now just to go out and remove my steering wheel, sand and repaint it.
Got my clean carpets reinstalled "Thanks to JohnWPB" for his thread in the "How To" section.Inside and the trunk carpet.Plus I got my Aux Gauge needles out to paint blue to match the rest.
Machined up a "shorty antenna" to replace the stock one. Piece of alum rod turned down and rounded over on one end and metric thread to fit the stock antenna mount on the other end, painted black.
Seems to work well, I pickup all my old stations as before with the factory stock radio.

well yesturday buttoned it up from a new busjing/ front ball joints/ brake lines-hoses-calipers-pads-rotors/ fuel tank straps and bolts....brought it to pepboys for brake bleed and alignment...was told it leaked at the proportioning valve and rear t block so couldnt be bled got alignment done....took it home and pulled all the stuff out of my other fiero and installed on this one only to find out the fittings just needed a little more snugging even after pepboys said they checked them and they were,,,,did a very basicbleed...drove the car to where i had to be...car was all over the road...today brought the car back to align...waited only to get called in and reimbursed because they cant align it there and was lied to yesturday as they aligned it to 88 specs because thats all they could load into the comp for info and not 87 specs....then drove my 87 with 88 spec alignment home and pulled the distributer to replace the oring and put a sbc gasket on/ new red wires/ new coil plugs and a new icm....now in the morning hopefully round 3 on an alignment and brake bleed
well today was alignment day i guess....most places didnt have openings...1 shop said it would cost over 200 and take the whole day because of the type of car...brought it to monro...in and out 15 min...drove less then a mile and brought it back because it wasnt right...they said 1st it was because of the 18"wheels,,,then they said it was fine in the back just needed the front tweaked but it was pulling hard right,,,then they saw some trans fluid on the rack(leaking trans cooler line) and told me it was a bad ps rack despite arguement from me that the fieros dont have power steering,,,finally a refund and basically gtfo...finally brought it to another place and they found the strut bolts loosened but got it aligned good.....plus not sure if my tranny is messed or not but last week shifted great////then slipping and no third ////now after some additives and a few fluid checks its slowly regaining third and shifting better the more i drive it
Got my console, skeleton and half the trim reinstalled today.Plus I worked on getting my new center console skeleton teplate mocked up before I start on one in plastic.
Having had a cracked outer door skin, I have decided to begin to replace it today.
I have had the dew strips for some time, and will be replacing them as well. (Unfortunately I was hoping to replace the dew strips with out ordering Rodney's special tool.)
So now that I'm as far as I can get with out Rodney's tool, I have it on order and will have to wait....
First off I would like to thank Dave aka (Bloozberry) for allowing me to use his suspension setup and also keeping me right when I make silly mistakes. Check out his build here https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum3/HTML/000116.html Still got a lot of work to do but it works and the wheels clear
